Had a great experience with Jonathon, helping me buy a jetski; they had just the one I wanted, the whole process was quick and easy; everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Jonathon did everything he said he was going to do in a timely manner- getting me info, calling me back, arranging delivery. Everything was a piece of cake! Would definitely recommend him and Performance.

The best experience buying something of value... I worked with Aaron Smith and he was upfront, honest, and very helpful with my purchase of a 2024 Yamaha FX Cruiser HO! He gave me an excellent walk around from a sales and fellow rider viewpoint! Provided me his contact information and made sure I felt comfortable to call/text with any questions, even if I was on the water! He followed up with me the next day too! Amazing customer service!!! Thank you so much to both Aaron and Performance for my awesome waverunner purchase! I am so in love with it!!!!

So many incredible things to say in regards to my latest purchase. I consider myself lucky that Jonathan was the sales person that answered the emails that I sent about my NEW BIKE!!!! Despite him being crazy busy, he always answered my emails promptly, and the sales staff was amazing with answering all of my husbands questions and working with us on the sale. When I finally convince my husband to get a new ride, I want it to be from this dealership (so if you guys ever get a 2021 chieftain in Maroon ) Cannot recommend this dealership enough.

The dealerships local to me were awful to deal with, I drove over 3 hours to buy from here with no complaints. I dealt with Aaron, LJ and Jonathan, they were all helpful, easy to deal with and didn't try to steer my decision. Unfortunately they're too far to go back for service or accessories, but if I buy another Can-am I will be returning.

I made a deal on a certain can am side by side in the showroom. I came back to finish the paperwork and they had written up the deal on a lesser model that wasn't even in the showroom when we did the paperwork. I'm glad I saw it and asked because they did no inform me of the switch and even stated that they needed to finish putting the can am together. The model we discussed had to be finish assembled, the one they wrote the paperwork up on was assembled... Really felt like a bait and switch scenario and I will not be doing business like that.

I ordered a 2024 side x side. Got the call that it was in. Went to pick it up. No discounts at all , payed cash for vehicle.Vehicle had over 2 hours on gauge and 7 miles on the odometer , was told that was break in period B S. Got vehicle home decided to checked serving myself. No oil showing on dip stick, low coolant light was on, tire pressure grossly low. Bottom line they picked this vehicle up from another dealer. Did even have the integrity to check the service on this vehicle before selling . When I went in to complain to the manager, I was told that the manager was not in and that I didn t have to be upset about it WOW!This dealership is not committed to excellences or customer satisfaction.Thank you salesperson Mike for making this a horrible experience for my daughter and l.As for management returning a call to me crickets.

What a fantastic experience working with the helpful folks at Performance PowerSports. We waited a long time for Sea-Doo to deliver our new Switch, but the staff here made the delivery as easy and fast as possible. Jonathan, our salesman, kept us informed and up to date on the manufacturer's build status all along the way. Can't say enough good things about this place!!! 10/10

I had called around a few different dealerships to try and secure a Kawasaki Mule PRO FXT and my experiences were quite underwhelming with how they communicated inventory challenges and purchasing processes. It felt like I was begging them to take my money.I came across Performance Powersports as I expanded my search area and they had the unit I wanted and were a pleasure to deal with. It took three phone calls and a few emails and I had my mule in a couple of days.I highly recommend this dealership and can't wait to tell all our friends and family!I worked with Jonathan and Steve (LJ)

Long story short . Stay away . i called twice Aaron was the salesmen . every time they find an excuse not to sell the machine if they hear you are from different state . i v been buying new brp's since 2015 every year in different states and never had any issues . but these company makes they own rules . and telling me about some scam activities around the area . why i need that info? unprofessional .

