Today was the first time I went to Pro tune And I was pleasantly surprised. It was a great experience. They were fair, and they were honest, and I will be taking my car there any time I need car repairs. Thank you Pro tune for taking care of my car. My jeep throttle system had to be replaced. Brought it in 2/1/23 picking it up today 2/2/23. They were very professional and friendly staff, and great and fair priced! They have a customer for life. Appreciate their work and quick turnaround!! Definitely will recommend to everyone.

Went to these guys to get a pinion seal replacement done on my 2011 mustang gt. Had it done in less then 24 hours all the guys were really cool and seemed like professionals & knew what they were talking about. 5 stars from me I ll definitely be back & recommend to anyone.

I brought a much older (1988) vehicle here to get some repairs and diagnostics done. I knew it needed a new fuel pump for sure, and I was hoping to figure out what else was wrong with it so I could potentially do other repairs myself. I received my vehicle in much worse condition than I left it in. Part of the way through their repairs, they informed me that the compression in the motor was not holding and declared it "a lost cause," which I disagreed with. It is clear that they gave up after this and did not reassemble the engine, they removed the battery (which was not with the vehicle), they left their trash in the back, and the vehicle was overall in a state of disarray. I'm very disappointed with how they've treated my truck.

Do not go to this place, they ripped me off, they charged me $256 and change dollars to get my AC it only worked for 3 days i took it back they were wanting me to paid over $1100 dollars more for a whole system. I asked, what about what i have already paid, the man told me. We got it going didn't we? and i said almost $300 dollars for 3 days he got mad took his wallet out and said here is $ 200 hundred dollars i can do nothing for you. i got upset i had my twins with me, i grabbed my kids grabbed the money he put really mad and said i would get your car out and left, so i took the money it was only $180 dollars what he really had on the counter top, when they charged me almost $300 dollars, he was so rude, instead of telling me, we can fix it we will deduct from the total price what you already paid, but no he had to be the worst customer service man i have seen. For his age I was hoping to get a different reaction and behavior from him. One thing i know. I would never ever go back to that place and i do not recommend nobody to take their vehicle there. It was so far the worst experience i have had in a long time. don't waste your time and money at that place, they will not guaranty their job. if they fix your problem for a couple of days and it breaks again for what they already charged you. They will charge you again, i can assure you that.

Protune made necessary repairs to my problem as stated and I the time promised. Very informative and extremely nice people to deal with. Cost was reasonable and lower than I was expecting.One year later the same problem arises. I was at super service and they checked out. Turned out pro tune corrected my problem the year before with two 25 cents water hose clips. Now mind you this is a gas line leak and I was charged $115.00 fit this. What a rip off . This is how they deal with senior women? I had the entire line replaced with labor at super service for less than that charge. I confronted pro tune with no success and no refunds. They'll never get my car again and I relayed that to them. Hope a anyone reading this passes it on.

Justin and Wayne were very prompt on diagnosing my car with an AC problem and fixing it was very quick! I was told that a major part would have to be replaced in the future because the cold air would not last, and I will definitely be going back to have that part replaced! But for right now the AC is nice and cold. Great place with amazing people working there. I highly recommend this automotive shop for the prompt customer service and great prices!

Vehicle was idling at 3500rpms. so i brought it here and they replaced the air intake system. also they changed the battery which i didnt ask them to do. charged me 1200 dollars and gave me back my vehicle which was SURGING very badly and blamed the exhaust. so i took it by the muffler place and they told me nothing was wrong with the exhaust. so then i take it to a different mechanic and had the surging repaired by them installing the AIR INTAKE SYSTEM correctly.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We just relocated to the Seneca area from metro Atlanta. Though Atlanta sucks many ways, we did have a good shop we trusted for years and years, so we were worried about finding a new place up here, but figured we'd have a while to scope it out. Unfortunately, it was only a few days before we needed someone. My wife's car, a Honda Accord, has been running perfectly since she bought it several years ago. However, when she got in it the other day, all of the dash warning lights came on (ABS, tire pressure, gas, battery, etc.), but the car seemed to run fine. We called ProTune, and they let us know that they usually only worked under appointments, but if we wanted to bring it in, they would look at it for us. So we did, and the manager, Ariel dug right in and checked all the fuses and connections, and all seemed okay...then another gentleman joined him and they dug around together finding nothing wrong. After looking it up on their computer, they found a solution that made no sense remove the #10 fuse, and then replace it and damned if it didn't work like a champ!! They had to use the OBD reader to reset the warning, but other than that, everything was perfect. They only charged us a few bucks for the effort, and they were very friendly and professional. We will definitely be back!! So nice to find folks who seem to care about their jobs!

I have had years of great experience with ProTune and would have recommended them to anybody, until I had the worst mechanic experience of my life with them a couple weeks ago.I had them replace the engine in my vehicle (an expensive and time consuming repair). After I picked the car up and got home, they called me and told me they left some tools in the engine, could I come by so they could retrieve them. While this was a frustrating use of my time and gas- everyone makes mistakes and I adjusted my plans to return the next day.When I returned for them to remove the tools- I enquired about a sound it made during the drive. It turns out that I had a ball bearing going bad- THAT THEY WERE AWARE OF- but had not notified me of. Had I begun my 5 hour road trip that day (which they were aware I was planning to take because I notified them when I called to ask about when the car would be ready, and enquired again at pick-up) I would likely had ended up seized up on the side of the road with my two small children.So I adjusted my plans again and came back that afternoon to wait in the waiting room (with kids) while the car was repaired. Again I enquired to make sure that all was good for the trip and was ensured that it was.Sadly this did not prove to be true. About 4 hours into the drive, after dark, in the rain I found myself on the side of the interstate with a vehicle that was again making crazy sounds. Luckily I was able to consult a family member with more mechanical knowledge than me and we determined the sound was coming from improperly attached/damaged front wheel well covers. I was able to complete the drive, before removing this part myself. I have since ordered and replaced this part on my own time and expense.While Protune has done years worth of good work for me- the lack of communication throughout the entire affair has been terribly disappointing. We are happy to pay for all the repairs needed to keep our cars in good working condition- failing to let us know about things that are not in perfect condition is not acceptable and our family will find a new mechanic.

