I'd give these people 100 stars if I could. This wasn't my first visit there, they are a well established, long time business here, but today they literally saved my life. Don't shop anywhere else, this is the spot. Very grateful for the help today gentleman!!

I had a great experience with friendly staff. Showed up in the rain to get a tire fixed that had a screw in it. Two guys immediately came out and provided me with two options to fix the tire. Less than 10 minutes and the tire was all fixed at a very reasonable cost.

Friendly staff very informative. Service was quick and the prices are great. They gave me good deal on 4 tires. Everywhere else the prices where high. Highly recommend checking them out before going anywhere else.

These guys really work fast and they care about their jobs, even if it is a simple job. They are honest and you can t beat the price. Only place I go in seneca for tire repairs. Always a good experience! :)

DO NOT GO HERE TO GET TIRES. They changed two tires on my truck and did NOT tighten the lug nuts up on it. It sent my tire and wheel off my truck. This has costed me more in damages. And a tow truck. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO THERE

Austin and Dakota were an amazing help today at this Seneca location. I damaged my rim and needed a sealant. They had me out in no more than 5 minutes! & I paid little to nothing. Thanks guys!

On my way to work this morning when my tire fell off. One of the employees didn't tighten the lug nuts all the way I refuse to go back and if I could put them out of business permanently I would. Of you don't want to do your job and put lives at risk you don't deserve a job or even and estabikshent

I literally would not give them any stars, I had to Jack my own car up, then charge extra when he never said that up front. Bad business won't ever go back

They are completely bad I gave them 2 chances they didn t tighten my lugs when I left my tire almost came off second time I got used tires that lasted a night next morning it was flat apparently they didn t screw the air needle tight enough they are completely garbage.

I had a tire leaking air.The owner came out, tested the old plug. Replaced the plug and it HELD air! So much cheaper than a new tire. This guy did not try to sell me a tire like most would have done! He was amazing! Thank you so much! I will be a return customer!

I had a tire replaced and when I did they broke the sensor in my tire. I was told they would replace it since they broke it. Now I m being told that I have to pay for it when they broke it. To add insult to injury this took place at a time when I had to go out of town due to me father having a heart attack. They were a great business until now. Now they are just don t care about their customers. The tire they sold me when the sensor was damaged was horrible.

I definitely recommend checking this place out! The great prices, products, and people working here are fawesome! I bought 5 used, but in gouda shape tires for a very gouda price (I'm not gonna say cause different sizes, different prices), but in any case you're more likely to spend more money everywhere else! Do yourself a favor when you need tires (new, or used) and check them out! Pro tip... folding money is a better negotiator than electronic any day! Thanks to the great products they have, and to the great people they have working!

The NEW BUSINESS OWNERS ARE TRASH! Tire city was awesome before these ppl took over now they just rip u off ! Got 2 tires one was showing wire within the first 3 days !!!!! I do not recommend this business to no one ! A used 30$ tire should last atleast 2 months ! Their customer service is awful nor do they tell u any details . TIRE CITY IS TRASH !!!!

I had a leak in my horse trailer tire and they fixed me right up. They were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They even backed my trailer up for so I could safely pull out of their business. I would highly recommend them to anyone having issues with their tires. They are fantastic!!

I couldn't believe yhe woman turned me away when I wanted a tire. My tire was clearly slick and thread was showing. She said I didn't need a tire. I was in complete shock will not go back and telling my friends and family. I drove to westminster and the man here was nice and understanding. Will never go back to seneca tire city

The guys here are always so nice, friendly and accommodating. I never feel like I m being taken advantage of, even though I know nothing about tires. Lol today, Barry helped me to figure out why my tire pressure light has come on recently. He was so thorough and patient in explaining to me and checking each tire to make sure that I felt safe in driving and leaving. I ve been going here for some years now and will always go here and refer others.

This place NEVER disappoints when I have gone. The most recent time I had a hole plugged. I have already driven around 1500 miles through 4 states and back on it without issue They are VERY professional, VERY courteous, VERY helpful and knowledgeable. I am always in and out quickly. The location is convenient and the cost is more than fair! I ALWAYS recommend Tire City to everyone I can! Keep up the good work!
