Great experience purchasing my first motorcyle. James, the Owner, was very knowledgeable/helpful. The other staff members were also helpful and friendly.

I brought my 06 Thundercat in for an issue causing it to bog down on full throttle, as well as replacing my fork seals. Dropped it off and let them do their thing. They changed my fork seals, installed a carb and jet kit, and raised my suspension back to factory. (Suspension adjustment was offered and I accepted)I could not be happier with the work they ve done, and my bike runs and rides like brand new. I feel as though I should also mention that my bike was another person s project bike and had the air box deleted prior to me bringing it in. I won t speak for them and say they ll work on any project, but it seemed they had no qualms whatsoever working on mine.I will definitely be back for any work I need done. I ve been in and out of the Suzuki shop since I was a kid. Today was my first big purchase! I got an extremely fair deal on my KTM 500 and couldn t be happier.Thank you for everything!Customer service 10/10

I have never had a more unwelcoming experience in a business. Not only was the guy extremely unwelcoming, but he was condescending when I asked about some work for a 4 wheeler. You folks probably need to have some customer service classes. No need to talk down to people. This place is very unprofessional and I will never go there again.

Had an issue with my bike and I was pretty far from home, they had me bring it in to get looked at the next day. Ended up being pretty simple so they stayed a bit after closing to get it knocked out and saved me a bunch of headaches. Gave me a few lessons on how to better maintain my bike as well and cost far less than I expected.

I have taken multiple dirt bikes and four wheelers to these guys and they got them all running perfect! They've done everything from changing tires to full rebuilds for me and I've yet to have any complaints. It's nice to have a local shop that's wanting to help you more than just take your money. I highly recommend these guys and you can't beat there prices on parts or labor. Great guys! Thanks for all your hard work on my bikes Suzuki of Seneca!

Purchased a bike from the dealership, found the bike i was looking for. Hassle free process and exceptional customer service. Also had the bike serviced twice with upgrade aftermarket accessories, and was pleased with the price and turn around time. The mechanic and sales staff strive for customer satisfaction and they deliver. Professional grade detailing was also done to 5 star standards. Would recommend their services for all motorcycle and and ATV needs.

Great shop. Needed brake pads and clutch plates for an older bike on a Saturday afternoon. They were the only dealership in the area that had what I needed. James also threw in some free racing advice. I definitely will be back and would recommend this shop to anyone.

Met James recently and the shop installed a center stand on my bike. He is extremely knowledgeable about adventure bikes and they did a great job at a fair price. Highly recommend this local dealer!

Purchases a four wheeler that had been sitting for two and one half years therefore it needed some work. Took it to Suzuki of Seneca and talked to James and he assured me he would take care of everything and he did. Great service and a very affordable price therefore I give this business a five star rating. If I have any more issues or need more work done I will be going back. I would highly recommend this place

James took great care of me. Last October I needed a new rear tire real bad. I bought it elsewhere but that shop was too busy to install the tire. James told me he was happy to do the install. Got to ride the Cherohala that day on its 20 anniversary because of James. Went back and bought the matching front tire this week. Great prices, great service. THANK YOU JAMES.

Only reason for one star they didn't have a 0 star option. I have a older bike and I called and spoke with the parts man he didn't act like he had time to look my stuff up and when he did I ask for a part number he said man I don't work for free I don't give out part numbers. Really not professional at all. I will be giving my business to cycle specialties performance in Taylors they were happy to help give any part number I need it's a further drive but cheaper and better service. Would not recommend Suzuki of Seneca to anyone unless they want a head ach

I just want to start by saying this is the best place in the area to buy dirt bikes street bikes and 4 wheelers new or used or get service. I have known James and Steve for years and they are both very knowledgeable. I wouldn't let anyone else work on my motorcycle except for them I Hope they are around for many years to come.

This is a awesome store and shop, the owner has years of experience riding and technical knowledge of motorcycles. I have bought 3 bikes from this store and have never had a bad experience. So if you are looking for a new Suzuki try him first and if you need service on any brand of bike take it to the Suzuki of Seneca.

James and Steve both enjoy riding, and are passionate about thier work. I had two tires replaced quickly, and an electrical problem diagnosed and repaired in an hour or so (Suzuki C90T). They want to get you back on the road. I know when my next bike purchase rolls around, I'll be heading to "Suzuki of Seneca".

Great local "bike shop' ...this is Not a showroom, push, push, buy, leave kinda joint.... This is a Real motorcycle shop. With honest staff, who love to ride. Service personal are top notch and I believe " can't be beat by Anyone in Oconee County,! Prices are fair and in line with most Discount chain stores.. You can't go wrong here!

Had my bike towed here to get them to look at it and repair it. As soon as it got there they called me and said there is no way this bike will run because the tank is not for this bike. Well let s just say I got the bike running. With the tank that was on it. They never even took the bike of the tow truck. They were too lazy to look at it because all the fairings were not on it. Guess they didn t want my money.

A quality dealership whose people are racers & riders too. This is a real motorcycle store that can do it all; Moto Sales, Repair and Tires for most all brands. Two generations of my family have been doing business with Suzuki of Seneca for over 12 years, with great results.

Helped me and my grandson out alot had a 1980's quad racer 250 having several issues told me everything wrong with the quad was very knowledgeable on pretty much anything Suzuki please go check them out!!!!!!

Had my water pump replaced on my bike. I got a good price. They cleaned the bike up good. They give very helpful advice.

People have no personality the owner or manager always says that he doesn't have good enough clientele to carry some of the good things and really doesn't want to help you just want you to buy something and get out

The a number one place to go for any motorcycle needs whether it is a Suzuki or otherwise these guys know what they're doing and I would highly recommend them to anybody who has anything they need done on a motorcycle