I've been using ProTune for six years for all my automotive service and repair needs. The service is always friendly and appointments are always honored. They have repaired my 2000 Yukon and my 2006 Buick, and serviced my 2009 Mustang and 2012 Jeep. Their work has always been accurate and done in a timely manner, and their prices are very competitive and always better than factory dealerships. Their management and staff are very knowledgeable, reliable, and best of all, extremely honest and trustworthy. I would truly recommend using them without reservation.

This place was great! I made an appointment to bring my car in the next day to have the oil changed and brakes checked. Once there, I asked them about 90K maintenance. They did it all and I had my car back that afternoon with new brake pads (they called first to give me an estimate). Everyone I talked to was courteous and the price was less than I expected.

I purchased a car under the impression nothing was wrong. 2 weeks later I find myself at protune. Needing inner and outer tie rods and a wheel bearing. No AC either. Couldn't afford the AC repair. Will have protune do it when I am able though. Very professional. Quick. Reasonably priced.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Friendly service. Prices was alright not overly expensive. Took alot longer then was told and expected. Quilty of work was not good at all. I have had Pro Tune work on my 2005 Ford F-150 6+ times and I have been so impressed with their professionalism, thoroughness, and honesty about the work they have done. I am extremely pleased and feel I can trust them with any of my car needs. I would highly recommend Pro Tune to anyone.

Don't go here unless it's your last choice. Had my car inspected by Ford and there were no issues found. Came here to get my tires looked at. They swapped them all around and didn't put all the lug nuts back in my tires. Gave me a quote on all this work my car needed, which it turns out it doesn't need. I drove off wobbling all down the rode. I didn't even discover my log nuts were missing until I had my boyfriend check my tire sizes for new tires.

These guys are amazing!!! I run a delivery restaurant in Seneca and all my employees go to them, as well as myself and friends. Every time I drop my car off there they give me a ride back to my work and offer to come pick me up when my car is finished if i need them to. I don't have a single complaint about them. I will be going to them for every car I own! Thank you ProTune, Ya'll are awesome!

I have taken my car and truck to Pro Tune several times. Each and everytime I was treated with decency and respect. The first time I took it there I did not know what to expect, but my fears were quickly laid to rest after talking to Ariel. Glen, the owner is a very kind man who seems like he truly cares about your vehicle. This last time I went up there I had a big problem, my car wouldn't run right. They took the time and in just a couple of minutes I was up and running again. For anyone reading this, I would highly recommend Pro Tune for your auto mechanic. Mechanics tend to scare me, but, Pro Tune, Glen and his staff will take care of you. They're good and honest people! I give them 10 stars!

Was not informed of the mythical $40 diagnostic fee after i politely declined their expensive services. Was not shown where it was posted so i refused to pay. Had car keys thrown at me and was told NEVER TO STEP ON OUR F ING PROPERTY EVER AGAIN . Noted. Will not be back. I have my lawyer looking into the fact that they also stole my serpentine belt and verbally threatened me. To the two toothed half-man slinging insults and spitting all over the counter, maybe you should consider wearing a mask. Not because covid. Because ur poor dental hygiene is so abrasive.

The worst experience I ve ever had with an auto shop. I brought in a car and left with MORE issues than when I came in and they tried to charge me for more things than I even needed AFTER THEY broke parts on the car!Overcharged and they didn t even help they created more problems. I would steer clear of here if you want a job done efficiently.**** by bringing the car back multiple times, I feel like I have done what I can for you to make things right .My mom brought it in because I was working. I m glad I wasn t there.

I have used Pro Tune in the past and received good service. Today, I made an appointment to have wheel bearings checked on a trailer. The manager told me to park the trailer in back of the shop. While backing the trailer in, 2 employees arrived in a small pickup. The driver told me in a disrespectful tone that I was parking in his place. (Most of the back of the building was free to park.) Then he asked "What are you doing with that thing?" I explained that the manager had told me that he could check the wheel bearings and to park the trailer in back of the shop. But I said that I would take it elsewhere. He then said in the same disrespectful tone "Park it against the fence." I left and will never return.

My car had started to make some squeaky sounds and being a noob, I assumed it be a problem with the serpentine belt. I wanted to visit some reliable mechanic who could fix the problem, and my friends recommended ProTune. I took my car to them and I find out, it's not the belt, in fact it's the water pump which has gone bad and leaking coolant. I was been told to leave my car for a day at their garage, and I was literally surprised by generosity of the owner to offer me a ride back home. ProTune fixed the problem proficiently and at a cheaper price (yes ! I compared it with other mechanics). My car is runs smooth, and I would highly recommend visiting them if you have any problem with your car. It's hard to find people who not only care about your car but also about you !

The guys at ProTune were great! They charged exactly what they quoted me even when the job took longer than expected and offered me a ride to my destination because I had not planned in the extra wait time to my schedule. They have gained a repeat customer from me and I will be reccommending them to any of my friends that need work done.

Truly grateful for their service. Transmission failed and instead of trying to make money off of my bad circumstance they contacted the manufacturer and the nearest dealer, found out for me that the problem would still be covered under an extended warranty. Wow! These guys have earned all of my future business in addition to restoring my faith in humanity.
