I took my Honda for fixing of an exhaust leak. While waiting for a few minutes, through their work attitude and interaction with others, I could see they love what they do. That's the best for doing quality job. One the repair specialists took my car in, estimated a very reasonable (if not low) $15 price to fix, then completed the work, and said "you are good to go". I said "no charge"!! He said to come back to Glenn's for future muffler work. Whoa! What a great way to retain current customers as well as getting new customers. The Google reviews clearly reflected its large base of very satisfied customers, giving a perfect 5-star rating, which is rarely seen. BTW - my car's noise is fixed. And yes, this is my "go to" shop for future muffler work of mine, my family's, and my friends'. Highly recommended this shop for its quality work, fair price, and awesome staff. Great work, gentlemen!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. 10/10 experience. Excellent price! Just $40 for installation of a new catalytic converter, front flex exhaust pipe, and new O2 sensor.

I called and talked to Parker about my 2004 Ford Ranger 3.0 exhaust, wanted a nice sound but not loud he recomended the magnaflow muffler with the duals that I wanted. He and his crew did great work. I got the sound I wanted and great customer service on top of it. Resonably priced and great work! If you want a good and honest shop, call and talk to Parker.

As I sit here in frustration with the new guys running this business are straight rude they told me $76 for a flex pipe get here to the shop and the price went up to $100 I would NOT recommend these guys for business they take their time doing work you your car of you're African American don't come to this shop they're racist and had sat here watched a white guy come in and get this car done for $45 and they are charging me $100 for the same kind of work for my car I've been here for a hour DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS

I took my 1966 Pontiac into Glenn s for new mufflers. On the way the battery literally exploded. Not only did they do an excellent job installing the mufflers but they went to the parts store, purchased a battery and installed it all at a very fair cost. They were very helpful and understanding through the whole process. I highly recommend Glenn s!!Services: Exhaust, Battery

So we took Chelsey s car to Glenn s Muffler Shop and they put in a new Flex Pipe. Today we took it back due to the loud rattling noise. They looked at it and called us back to come pick it up. Stating that the noise has nothing to do with the muffler, it is in the engine. They think it is the EGR Valve or Catalytic Converter.We bring it home and all my husband did was hold the muffler with his foot as seen in the video. We called them back and explained what Gary just did, and they ( Parker) literally argued with him and were extremely rude and condescending. Saying he doesn t know what he s talking about because they put it up on the lift and examined it. So glad we didn t take Old Blue here, as we intended. I posted video on Facebook showing my husband putting his foot on the tailpipe and the rattle stopping, as proof.Everyone makes mistakes, but to blatantly be rude af, is why the post. The guy told us to take it to Anderson muffler shop, because they wouldn t fix it I would definitely not use them again, nor recommend them!Service: Exhaust

This place has been the same from day one I am 50 years old and this place has not changed one bit. With that being said this is a good thing. And then they have a lady that also gets her hands dirty. So to me that tells me that they do not discriminate against ladies or men. So it should make you feel comfortable at taking your vehicle here to have it worked on. Before I left I climbed up under my ranger and was really surprised on the job that they done they went Way beyond what they promised and done more. I feel like a brand new exhaust system, oh wait a minute it is a brand new one. Thank you Glenn's muffler y'all really done an outstanding job you cannot ask for a better job you went way and beyond. And you followed the directions I gave. You think of the customers first so therefore that's the reason this review is being bragged upon thank you all once againService: Exhaust

Muffler dropped while traveling for work. Within the hour, Tommy and team built new pipe, and had us back on the road. Great friendly service!

Great shop. Initially had a muffler delete done ($45) on my 128i, but the tips that I ordered were too large for my bumper. Took it back after I received my new tips, and they welded them on for $20. Excellent quality and customer service. However, making an appointment is a must. The first time I visited the shop they were quite slow due to quarantine, so Tommy as well as the other shop hand had me in and out in 30 min with no appointment.. After the quarantine was lifted, I had to book an appointment a week out. Nothing wrong with that, as they do great work for fair prices. Would highly recommend if you are looking for quality work at an affordable price.

