We put the top back on our jeep after a summer without it, and to say it was due a good cleaning was an understatement. These guys did an amazing job!! It looks brand new now! Pitiful. Lots of the equipment doesn t work including the main brush that washes the front top and rear of the vehicle. Been using the excuse that they were waiting on a motor or part for the last three months. At least thirty places on my vehicle that did not get touched. The place is rundown just like the unsafe chairs in the lobby. Would get a better wash from kids trying to raise money. Don t waste your money!!!!

The drive in car wash was mostly fine but NO vacuums worked. I came specifically to vacuum my car. There were numerous vacuum bays, but only 3 hoses were even connected, and none of them worked (they didn t even turn on). There was old trash in the trash bins and it just felt a bit gross. Waste of money, better going elsewhere.

High quality, high priced car wash in Seneca SC. They definitely take their time to do it right. I only found one smudge that they missed. Rubber floor mats/rear cargo mats are washed. Tires look great. I can only treat my SUV to this kind of treatment infrequently because of the cost, but if you re driving the royal family around, this is the place to take your vehicle.

I deleted my last review that was posted long ago. It wasn't good. Now, I've been back,several times and each time it was unplanned. The Lady at check-in, each time, had asked me what I was wanting and she made sure while showing the options on the board, that I saved. Each time, I recieved more than I expected. Tipping goes a long way and I've noticed in my future visits that they didn't forget . The couple in the back get 3 cheers from me!!!I drive my Chevy suv and I've never paid more then $ 30. Very disappointed... After spending $47 for a deluxe inside and out car wash--front windshield looked like grease had been applied and it was streaked pretty bad. Not all of the door frames were cleaned at the bottom AND the driver's side looked like it hadn't even been vacuumed....

I need to change my review, the one in Seneca is horrible brushes haven't worked in 3 months and you wait forever to get your interior done you need to find a new car wash. They need towake up two new car washes coming into town..

Worst car wash I have ever been to. Vacuums barely have power and are duct taped together. No towels to wipe anything down. Trash everywhere. I got more dirt out of my floor mats by shaking them than I did with the vacuums. And with that being said, please know I tried more than one vacuum. I in fact tried 4 different ones. Definitely will not be back.

They offer 4 levels of car washes ranging in price from $15.50 to $32.00. I chose the 3rd level, a $26.00 wash ($2 SUV upcharge). There were a lot of crumbs and other debris left around my gear shifter, as well as visible debris on the carpet. I could also see dirt on my bumper and around my fog lights (the kind left over when you go through automated car wash and don't wipe down after). For the price I paid, I wanted my car to be really clean, and it was only kinda clean.

I paid for the premier service and did not get what I paid for. They did focus on upselling me other detail services for six extra dollars. I didn't even get what I paid for. Very disappointed.

I visited this car wash a month or so I go and know for a fact that I did not pay the asking price that was suggested today. Although I saw Different prices on the menu. When trying to purchase a wash the minimum wash that I could purchase was $37. Feeling as if this could not be correct I called an attendant over and she confirmed that is the cheapest wash offered and does not include tires and wheels. Inflation Has affected all of us ; however, this is ridiculous. I wish them luck but cannot imagine how they will survive with those prices.

Most of the equipment no longer works. The brush for the top of the car, right side dryer, vacuums-none work. Certainly not getting what I paid for.

Update. Due to not being refunded the $250 overcharge made by Premier Express Car Wash of Seneca, SC, during the Covid lock down, I will never return to this place. After being hung up on by the account manager, because he didn't want to deal with the issue and said take it up with VISA, I did contact VISA. Even after the VISA credit dispute was made in my favor, the $250 refund was still not issued. This business is crooked. I also canceled my VISA credit cards and will never do business with them. I do not support criminal enterprises.

I came in to get my truck washed and tires and wheels cleaned...left after 45 minutes or so then as i was coming out of grocery store i noticed tire shine thrown all over the side of my truck. They ran it back through to clean it and told me they would come back out and redo my tires and wheels...no one came over. I did have to leave to pick daughter up from dr...I called Brittany back and she said it was up to me if I wanted to come back to get my tires and wheels redone, but didn't offer anything else...I thought I would have at least gotten a free wash voucher or something....anyway...it is what it is...first time using them and I guess my last..by the way, theres still tire shine on my white paint and runner boards...Brittany was very polite just wish more was done.

