Our process to obtain a storage unit using Greenleaf Self Storage was so simple. Their online process saved us money and time. With just a few clicks we had our unit rented all the way from S. GA and the secure way they send the access code was convenient. We selected to have our payment auto draft so we never have to worry about missing a payment. The unit was clean and easy to access. The entire experience has been great. I totally recommend this company!

Great experience renting at Greenleaf Self-Storage. The place is well run and very clean. When we were moving in, Jason stopped by to make sure everything was okay and we were very satisfied. Very friendly and caring to ensure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend using this facility.

We are using Greenleaf storage for the first time. The team couldn t have been nicer on move in day. Great location and ease for summer storage for Clemson students. The unit was spotless. Customer support has been very responsive when we ve had any questions. Highly recommend!

Of all the storage facilities I have ever used, Greenleaf is by far the best. You speak to real people on the phone, and are greeted by real people at the facility. The staff is kind, professional and knowledgeable. Securing a unit is simple (I did it remotely) as is unit access. The facility is well lit, always clean, and they play music in the climate controlled building. They even provide coolers of cold water on busy campus move-in and out days. Every college town needs a Greenleaf.

My daughter just kept raving about "how nice" the entire facility was. She said it s like a gated community for her stuff She was impressed by the cleanliness as well as the hand trucks being available for move in. Customer service was also top notch every time we called. Having never done this before we didn t know how big of a unit we needed but Susan explained the different units so we could make the right decision. Jason was also extremely helpful and quick to respond when we needed a lock added to the unit. So thankful for the community of Clemson families who recommended Greenleaf Storage!

Very very happy with all aspects of Greenleaf Storage! Excellent customer service! They always get back to me very quickly with any questions I have. The storage facility was new, clean and easy to access. Very fair price too. The location is ideal for Clemson students who need storage over the summer. I highly recommend!

We moved our daughter's stuff out of her dorm and into our storeroom at Greenleaf Storage in Seneca this past weekend - it's located close to the Clemson campus, easy gate and building access, very clean, just the right size for what we needed and bonus there was a cooler full of free water bottles near the storage building door to help hydrate us on moving day! In addition after I rented my store room I was able to purchase my lock and have them install it all over the phone. They also had plenty of dollys to use even though we had our own! Every one i have spoken to has been kind, courteous and professional and these days that's hard to find. Highly recommend Greenleaf Self Storage!

I would definitely recommend Greenleaf Storage. The amenities are user friendly and the storage units are very clean. The customer service is extremely responsive. In addition, the little details, such as having carts available to make moving easy and cold water bottles, are truly appreciated. It definitely helps the moving process go a little more smoothly!

I would highly recommend Greenleaf Self Storage. They are truly professional, polite & extremely accommodating. When my truck arrived this morning,We quickly discovered that the facility that I had rented from was not 18 wheeler friendly. I immediately googled nearby storage facilities and was blessed with the good fortune of speaking with Jason, the owner of Greenleaf self storage. At a time when my anxiety was at its highest, he assured me that he could accommodate my needs at his facility. Within 6 min of speaking with him, I was booked at his facility less than 10 min away.The facility is beautiful, new, roomy well lit, with gate pad key security. The on-site person Bill, was extremely helpful and walked the driver to the unit so that he could approach at the best angle as well as guide the 18 wheeler in. While they were unloading the truck into the unit, the owner, Jason stopped by to introduce himself. Talk about getting to know your customer That is Southern Hospitality at its finest. Great people & outstanding facility.Kudos Greenleaf Self Storage. Well done !

We recently moved to Seneca and had to store some of our household belongings until we can decide what to keep and what not. After looking at several places, we settled in on Greenleaf and could not be happier. We chose the conditioned facility and have been extremely pleased with its cleanliness, easy access, and responsiveness of the owners. They have made this a very pleasant experience and should you need any storage space, conditioned or otherwise, please make sure you give the Smiths a shot at your business. You ll be glad you did!

Greenleaf is an excellent storage option with reliable service and superb facilities. Rented a unit from this company for roughly 2 years and cannot fully express how satisfied I was with Jason s customer service and hospitality. The unit was clean, facilities were new and very secure. Always had clear and consistent communication from the company regarding any pertinent information. Never had any issues with automatic payments. Overall, this is a great storage option for locals or students in the area.

We planned a move across country and needed a secure place to store our valuables while our future home was being built. The folks at Green Leaf were incredibly helpful and allowed us to reserve a space far in advance so the space was ready for us when we arrived. Excellent communication and customer service throughout the process. I highly recommend using the great folks at Green Leaf storage!

Our experience here was fantastic. Being out of state, we did not want to drag my son s belongings back home only to return with them for fall. Greenleaf made this transition seamless. From the first call inquiring about availability, answering my silly questions on move-in day (I forgot the combination), to the cleanliness of the grounds and facility- flawless. Being a military brat and having others in college elsewhere, this is by far the best storage experience I have had! The facility couldn t be cleaner and well lit with lots of security implemented! The staff is beyond kind and helpful- they even gave cold bottles of water available!! Above and beyond!

