I purchased a used Super Duty F250 from Lake Keowee Ford from out of state and had a great experience. I was searching the country for this exact truck and feel fortunate to have found it for the price Lake Keowee Ford was offering it at. Kevin Kane, the salesperson who responded to my first inquiries and subsequently helped me with the sale, was extremely responsive and helpful in all aspects of the transaction. I felt informed and helped throughout the entire process, which required a LOT of communication due to being out of state, financing, etc. Kevin could teach sales people and dealerships in my region a lot about customer service.The dealership helped me coordinate shipping across the country and made the whole experience very enjoyable. I love the truck and am very happy with the purchase.

Very happy with our experience in the service department! We bought our car from another dealership, but warranty required us to use a ford dealer for service. I'm so happy with this choice!! From the beginning, Dakota was very helpful. He made everything so simple, and they completed the work very quickly! Would definitely recommend Lake Keowee for any service needs!!!!

I bought a 2024 Ford Maverick from this dealership. The salesman, Sam Harris was cordial, professional and courteous. I haven't been through the car buying process in 10 years and had never bought a truck before. I had not heard of flex buy before! I really liked it and went with that option for financing. the Sam provided an excellent car buying experience, e.g. No high pressure sales, no back-and-forth a hundred times, etc. His demeanor and his professionalism made the purchase of my FIRST truck a wonderful experience! My salesperson (Mark) was 100% professional and a nice person to do business with. You would think you were talking to a good friend you've known forever when speaking with him. The dealership was polite and the Bronco I purchased was exactly what I wanted. Their delivery of the vehicle was perfect as they went above and beyond to get everything clean, fueled up, and delivered to me a week later when I was ready to take delivery at my home in Georgia. We bought a new F-150 at Lake Keowee Ford on Mar30, 2024. Our salesman (Sam Harris) and the online sales manager (Abe Songer) were great. They found us the truck we were looking for and provided a great buying experience. No hassle, very knowledgeable and friendly. Once we decided on the truck, they were great facilitating the paperwork. Definitely recommend this dealership.

Absolutely recommend this dealership!I had help with a man named Abe, highly recommend going with him if your interested in a car.First time buying a car, he was very patient with me, he made sure I understood everything before taking that next step, he helped me set up my insurance that wouldn't break the bank, and he made sure the car I was purchasing was in tip-top shape, he was an amazing salesman!He got me into a 2018 Dodge ChargerAnd I absolutely love it!I also had amazing help from their financial guy named Don, he was amazing, He helped me out a lot with my financial part.I loved the experience I had with those two, they were extremely helpful.This dealership has a mass majority of cars to go through.I'd definitely go and check them out before considering going to another dealership somewhere else.

Traded for a used Chevy pickup and had the pleasure of working with John Sheriff in sales .He went above and beyond in answering questions and sending me detailed photos of the vehicle I was interested in.And when I got there he worked really hard at getting me the best deal possible.Thanks again John !

I bought a Mach-e from ford, Sam Harris and Kevin Kane where very helpful, the car had been sitting for a while so had some 12v battery issues. They taught me how to jump it and also had the battery replaced in a timely manner. Thanks guys!

Abe Songer is the man when it comes to find a car!! Great experience all around from test driving to signing paperwork to bring truck home. Especially when your car salesman hand delivers to your house while your at work. Would definitely be going back if im ever in need of another vehicle.

Went to trade my 2018 Durango for something different. Wanted a change. I landed on a 2023 Bronco Sport. Jordan was the one that assisted me. He was awesome!!! He took the time to answer all my questions. He was very professional AND very patient with me, this was the first time I have purchased a new car on my own. A couple of days after my purchase, Jordan even contacted to me to see how I was liking my new bronco and to see if I had any questions!! GREAT customer service is hard to find these days!! If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend Lake Keowee Ford. Ask for Jordan, he is AWESOME!!

On 4/15/24, we had an appointment at Keowee Ford to test drive a 2022 infinity QX50. We drove up 5 hours the day before to make the appt. On the morning of, we were greeted by a saleman who brought the car out for our test drive. With wife was behind the wheel, she started the car and put it in drive. Immediately the steering wheel locked up. She made made another attempt and it again locked up. The salesman commented he thought it was a low battery as he had to jump start the car prior to our test drive. (The car had been at the dealership for an extended time). After an hour at the service department, the salesman said they replaced the battery to fix the problem. The subsequent test drive was fine and we mentioned a couple of other issues. The service manager did speak to us about the initial battery problem. We advised the salesman that we were still interested in purchasing the car and asked if the price negotiable based on the time the car had been on the lot and the potential for other electrical problems because of the dead battery. The salesman said they would work with us. After consulting with the sale Mgr., we were told the price was set and no price consideration would be entertained. We understand that dealerships are under no obligation to negotiate price, however we never saw or spoke to the sales Mgr. We did not purchase the car and left feeling that they did not care about earning our business. The next day the car listing price was raised by approximately $4000. Buyers beware.

I used to not have the best opinion of Lake Keowee Ford/Dodge, but that most definitely changed today! Abe was the absolute best to work with! I was looking at Grand Cherokee online, so I called and made an appt with him to see it. I had read a lot of good reviews about Abe, so I wanted to give him a shot. I was not disappointed at all!! He made the process fun and easy as possible. I felt like I was talking to a friend the entire time! If you're you're in the market for a new car, you have to see him! The finance dept was also great to work with. He laid out options and helped me fully understand them. Thanks to Abe and the team I worked with, my opinion is fully changed of Lake Keowee Ford and Dodge!

Sam Harris, Kevin Kane and the rest of the team at Lake Keowee took very good care of my fiance and I. My fiance bought a new mustang Mach E and the battery unexpectedly had some issues due to sitting for a while in the cold weather. Kevin and Sam stayed after hours to make sure that we were good to drive home. Kevin and Sam showed us how to work with the batteries and where everything was located. They also said they would help us anytime we needed. Kevin and Sam made sure that the new battery would be replaced ASAP and it was. We are very grateful for their kindness and help and when I'm ready to buy my Mach E I will be coming back to see Sam for sure!

Just picked up a new F150 Lariat. I had been searching for this specific truck for several months. When it showed up, Abraham and James were all about helping me get it home. These men are genuine and patient. I don't make hasty decisions and I don't indulge. They explained every detail and every option. They made sure that I was getting the exact truck that I was looking for and that the truck would get the service and attention that I want it to receive in the upcoming years. These guys are great and they afforded me the ultimate customer experience.

This place is the best place to buy a car from. Dustin Rager was awesome to work with in finance and he is still very responsive and communicative even after you purchase the vehicle. Jamie Cumbie answers all questions and gets everything taken care of during the sales process. Couldn't be happier with my experience at this dealership and the people I worked with!
