Danny and his team have been great! Warm and friendly small-town business with big hearts. They found the best plan that suited my needs and lifestyle- through the Allstate app I was able to easily access documents and set up auto-pay, never had any hiccups along the way. Wonderful experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking! Best bang for your buck! Thanks again Danny!

Danny and his team are on point with customer service and taking the time to review multiple policies for boat, cars, and property coverages. During a remodel our family was required to have a second coverage on our home and Danny was able to work with us to not only save us on the coverage, but ensure we had to correct coverages. Always a pleasure to work with his group and the entire office.

We have had home owners, auto and boat insurance with the Marcengill Agency (Allstate Insurance) for 25 years. They have always tried to hold our rates down and assist us with any claims that we have had.Danny Marcengill and his staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

The Marcengill Agency of Allstate is great! Glad I switched to them years ago. Very helpful with my insurance needs and worked with me on insurance problems concerning another carrier on an accident that the other party was in fault of. Highly recommend them.

Julie is awesome always helpful VERY knowledgeable about things I always get the information that I need and IF she doesn't know right off of the top of her head per sey she'll say I don't know let's look it up or let me see...lol But all of the others that I've talked to have been nice and polite as well...of course Jerad is great as well couldn't leave him out. He is very patient and polite. Thank you all

Allstate is not always the most inexpensive option, but when you are with the Marcengill Agency you are going to get the best customer service. Fantastic people to work with.
