Rob has worked on several cars of our cars over the years. We simply do not take our cars anywhere else. Without exception he has done a great job with all of car repairs, maintenance, and tire replacements. Rob has always been helpful and polite. I highly recommend him!

Phenomenal place to get your car fixed or repaired. That did excellent work on my Jeep and were done in a very timely manner. Rob and his crew are great people! I would. It hesitate to take any of my vehicles back to them in the future.

I ordered a starter from AutoZone and thought I would put it on myself. Turns out, I don't have time! SI called Priority to ask how much they would charge. Instead of telling me prices (like ALL of the other mechanics in the area) he worked with me over the phone to see if I REALLY needed my starter replaced.He determined that I probably had a bad battery and offered for me to come in and he would take a look at it. I was too far away, so he told me one of the parts stores could test my battery.Sure enough, it was my battery!Priority IS about the customer, even if they can't make any money from them! Unfortunately, we all have car troubles, and when I have a problem in the future, I will DEFINITELY be using them!!Thank you, sincerely, for saving me tons of money for parts and labor even though you got nothing out of it!

Rob does a wonderful job! He always checks my car thoroughly and makes sure that it is good to go. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else to be worked on!

I went here for and oil change and to look at my belt cause it's been making noise. I told him he could top off the other fluids to. I waited like an hour an half. He comes and says he hears nothing with the belt. Which it does it all the time, when I pulled out of his place it did it. He changed my oil and put coolant in for 70$ for a Ford explorer not like it's a fancy car He said the coolant was leaking which there wasnt a problem with it before I kno for fact. Now my car makes some ticking sound, the belt is getting worse. Will not be returning here and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