The greeter Jessica suggested the Premier package. Car was clean, fresh, tires were gleaming and the detailing inside was awesome. Our car looked like it had just rolled off the lot when we first bought it! To be a full service car wash, was not satisfied, especially for how much I paid. When wiping down the car, they never touched the rims of my car. There were streaks from where the brushes had hit it. I had to do when I got home.SERIOUSLY doubt I'll ever go back

I have had the unlimited car wash membership for 5 or so years. Up until about 3 to 4 months ago, I was very pleased. The last time I was going to do self service , there were no towels and the vacuum system had no suction. I had to clean a soapy film off my windows. Not sure what has happened to this car wash, but I will be canceling my membership. It is no longer worth going to when I have to clean it again when I get home, even with paying the up charge for full service. .

Excellent place to have you car's exterior and interior cleaned . Staff very friendly and helpful. Car needed the extra attention after a 800 mile drive. I wish that we had one at home.

I arrived to my APPOINTMENT and was told by the manager it was not her job to make sure they had an opening for my appointment. She was rude from the beginning. 3 hours and they returned my car to me damaged on the roof. They didn t tell me they just shut the peace that pulled off my roof into my door. Half attached to the roof and half shut into my door frame. No one ever cleaned my windshield at all. I paid to have my car detailed and they didn t wipe off the inside of the doors or cup holders. No one vacuum my trunk. Even after I asked to make sure the trunk was included. The guy very poorly detailing my car was at least polite. To bad I tipped him before I walk around it or got in to look at it. After 3 plus hours of dealing with the very rude and aggressive manager I just want to leave. They damaged my car and tried to cover it up. They didn t stick to the appointment we made, they didn t even do or clean everything I paid for. The only other contact the manager would give me before shutting the office door in my face was the easily car wash number. They didn t want to talk either. Nor would they tell me who to talk to. So they pretty much robbed me, wasted my time and damaged my car. Worst part is the hole time she was rude to me about it! with zero compassion! I ve never really left a bad review but this is a very bad business!

I spent 50$ on a car wash! I had to ask them 2 times to fix what they skipped over! By this point I said the heck with it! I also had to pay an extra 10 dollars for Armorall! Never will I be back here! They don t make sure it s clean nothing! Arrived Thursday January 5th at 1:41 pm. At 2:45 the only thing done was I drove through the carwash which took 4 minutes. The rest of the time was spent waiting in line to have the inside done . Will never return here I was forced to have them dig my car out of line at 3:00 so I could pick up my son from school. Apparently my 1 hr and 20 minutes wait time wasn't worth anything as the only refunded me the interior portion of the clean. Thanks for wasting my time I will never come back. Keep lining up like sheep to support a business that doesn't care for it's customers. Not me.Service: Auto detailing

Jeremiah was very friendly and was very professional! Great service! They only accept cash. They have free vacuuming andcomplementary microfiber rags with all purpose cleaner and window cleaner. This place is very clean so remember to use the trash cans and place the rags in the rag can when you are finished! Thank you guys so much!Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

Just don't take your car here! If your goal is to leave with a clean car. I ask the lady at the front which option I need to buy so the inside of my car would get cleaned up good. And she said the 23$ or 27$ and something else. So I did the 27.$ package. Ugh...he didn't even clean the back of my car until I said something. Because I watch and he didn't even open the back hatch. He didn't wipe out my cup holders or in between my seats. He wiped the middle of my dashboard but not all the way across. I want waste my time or money on this place again. It makes no sense why you have a car wash but don't intend on cleaning the cars.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

No complaints with the car wash. However they did a half a$$ job vacuuming. Didn t vacuum the door storage or the drink holders. They took my cup coasters from both doors that were my Grandma's from the front door storage where you can set a drink. I inherited my Grandma s car after she passed August 16th of 2021, so I kept her stuff in the car. I went back up there a week later after I realized they were gone. She told me that she won t ask the two women that cleaned out my car if they took them, and that they must have accidentally thrown them away thinking they were trash. I wasn t wanting money to replace them as they are sentimental, I just wanted them back. I know they were not thrown away because those areas weren t cleaned and there were two more car coasters like them in the center console drink holders. It pi$$e$ me off because people think they can just take whatever they want out of your vehicle and the staff make poor excuses to let them get away with it! I will not go back to that car wash ever again. I don t support thieves!!! Don t be surprised if stuff starts missing from your vehicle if you use that car wash.Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

I would offer 0 stars if I could.. I sent my truck to be washed and salt cleaned off from a road trip.. their wash ripped off my antenna completely out of my fender and damaged my door by the neglect to swist it off. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was told my car would take 2-3 hours. I called on the 4 hour mark. As the lady put me on hold I can hear her being disrespectful about me calling in the background. Then even proceeded to tell me it was taking longer because my car was extremely dirty. This is a company vehicle that is barely used. I paid 200!!! Then told it would be another 2 hours. Ridiculous!!!!
