I ve been here twice and both times, it s been nothing but excellent. They are polite, professional, and not pushy. Lloyd and Ricky helped me last visit, and they were speedy and fantastic. I was able to use a coupon from their website, so that helped to knock a little $ off of the total. Lloyd made some recommendations for repairs needed for my car in the near future, and even recommended a local place for replacing tires for inexpensive(actually went there today and it was great!) They were very knowledgeable and I really like that they didn t push anything that I didn t ask for or didn t want. This is my go-to place now for oil changes.

I've done business with this location for many years and had excellent service. Today was not the case and I will not return. Upon arriving I requested a conventional oil change. They replied they do not have conventional oil. I then showed them a coupon and they said they don't take coupons. I have always been able to use a coupon at this location. I guess management has changed or they no longer need business. In the past they have always been busy; however, they were not doing anything today. I now understand why.

As a young lady, I ve had negative experiences in the past where they tell me I need something that is unnecessary. As well as have been pressured to get things I knew I did not need. However, this time it was so refreshing to not feel pressured nor taken advantage of. Joseph was so helpful ! He explained everything he was doing & did not push me to get anything I did not need nor wanted. It was honest, quick, & easy.

This was a great experience. They were knowledgeable, fast and friendly. The man even told my wife how to get coupons to SAVE us money. Highly recommended.

I've been going here for many years now. But today I had the wonderful experience of speaking with Matthew. He was very informative, described things in a way that was easy to understand, and was one of the friendliest people I have spoken to at this location. Simply put, he is amazing. I highly recommend this location.

Let me start with if I could give this place less than a 1 star I certainly would.... after going in for an oil change not only did Matt and John try to sell me services my car didn't need but while they were goofing off they obviously couldn't tell transmission fluid from oil because that is what my oil got changed with (yes they put transmission fluid in my engine) I found this out when my car had to have a new engine replacement because of this location they were VERY RUDE when I tried talking with them about this issue when all I wanted to do is resolve this issue without having to go legal with it. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR ENGINE BLOWN UP!!! Or unless you want antifreeze put in your windshield wiper fluid reservoir I forgot to mention that part and yes that REALLY HAPPENED to my car as well. I also had to file a dispute with my bank because I had an "extra charge" on my account where they saved my card info and was dumb enough to use it thinking I wouldn't catch it so now I am having to deal with that as well

Terrible experience, rude customer service. Wouldn t recommend to anyone! Last time I came they refused to let us go get anything to eat stating they didn t do drop offs. Apparently they don t need business so I say give it to someone else that wants it!

Very fast for an oil change was third in line and only took 15 minutes to get there. They had a bay down and they still worked hard to get everybody through. I did tell me an hour filter that I needed when I looked at it but they didn't try to hook me up with any other hat-ons that wasn't necessary. I really like that. Great value for the price if you look hard you can find a coupon on the internet if you need me but very nice people and very thorough and what they did. Five stars in my book

I visited this location for an oil change and the employees couldn t remove the bolts to give me an oil change. Since the issue was something they had caused, the manager Eli, purchased tools, new bolts and scheduled a time for me to come back and get the problem corrected. He was super friendly, apologetic, and did everything he promised, even gave me a free oil change because of it. I pass another location to go to this one and I will continue to do that! They go above and beyond to take care of their customers!Service: Oil change

Would give 0 if I could. The tech stripped husbands oil pan and now they've denied the claim. It says in small writing that if your vehicle has more than 100,000 miles they're not responsible for damages. Even tho the guy that stripped the oil pan tried to get us to pay him $40 an hour to replace it. We will be going to dealership from now on. This was the Seneca shop up on the hill.

Absolutely will never get any of my business again. I ve been getting the oil changed in my 2002 Corvette there for years. Today they told me they can t work on Corvettes! There were 4 of them sitting around with no customers in the shop so my bet is they just were too lazy to do the work. Went to the Havoline shop in Wahalla. They were great and had me in and out in 20 minutes! They will get all my business going forward!

These guys and gal, they were great workers and very friendly. Anyone that happens to read this listen to me very very closely, you need to go to this place for your oil change, and if you too have a broken bulb, hint hint, they go above and beyond by going to get another for you. Oh and if you think I'm praising them and the work they do, you'd be correct. If you don't take this to heart and go somewhere else, then straight up ,YOU HAVE JUST read all this and wasted your time by doing so and also would waste you time going anywhere else, just a fair warning. But whatever ill be back there again when the time comes. And again I'll post on them until I get you all going there

Pulled in super quick with three cars ahead of me. Sat for 5 mins, then was allowed to pull in. Very through and every employee had a great sense of urgency. 15 minutes later they were done. Great job! Will definitely be repeat customer and will highly recommend your services!

I use this business every 3k miles... they have always given me great service and taken care of my car. I also love that they let me drive in and stay in my vehicle now. It always annoyed me to let someone drive my car and 90% of the time they couldn't drive manual, super happy I don't have to worry about that anymore.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

These guys were great! Christopher was great, went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I got an oil change, new windshield wiper blades, and they even fixed my AC! Definitely recommend this place to anybody
