I treaded in my Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi, wasn t completely sure on what I wanted because there was so many options at this dealership! I got a better trade in value on my truck than what I thought I would get. David Bryant was very helpful and knowledgeable of the inventory they had and helped me get exactly what I was looking for, I was very picky. He helped me every step of the way and showed me several vehicles until I decided on the Durango RT! It has all the features I was looking for and the look is absolutely stunning! Was very happy on the price and the vehicle he helped me decide on!

Took my truck up there to have the park brake fixed. After waiting 4 hours in the lobby I was told my truck had been ready 2 hours prior. They then informed me that my door had been damaged as they pulled my truck off the lift but that they would fix it. Upon getting home that evening I found that the park brake had not been fixed in the first place.Returning the next day to have the brake (and now door) fixed they told me the parts would be there that afternoon. 5 days later I still had not heard anything so I called, they told me my truck was ready. Little to no communication from them throughout the whole process. Upon inspection of my vehicle the dents in the door had been somewhat pulled and the bent door jam had been barely bent back and painted over. When I asked about this they stated that it wasn t a big deal because it s a work truck. The door should have been replaced. I will NEVER take my truck to or buy another vehicle from these guys.

If you are looking to buy a vehicle you need to go to Lake Keowee and ask for Abe Songer!! With his help I purchased a Kia Forte GT 2022 and I love it! He is absolutely a great salesman! Not just that he's an awesome guy! If you are looking for a honest salesman that will give you the best deal,you need to go to Lake Keowee and ask for Abe Songer! You will not be disappointed! Called ahead and made an appointment with our salesman David Bryant, he had the car ready and waiting when we got there. Helped us every step of the way, was beyond courteous, and made everything happen that we had hoped for. The finance manager Christian was just as great with explaining all the details, and even let my 6 year old daughter pick out a rubber duck for our new Jeep. Recommend 100%, i am a returning customer and will be again in the future!

Would definitely recommend lake keowee Dodge and David Bryant. David is an excellent salesperson to deal with he touched base with me more then once he was willing to take his time and go over things with us and showed us different features helped us set up the app. Made buying a truck a fun experience instead of dreadful LOLThanks for all your help David if we buy again will definitely go back to see David.

Great experience working with salesman David B. Extremely kind and did everything he could to get us in the vehicle we wanted as close to the price we wanted as he could get. Showed us all the vehicles we wanted to see and was prepared for it as well. Would recommend working with him. He did not try to pressure us into anything we didn t want to do, just wanted to get us what we wanted

I recently purchased a C7 Corvette stingray with Mr. John Banks, and it was by far one of the smoothest processes in acquiring a new vehicle. Not only did he make sure I understood the type of vehicle that I was purchasing, but also with this being my first Corvette, he made sure that I was comfortable with/in the vehicle. Highly recommend anyone that chooses to purchase a vehicle to speak with John Banks. I definitely plan on coming back for more purchases!

I ve Been trying to get a call back for months after leaving messages, but no one will contact me back.Very disappointing.Original vehicle purchase: June 2023Called to cancel warranty: July 2023Left review: January 5, 2024- got a bunch of calls from management assuring me the matter would be resolved.Current date: February 16, 2024- still no word on warranty being cancelled.March 8, 2024- Warranty company was finally sent a check and its officially gone through. I have edited my review to reflect more than 1 star since it finally got settled.The warranty and financing company were also partly to blame as well, so they will be receiving separate reviews.Hopefully Lake Keowee CDJR works on their communication as a dealer. Too many of their people when you call will say, "That's not my job," and transfer you to someone who takes forever and a day to get back with you via phone or email.

Purchased my 4th Dodge Durango today from this dealership. My sales rep, David Bryant went above and beyond to find the vehicle that I was looking for. They searched almost nationwide to find the exact vehicle I was looking for and went to pick it up at the dealership in GA. when they found it. When I arrived at the dealership I already had in mind the Dodge Durango. David Bryant assisted me in lot the lot and then inside with the transaction. He was very patient and accommodating and the entire process was easy. I never felt pressured into a purchase and left completely satisfied with the assistance I received.

They attempted to charged by daughter at Clemson over $3K for brake services. They pray on college students knowing little about cars/automotive. Took our Jeep to local honest mechanic and price was 1/3 of quoted price and runs perfectly.

I recently had the most unbelievable experience that started out as a very expensive, lengthy service from another dealership to a very inexpensive service. In the past I have received unsatisfactory results but TRISTAN, SPEEDY & THE PART'S GUY rated 5+ stars. I drove from Anderson simply because I had been sent to voice-mail with no call-back, more than one time. However, once I visited the facility, I received the best customer service ever!!! ... from these 3 guys:) Thank you again very much:)

Stopped in 2 days ago to browse the lot and was greeted by a salesperson who directed me to a very nice used Mercedes. He stated the approximate cost of the car was around 30K. Took a test drive and the price went up to "low 30Ks". Asked him to clarify and he required me to come to his office to get the actual cost. After 30 minutes of waiting while he took my personal information, he handed me a piece of paper to sign indicating that I wanted to buy the car and willing to get a credit report before he could get the real cost of the car from his manager. I refused and he finally came back with a price of just under 40K. The manager got involved and said he was willing to sell for 33K plus taxes, title, etc., but by then I am so disgusted that I wouldn't take it if they handed it to me. "Browsers" are not welcome at Lake Keowee Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Ford.
