Stored my boat here for the last year and everyone on staff has been friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to my calls or emails. I ve been very pleased with their business and thankful I found them. Highly recommend their service!

BEST place I have found in upstate SC for boat storage. Very nicely done. Indoor, climate controlled. Staff is professional, experienced, hospitable, and all around GREAT!!! Highly recommended this facility. Only downside is that new ownership took away fuel at the facility.

The facility is very clean and so convenient for moving a Clemson student in between apartments. The staff was extremely helpful. They had dollies to help you move your stuff to and from your storage unit. Also being climate controlled is great. Very nice facility inside and out!Elliott PhillipsMount Pleasant, SC

We had been trying to get into this facility for 2 years and kept getting the runaround or wouldn t return phone calls. At the urging of our neighbors, we dropped by again and learned it had been sold to Midgard which was a totally different experience. Ashley and Logan were 2 great young folks who were able to put us in a great space for our RV and very efficiently and easily got the rental agreement signed and done. Very pleased so far.

These guys WERE great. Professional, polite and helpful. Somewhat climate controlled storage for boats, not as cold as outside but not warm either and definitely not air condition. RV's cars and mobile homes can be stored there. Reserve your spot early, they are filling up fast.Update - They sold out to a new owner and have continued to raise prices almost to the point of being absurd. I was one of their very first customers, no consideration of that. Their service levels have dropped considerably. Trying to find anyone who works there involves walking and walking and walking and maybe you'll find someone! They rarely answer the phone. They've priced me right out of the place, not competitive anymore, not going back.

They used to be a great place and affordable. But since Midgard took over things have gone down the drain. Outside boat storage has gone from $50/month to $79/month. 24/7 access used to be included, now it's $10 more a month. I've had wheel chocks stolen 3 times in 4 months. You used to be able to call and talk to someone there. Now you talk to some moron in corporate that has to connect you. I know at least 7 people that are taking their boats out and going elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them!

Great place for climate controlled storage of your boat, car, RV, or camper. Now they offer small individual climate controlled storage bays in multiple sizes. Another big plus is they also have an on site Marine Technician who can take care of your boating needs!Highly recommended!

We have been storing our boat at Midgard, formerly Take Cover Storage, for nearly three years. We've appreciated the staff's attentiveness to our boat very much. Bruce and his team are terrific to work with. If you have a boat or RV that needs a place to be stored, you can rest easy by taking it here!

Great people to work with. Bruce and Ashley were very helpful and informative. I was storing a new 5th wheel and had never backed up anything that large. Bruce met me there on his day off to help me through the process and provide advice on techniques. Highly recommend this place.

Just rented a storage unit from here. The check-in process was so easy and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The facility is nice and clean, and it is temperature controlled. Nice!

I am disappointed that we are being shown no flexibility regarding the date we must vacate our 10x25. We move out into our new home one month later than the enforced exit date. We have rented three units for well over a year and would have thought we would have been treated differently.

Facilities are nice enough but a 30 day vacate notice without pro-rating for a storage unit is INSANE, additionally they removed the brooms and trash cans which had been provided on site by prior owner. If I had the resources I would have changed storage sites following the acquisition.

clean place but jumping from like $156 or close to that to $200 starting this October 1st 2023, sorry but will be moving my stuff to another location. Not sure the reason a storage place not temp control would cost $200. Everything is going up except people pay.

Kept my boat here almost a year. Was of course deducted out of my credit card each month after not honoring the original price.( initially said price was based on length of boat..... failed to mention it was length of trailer, big difference). Called week in advance to pick up. Get boat, and the only one who " controls the money part" not there. Called to get pro rata return from the full months rent just deducted, no return call. Called again, guy calls two days later and says it is not pro rated, earned in full. Told me to read the contract ( my bad). Basically could have cared less about customers satisfaction. Like talking to an ice man. Never again. Not the way to do business, but hey, just goes with their already bad reputation in town.

Been doing business with these guys since Day 1 they opened. Walked the facility with Blake when they were renovating into storage facility. Have several items stored there and have always found Blake, Tim and the others very nice and helpful. They take great precautions and care your of special toys.
