This NAPA store is the best I have ever dealt with. Harry, Joel, Toni, and Dale all have amazing knowledge of the parts they sell. As a local small business, I count on them to have what I need and get it quick if they don't. They never let me down. Thank you all!

Lots of items,good quanity,nice respectful help.charles is always here for us. Very helpful, nice. The team at seneca are so nice, very knowledgeable, they have a few more truck parts in stock. joel is very knowledgable an efficient, he loves his job.joel is so much help. He is so knowledgeable.

Very knowledgeable staff. I needed an oil filter for a 706B Allis Chalmers Forklift but could not find one on-line. The forklift had a Ford 4cyl Industrial engine which is different from a typical farm version. I could barely find any info on this engine (FO-192) which Ford made to install inl other brands of equipment but rarely ever were installed in a Ford tractor. The NAPA associate found the correct one in less than a minute and on his second search. I had the old unmarked filter and they matched.

Stop by looking for a touch up paint pen I asked the lady about she told me they don't have it she wants to mix me some paint and didn't know what the code was it might been better if she would have asked how much I needed I don't think I will give them any of my money

My battery died at the end of a work day. I drove it to them after it was jumped. They helped me right away and even installed the battery in my car! Battery was a reasonable price. Highly recommend this place! Very friendly staff too!

The reason I get five stars, to Napa Auto parts of Seneca you know the face when you walk in the door they always greet you with kind words. And the machine shop I enjoyed that they are teaching from a younger generation to a younger generation from the guy that knows his work. Glad to see that someone else is being taught the right way

I needed a couple of connectors to get my electric air compressor into working order. So I went to my local NAPA store and took the compressor. It cost me lest than $5.00 to get the parts and it is now working well again. Thank you to my friends at our local NAPA AUTO STORE!!!!!!!!!! A great place to go to get the items needed with great customer service!!!!!!!!!

I just called this store from Costa Rica (I live here) and needing parts for my Chevy Tahoe I was put in touch with Joe. What a great guy, very thoughtful, helpful and some of the best service I have ever had. I now have a place I can trust when looking for parts. Thank You Joe.

I have known most of the employees for a good many years. And Mandie & I have both known the owner for most of our lives. All are good people, who do their best to ensure you leave with the part you need at a fair price. Of course, I tend to spend my money with local merchants when ever possible. Especially those remaining "Mom & Pop" type of stores. I Love Em'! Anyway, this is Always my 1st choice for any part going on My '67 F100.....Great place to visit, anytime!

Searched for parts and no store could find what I was looking for. Spoke with Tim at the parts counter. He found exactly what I was looking for! Will definitely go see him the next time I need parts. Hard to find people that know what they're looking for.

The parts side of the store does a real good job and is very helpful. The machine shop is a different story....the machinest there is very capable of doing the work and does a great job, but he is alone in the shop, the machines are outdated or broke or continuously being fixed. The NAPA owners should take note from customers like myself and make some much needed improvements to the machine shop and try to hire some help to keep up with the demand it's customers need!!

A great place to get auto parts. Harry,Joel and Barbra have be there for I would say 40 years or more. The rest of the staff is also very knowledgeable. They won't steer a customer wrong.

The only parts store in Seneca where you can actually get quality auto parts. Friendly and mature staff. Knowledgeable on most vehicles. Not a bunch of kids hanging around. Quality machine shop too. Ask for Frank

Man they were on the ball man helped me on phone for service parts for my gator when I got there he'd already had pulled all the merchandise and had it on the counter when I walked in one customer ahead of me then bam I was out the door didn't spend more than 15 minutes in the store they had the oil too I needed cool dudes

Worked on my brakes today. The crew at Napa helped me out big time.Frank turned my rotors while. The guys up front pulled the parts I needed.got home in a flash .put all brakes back together. Now my truck rolls and stops like she should! Big thanks Napa.

There's a guy in this Napa possibly the owner or manager. This guy went above and beyond the call to get me a external torx socket. Even though he did not have one and could not locate one he definitely put alot of time and effort in his charge to see I got one. Thanks for the effort :)