Great business, everyone is so friendly and attentive to unit renters and their needs. I ve been so pleased with the service I m being provided since day one, I ve been renting from them for almost 2 years. The facility has always been clean and well kept every time I go to my unit, and love the Christian music being played in the building, a very warm and pleasant welcoming. I ve never felt unsafe going to my unit alone (but the world we live in, I don t make it a habit going alone). I moved from FL and Greenleaf storage has been so amazing with communication, I ve dealt with numerous of business in the area and the communication has been very poor, so awesome job Greenleaf with communication! Keep up the amazing job and service! If looking for a storage unit to rent, I highly recommend Greenleaf! God Bless

Made an appointment for my daughter who is attending Clemson and moving into a new house to store her things for 1 month appointment was made and scheduled for July 14 to Aug 14 they said they would have to charge for the entire month of August because they don't do partial months (which was not what i was told by the person who took the reservation) When she moved stuff out of the unit she was then told she would be charged for September because she didn't give 30 days notice....IE:See the dates we reserved and she was out prior to the end of August. When she called about being charged for September they said they can't doing anything until management is consulted! These people are deceitful money hungry animals! I can't for the life of me think of how many students and their parents they have ripped off with this "business practice" Next stop BBB! Horrible Horrible Horrible!

So glad I chose Greenleaf Self Storage for our Clemson move out this year! From our first interaction until the move out day, they were fantastic. They answered questions in a timely manner, followed up with additional information and suggestions, and the staff on property were so helpful. They are a very well run business.I highly recommend Greenleaf for your self storage needs. They are a short ride from Clemson s main campus, the facility is very clean and well lit and the staff could not be more accommodating.

Great experience with Greenleaf! Personalized service and customer support. Clean and well kept facilities. Used facility on a hot day and was pleasantly surprised that management had provided coolers full of ice cold water at every door. Above and beyond for their customers in every way!

I want to thank all the folks at Greenleaf Storage (Jason, Brian and Brittany) for making our move seamless. This is the second year using the storage facility and we were completely satisfied. The place is clean and well ventilated. We had reserved a storage unit and less than 18 hours before our scheduled move we realized we needed a larger storage unit. I called Greenleaf Storage and the team was able to satisfy our request, providing us with a larger storage unit to meet our needs. I trust Greenleaf storage with all my personal belongings and highly recommend their facility!!! Thank you Greenleaf Storage!!

I left my son's college storage to the last minute and was frazzled after a long drive. Whomever I spoke to on the phone was incredibly pleasant and patient with me. Upon a routine security check they discovered I didn't lock my unit correctly, so they locked it, and sent me detailed instructions on how to make sure the unit was locked (did I mention I was frazzled). It's very hard to find conscientious and nice customer service these days, but Greenleaf does it right! The facility is extremely well kept as well.

Greenleaf storage is a clean, organized and safe location to store your belongings. The staff make it easy to rent and use the space. And the location is easily accessible from the Clemson campus. They provide hand trucks for your convenience to help in moving belongings. I highly recommend using Greenleaf for your storage needs whether it s long term or between semesters.

Jason and his team are wonderful!After a quick sale of our home, we were desperate to find a top quality climate controlled storage facility to house some of our best furniture pieces.All of his current units were leased out, so he worked hard to get his new building open to accommodate our tight timeline. Upon move in, our unit and the facility were immaculate! He even met us there to be sure we were all set.His communication with us throughout the entire process was top notch!Thanks Jason for making it happen during an important time for our family!

I have had a wonderful experience renting with Greenleaf! I was able to rent online after hours and add more units to my account as needed. The staff is friendly and called to make sure I didn't have any questions or issues with my rentals. The facility is very secure and cleaner than any storage facility I have used before. Greenleaf truly values their customers and does everything they can to make the experience stress free.

Second year we have rented from Greenleaf Storage. Employees and owners are extremely helpful. Storage unit is spotless with nice carts for loading and unloading boxes. Complimentary bottled water for us after long day of moving. Couldn t be any better!!

We looked online for a storage unit for our daughter moving from Charleston to Clemson. We were so pleased to find Greenleaf Self Storage. The facility was so nice, clean, temperature controlled, and wonderful customer service! We completed the paperwork online and immediately were given everything we needed to access the unit any time we could get there long distance. Our questions were answered quickly and we were checked on by phone before and after the move in date. Jason made sure we felt reassured and that all our needs were met. My husband loved that a dolly was available when we arrived and we felt very secure in leaving our daughter's belongings at Greenleaf until she moves into an apartment at the end of the summer. We have had an exceptional experience!!

This place is awesome! It is very clean and well maintained. They have all the equipment there you need to move your stuff into the units. It is reasonably priced for the units too. I like that they have climate controlled units. Moving down here from Iowa I had a lot of things that I needed to keep nice and my climate controlled unit works out great for that. Jason is awesome to work with also for renting a unit. I will recommend Greenleaf Self Storage unit to everyone I know looking for one!!

Without a doubt, this is the best storage facility that I have ever used. When I first started renting, the owner called and asked if I needed any assistance. He even gave me advice for my move to Seneca. I could tell that he really cares about his customers and I m not just another renter . The layout is easy to navigate whether you are in a car or a truck. The storage unit was new and clean. I ve been to some storage units with dirty wood floors but Greenleaf has clean and level concrete floors. I would not hesitate to rent again if additional storage is needed.

We are from Long Island and just rented a unit from Greenleaf Self Storage. Everyone we spoke to was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They took the time to go over payments, security, and basically every aspect you could think of. They have a texting feature where you can always reach someone to answer every question. My sons will start loading up their unit late April and I m sure everything will go smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company. It s top notch and definitely put this out of state mom s worry at ease.

I have been using Greenleaf Self Storage since relocating to the Seneca area this past spring. The facilities are well kept, and I feel my items are safe and secure. Jason and his staff are very helpful and have responded promptly to questions I have had. He personally reached out to me to introduce himself and thank me for the business. I highly recommend Greenleaf for any storage needs whether it is climate control or regular storage.

We rented a mobile storage unit from the folks at Greenleaf, and we re super pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the team. We needed a unit quickly on a Friday afternoon and they came through with flying colors, delivering our storage solution in just a couple of hours.
