Always the best service and knowledgeable advice. WAY better than a big box paint department. Products work well, supplies are cost effective and good quality.

I was able to choose out of the many colors offered. It was fun! Customers were following guidelines for social distancing. Every one waited patiently. The sales staff was busy! They were very courteous and professional.

They sell the products that we need, but they are understaffed, and over 50% of the employees are not familiar enough with the products to be able to pull an order or how to ring the items up. Each stop cost a minimum of 15 minutes even if you are the only customer and need one item. The people are good people but it's a drawn out process to buy from there.

Terrible customer service! I must not have looked like a good enough commission check. Walked in and was not greeted. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes while two employees talked amongst themselves, shooting me glances.Once an employee finally acknowledged me, I inquired about wallpaper. He simply walked me over to ALL of the books of wallpaper they have and said "you can look through the books, we will order it." I asked him if i could tell him what I was after (just plain, solid white or grey wallpaper) and he could point me in the right direction. He told me he had no idea about the wallpaper. I was confused that he didn't at least offer to go through the wallpaper with me. I guess he wanted to get back to his important conversation because surely a young girl couldn't possibly be a big enough commission check. I expressed that I wasn't going to look through all of those books by myself when I was after something so simple. I was told to have a good day and walked out.Little did they know, that I have $2,000 cash in my pocket right now, JUST for wallpaper and will be purchasing some today. I would never go back to Sherwin Williams again.

Thank you to Sherwin Williams for helping me with my paint needs. I went to 2 other stores and totally wasted my money on paint I can't use because it isn't the right color. This store got it right the first time.

Great customer service. Limited Supply on some paint due to covid but I would definitely recommend this store.

Absolutely horrible the only silver lining is Bryce the rest of the employees are slow incompetent and rude. Do not reccomend we only go because they at times have the supplies we need. Everything is always a debacle that is unless we deal with Bryce.
