Very clean units. People are friendly and very helpful in getting my online account set up the way we discussed our contract. I like the fact that they do a walk through on a regular basis to make sure everything is secure. They accommodate their customers to the best of their ability and make me feel comfortable leaving my things stored there.

I hate to leave bad reviews but think everyone should know to use caution if thinking of doing business here! My end experience with this company has been completely opposite of the start. If you read the original review, it started out wonderfully but ended a nightmare.It was understood that I only needed to rent the won auction unit for 1 month so we scheduled the move out at the time of rental. The unit was empty on the 1st, swept clean and my lock removed. The DM told me I'd be responsible for another months rent and I needed to turn in a written notice to vacate. I told him he could auction content the and or have it. Next thing I know, I'm having to deal with their attorney to save from it affecting my credit score as a non payment. Hopefully this help someone avoid the headache!

I had loved using this company for my storage when I was going through a rough time. Unfortunately I fell back on my payments I did manage to bring the balance down and kept trying to make payment arrangements due to my financial situation. So now the staff including Dennis started becoming very rude. My storage was then put up for auction. I was bidding on it and out of nowhere 2 other people were bidding it ended up going up to $420 which I had bid. It's funny because that was the balance I owed and last minute a bidder #4 put a $430 bid and I lost all my belongings.and by last minute I mean the next morning after the auction was closed already.I called today to see if any of my personal documents were returned Dennis answered and when I stated my name and asked about my personal belongings he hung up on me. Then I called back and they would no longer answer my phone call. I know it is a business and they have policies but I am also a person with feelings who is going through a really rough patch. I am so disappointed with how this company dealt with me and the situation

The facility is new and very clean. Tanner got me all set up with my unit and showed me how to get in and out. Had a glitch with my access code but he fixed the problem quickly. Highly recommend this facility. Staff extremely helpful.

Whatever dude answered his phone is being so rude to me for literally asking a question. My Husband doesn't talk to me like that and this dude sure in heck ain't. I definitely don't Recommend. There units leak and your stuff gets damaged so be careful using them yallll. They even have roach bugs in there.

These people are a bunch of scam artist I closed my unit with them months ago and yet they continue to charge me due to a few items left behind which now by law is there property and job to remove specially after they charged me a an entire month because I didn't give some 30-day notice I can play this standoff game with these people all day because my bank accounts been in the negative I don't even use that account no more this place is managed by children with butt sore behaviors .

I have been using this company since March 2022 and they are amazing! My storage units are close by to my apartment making them easily accessible. Would recommend to any college students looking to store some furniture.

The outdoor storage for out boat is under messy trees and will ruin our boat covers! Customer servicer is awful. Will never use or recommend Midgard storage

I was greeted promptly and pleasantly. The process to rent a storage unit was easy, quick, and efficient. My unit s office manager was great, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable.

This place seems very disorganized to me. Had a reservation with Greenleaf months ago, apparently Midgard purchased them but not sure what happened with prior reservations. I called this week and had to make a new reservation. Once I got a new reservation set up and paid for, they didn t tell me the unit would be locked on arrival. We got there after hours and didn t have a combo for the lock so had to leave. Arrived again the next day and couldn t get into the unit again. Asked for help and waited a long time for someone to come help us open it. Once we got it opened it was nice and clean though. At least that was good. Not too many options in town so I guess I would say this place is good enough .

I was out of town during my unit getting loaded by a moving company and someone supervising them. A few issues came up that they resolved for me with haste. With me being hundreds of miles away and unable to resolve myself, I couldn t be more grateful.Thank you!

Brittany and Angela were super helpful in setting this OOS mom up with summer storage. Informative, patient, southern charm and laughs and I even have a storage unit! highly recommend!