I purchased a new Polaris Ranger 570 from Performance Powersports in July 2023. Everything went well until I questioned my military incentive from Polaris. After several weeks of "ghosting," i contacted the General Sales Manager, Jesse Maahs. He was very concerned with my problem. He personally called me and also sent an e-mail. Mr. Maahs went above and beyond what was needed! The situation was corrected in less than one week! What outstanding service AFTER the sale? I would recommend Performance Powersports to anyone! I purchased a z125 last month from them. I had been searching to buy a z125 and a grom both and settled to get them from 2 different dealers. I drove 3 hrs to get this after speaking with my salesman Johnathan the evening before and completing the financing pre approval. On arrival the bike was missing a part, I informed Johnathan and they had that installed by the time I was done signing papers . As I loaded the bike in the truck I noticed gas tank half full (small tank so I'm not going to fuss over $2 of gas) and handlebars were scratched, I informed the salesman and was offered to have them swapped out but because I was going to go pick up another bike I didn't have time. I was told kawasaki would be sending me bars going through warranty. After leaving I noticed a push pin missing. I contacted the dealer and while frustrated to have multiple issues I understand stuff happens as I worked in shops for years myself. Push pin was set out same day to me so I was content with that. 2 days later I noticed my brake light wasn't working and discovered the front brake switch wasn't plugged in. This was a simple fix I resolved but wasn't happy to have so many problems on a new bike and a big safety problem. I contacted them when they opened back up Tuesday and began talks on how to resolve it. They offered to go over the bike if I wanted to bring it back down but that's 6 hrs of driving for me so I decided if that was necessary I would have local dealer handle that. After some conversation with the sales manager we came to an agreement on making the deal right. Over all the sales manager tried to make the experience better and the salesman did attempt to resolve issues as they arose. I give a 3 because of the initial experience should have been better as this sale was a simple sale but the dealer did work to keep me from leaving a complete negative review as they were nice while trying rectify the situation. I have referred some people to them and currently attempting to use them for some of my parts but waiting for response on price. If I lived more locally I would visit the shop for my parts and maintenance supplies regularly and while the z is the only bike they offer I have interest in I wouldn't be opposed to giving them another shot at a sale in hopes my experience was just a one time thing. I would also be open to rating higher once the deal the sales manager and I agreed on is fulfilled. Right now I'm waiting to hear back from them to go forward.

They had the MT09 I wanted in stock which was sweet. It was still in the crate when I called to enquire, and they proactively built it up the next morning just in case I decided to pull the trigger, which I did. Their communication was great and I drove in from out of state to pick up the bike. Bike was all set when I showed up. The process was painless and I was in and out in no time. Big thanks to Jonathan and LJ!

I used to be a critic of performance. This last experience changed my view. We got off to a rocky start but they more than made up for it in the end. I love the new SMS (text) contact system. It is so much easier to speak with someone. Special thanks to Denise, Brian and all of the techs in service.

We just picked up our new GP1800R and are enjoying everything about it. True, the wait period, due to Yamaha production issues was frustrating but well worth the wait. We got what we wanted and didn t settle for something less. LJ (Semper Fi) made the transaction simple and streamlined. Jonathan was our sale rep and walked us through a detailed orientation of our new toy; patiently and thoroughly spending his time relaying features, performance and capabilities. We couldn t have been more pleased with the time everyone (sales, business and service) spent with us answering every question and addressing any concerns. Owen delivered as scheduled and courteously did a final walk-around. Thank you to all the professionals at Performance PowerSports & Marine.

I drove quite a distance because they advertised a particular jet ski I was looking for. Their ad stated it was in excellent condition and came with a 12 month warranty. After getting there the jet ski was in fair condition at best, and after asking for a brochure on the warranty we were told there isn't one with that model.

what an awesome experience buying this bike. I came in wanting a bike and had chosen a bike. Brian had spoken to me and got me to slow down and make a more informed choice on a bike that I would not regret owning in 6 months. after some talking and the knowledge that was shared I purchased a victory vegas 8 ball. The entire experience from choosing the bike to delivery was a phenomenal experience. Also the parts department made sure to take care of my needs as well. I bought a helmet and then was offered everything from apparel to maintenance items. parts was an awesome experience. I would and will be recommending performance power sports to everybody I know.

I want to give a shout out to Mike Stone. He went above and beyond to fix a mistake from the Polaris warehouse. Excellent customer service from this company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for all your power sports needs.A++ 10/10 would recommend.

This company tore my jet skis apart. They said that they could rebuild my motors. Once they had them apart. They said that I needed new motors and then it was going to cost me an $11000. They refuse to put my engines back together. I. Brought them 2 running jet skis and they could not give me back to running jet skis. They charged me $2500 just to tear them apart.This company is a liar. A cheat and a thiefI did choose to have the engines rebuild. That is when your company told me it was going to have have new engines and they would cost $11,000. Once you had me in your shop you changed the rules and tried to overcharge me. SHAME.

I went there to buy a New seadoo jet ski and did not have the one I wanted then never followed up with me after I told them what I wanted. Spoke with one of the sales manager and said he would call me . Went to Columbia powersports and they earned my business.

I worked with Jonathan to get a new Can-Am Defender Max Limited. He was great to work with. I drove 5 hours to pick it up and he did not disappoint. The unit was prepped and ready and Jonathan went over the vehicle thoroughly. LJ helped us get through the paperwork in a timely fashion and was very courteous. I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about our experiences with Performance PowerSports! We always receive excellent customer service and competitive pricing! Our most recent purchase was a traeger grill which was delivered today by the nicest, most knowledgeable two gentlemen. They shared all their personal favorite recipes along with some tips and tricks for an ultimate grilling experience! Jesse helped us pick out the perfect Traeger for our family and even kept it at the store for a couple weeks until we were ready to surprise my husband with his birthday gift! They always go over and beyond to make the shopping experience fun and easy! We will certainly continue doing business with Performance PowerSports!! Highly recommend!!
