Wanted to lower my 2022 Accord with a certain fitment. Spoke with Nathen, he educated me on options, made recommendations and his eibach choice nailed it! The exact look and feel I wanted. No pressure selling, very knowledgeable, great price, comfortable clean waiting area. The entire organization is very professional and I highly recommend them. They took good care of me at Pro Custom and Tire. I came in badly needing wheel balancing and they discovered that at least 8 in of tread was missing and the steel belt was exposed on the inner edge of a tire where it had been patched about a year ago. Can't balance that!They had a new Continental Extreme Contact DWS for me the next morning. Did the install, balancing and alignment for a reasonable price in about an hour while I worked on my laptop in their spacious waiting area. Good job: no vibration up to 80 mph, tracking straight.Highly recommended! Thanks guys!

Sometimes a truck is more than just a truck. There's no one I trust more with my truck than the team at Pro Custom & Tire. From start to finish I was treated as if I was the most important customer they had. My leveling kit installation was completed 2 hours faster than quoted and it looks amazing. I'll be going back once it's time for upgrading the wheels and tires. Did I mention they beat my other quotes?

Great service. Not only did they do a good job, they do it efficiently. I had an appointment and even though I was running a bit late they still worked me in. They got my tires on and had me back to work without missing my next appointment. Highly recommend!

They are so friendly and very helpful... Nathan really knew his stuff and was excellent help...definitely recommend them to anyone needing auto service.So I gave this review for them to call me back and say it wasn't worth them fixing.

Sent email with no response. Stopped in for a price on 2 new truck rims. I was told the owner/manager was too busy to give me a quote. I left my name, vin # and phone number. Never received a response.

I ve brought several vehicles to pro customs for many different issues. Any issue I have had has been handled and resolved, in a very reasonable and professional manner. Took my truck in for an alignment and was very impressed. Service was nice and friendly. They got the job done in a timely manner and the best part is they didn t try to find someone wrong with my vehicle just to make money like I have had others do. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Vacationing at Lake Jocassee. No-driving "person" ran into me on the way up there and knocked my steering wheel 90� out of level. I was concerned there could be other damage to the steering system thereby putting my family in danger. I found them online, explained what happened, and they kindly worked me in even though they were booked solid. The technician explained my truck was indeed out of alignment but he could take care of it as well as straighten out the steering wheel. He inspected the steering system and assured me everything appeared to be ok. The kindness, compassion, professionalism, and courtesy they extended to me and my family cannot be overstated. They genuinely had concern for my family's well being and I cannot express how much I appreciated that. I can and do recommend this business. If I lived anywhere close to Seneca, SC, they would have a loyal customer for life even if I had to travel past closer shops to get there.Service: Steering & suspension repair

These guys go above and beyond in taking care of their customers. They spend valuable time paying attention to detail and knowledgeable enough to avoid future problems. I am HIGHLY pleased with what they have done for me. They are my go to shop from now on!

Brought pro customs a set of wheels and a set of tires that they said they didn't know if they could mount them. After getting 4 guys involved everything was mounted and balanced. Finding a shop that will try to do what you want at a reasonable price is hard to find these days and with that being said pro customs will get all my future work.

I can not recommend this place for anything but tires. Honestly they should probably just be called Pro Tire. I had them install a new engine in my Jeep and it has never run right! I got tired of taking it back and paying to have it "fixed" only to have the same problem driving away. If you like working with people that don't call you back, that don't call you with updates on your vehicle or when it's ready to be picked up and you don't mind paying even if your vehicle doesn't get "fixed" then this is the place for you. I only gave a second star because the owner was nice.

Our boats trailer brakes needed last minute replacement and Nate and his crew pulled thru in a clutch! We were heading out on a cross country road trip and with hesitation they fit us in and got us on the roadThank you so much!!! I can t say enough good things

I am very particular on who I let work on my car. These guys do very professional work, believe me I go back and check things considering the money I have in my civic I look forward to having more work done pretty soon. So far trustworthy. I needed tires for my 2017 Elantra and got 3 quotes. These folks were the best out the door price for a set of 4. I got an appointment for the next day and they pulled my car in within minutes of my arrival and had it finished 15 minutes sooner than estimated. In addition I walked out paying less than the original quote too because they sent me a coupon as a first time customer. The folks I actually spoke with were very friendly too. Great experience and I kept it local instead of dropping $$ at a big chain.Service: Tires

By far the best shop in the area hands down, and the owner Nate is a solid guy. Nate installed exhaust on my truck, once it was installed my tuner was not working properly so we waiting for 4 hours (After operating hours) to update the device and then install the tune on my truck. Nate patiently waited an hour after they had closed to make sure it was going to work, in which we had to place a security camera facing the computer to remotely see when it would be updated. We waited a few more hours and by 8:30pm it was ready. Nate left his home and met up with me back at the shop and helped make sure everything was running perfectly for me to head out. Major respect to this entire business. Nate is a great mechanic who knows what he is doing and only wants to help people build awesome cars. 10/10 recommend!Services: Exhaust, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine tuning, Wheel alignment

I was on vacation and needing new tires in a pinch. Pro Custom came recommended and did not disappoint! Got all new Falkans on my Veloster and they are awesome!! The did my alignment and got me on the road quickly! Super professional and very nice staff!!

I've taken multiple vehicles here over the last year. My F150, for a spark plug change and extensive front end work on ball joints. My 3rd gen 4 runner for new shocks. Quality work and fast turn around. One of the top auto shops in the Seneca area. The owner Nate was the most professional, honest and sincere person we have ever had work on our cars.
