Service was AWFUL!!! My service appointment was scheduled 2-3 weeks in advance. I was assured that when I scheduled it, that parts would have plenty of time to arrive and that I'd be able to pick it up before school dismissal time since I was scheduling it early in the morning. I specifically asked this because at previous appointments, they failed to complete all the necessary work that it was scheduled for. What should have taken just a few hours resulted in me having to miss 2 days of work again while they had my SUV in the shop because they neglected to order the correct parts! The "manager" that I spoke with said for the inconvenience they'd send it back to the detail shop and get it cleaned up real nicely... when I came to pick it up, it hadn't been "detailed" at all. I would not recommend them to anyone!

The Service was very prompt, and it did not take them to long at all. The Service attendant was very courteous and the waiting area very nice, clean, and comfortable. I really like the way thatbyou drive up for Service there. A very nice atmosphere that treats everyone the same.

The Oil Service was fine but half way through waiting the Service advisor came and sat down and said the Technician suggests that I need the Injectors Cleaned and the cost was like $ 160. The same happened when I was there a few weeks ago in my other car and then I was talked into the Injector Cleaning.I know this is their job but a little frustrating..

Great place... Nice friendly place as well glad I had an app to tell me where there actually location was.... Thank God my Jeep was still there too... Someone was trying to steal it from me.... Had to get a whole new key which didn't cost as much as I thought it would... But still that money I needed for some thing else.....

Our oil change, five tire rotation plus fluid checks went without a hitch. Super genuine customer service. Fast.

Was in town for a holiday. Had to take the car to them to get diagnostic done. Put it on the machine told me what was wrong with it told me they were not capable of fix it and send it to a dealership could. The customer service went over and above what I would expect out of any Automotive dealership. The Rock!

Hope they diagnosted the problem correctly. Not yet sure since it was not fixed when i picked it up.