Very straight forward up front details as to different steps to go they fixed us up for $20.00 as where dealership tried taking me for a fool and wanted $1200.00 to replace what they said couldn t be fixed definitely will refer and be our new exhaust shop from now on thanks to the crew and office personnel very respectful and polite

What a great place! I needed some work done on my old Tacoma. I stopped here because I was in Seneca on other business and wasn t in the truck needing repair. I did have a picture on my phone of the rusted flange that needed replacement that I showed to the friendly employee that came out of the garage to meet me. He analyzed the picture and said they could quickly and easily take care of the problem. He invited me to make an appointment and they had time the same afternoon. I arrived early and they quickly got my truck up on their lift. They invited me to look over the exhaust system which needed more than a flange replacement. Mr. Glenn offered a very reasonable estimate for the work and said they could take care of it right away. They replaced my exhaust system in about an hour. The work was done carefully and with quality workmanship. Mr. Glenn and his employee know their trade and do what they say they will do. There are many auto repair businesses including most dealerships that could learn from Mr. Glenn about how to run a good business that is customer focused, efficient and interested in delivering the best product for a fair price.

The staff was friendly, the service was speedy, and the price was great. I could not recommend Glenn's Muffler Shop more! My car was so loud before, and my muffler was completely rusted through. I brought my car in and the entire appointment took less than 45 minutes, and now my car is so quiet! Thank you!!

Had a great experience here. Glenn's muffler was highly recommended to me by a friend. I took my LS swap project there to get a header back exhaust done and they did a fantastic job. Everyone on staff was very professional, the quality of the work was top notch, and the price was very very good. The exhaust must have been a little tough to route as the clearance between headers and steering shaft/starter was less than an inch, but Tommy made it seem easy. Even got the 02 sensors in there like it was nothing. Big thanks to Glenn's muffler for helping me get this machine on the road, i'll definitely be back next time i need something done.

Unbelievable service. Fast convenient and a really great price. I m disabled and everything was so convenient. I didn t even get comfortable before it was completed and I left feeling I had the best of them on price. Glenn has done the exhaust on my durango and on my fianc� suburban. He does an awesome job and he takes the time to talk to you about exactly what you want. You can tell everyone that works there wants to make sure you are satisfied with what you are getting done. I highly recommend him!

I am from out of state and while visiting family for the holidays had a fairly simple issue with my muffler and the heat shield above the muffler. Glenn s muffler shop got my car in very quick and had it fixed in no time. Overall, the gentlemen working were very nice and knew what the issue with my car was. I highly recommend this muffler shop for all your muffler needs!

I've been taking cars to Glenn's for over 40yrs and I've never had a bad experience and they do AWESOME WORK!! Would be nice to have more Glenn's around in this area who take the time to do it right andalways does what the customer wants with outstanding results.........I can't recommend them highly enough and you will never go wrong by taking your car there!! 5 all the way!!

Had a great experience at Glenn's Muffler shop.Worked me in within 24 hrs of calling, got to me ontime, awesome service, made me feel welcome and very reasonibly priced. I expected it to cost more.Highly recommend!

I was early for my appt, I was greeted at the door and welcomed like I was family, nice place to sit while you wait for your estimate, they didn't charge anything to look at my muffler and their prices are very reasonable. Hardly no wait... Very friendly and professional... Will be back if I ever need this kind of work again.. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

Put a cat-back exhaust on my car but the drone was too annoying. Came in to these guys on a Friday afternoon and they took care of me immediately by welding a J-pipe to the system which eliminated the drone! Great, honest, fast and reliable service, highly recommended.

They took my catalytic converter and now I have a check engine light on and my vehicle smells like gas on the inside. I m couldn t believe they did this when the part I needed fixed was under the hood, but apparently, I unknowingly agreed to it when I signed the receipt. In fine print the receipt said that I was agreeing to donate my catalytic converter to keep my bill low. In my opinion, this is bad business practice and should not be allowed. In any other state I wouldn t be able to pass the smog test, but I guess that s why they know they can get away with it in SC.Service: Exhaust

BEWARE!!!! READ THE FINE PRINT... YOU'RE AGREEING TO RELINQUISH YOUR CATALYTIC CONVERTER AS A:"CCORE CHARGE"WHEN I TRIED TO SELL MY Chrysler van I FOUND OUT THE CAT THE TOOK FROM ME was worth a couple of thousand. It was a Chrysler DOUBLE-CAT-EXAUST! It's not a fair way of doing business, especially against a family living at poverty level!THEY REPLACED MY CATS WITH SIMILAR SHAPED MUFFLERS...when they could have welded a straight pipe same effect. My guess is they do that to fool the customers eyes.Service: Exhaust

Tommy is truly skilled and quick! Very cost effective and knowledgeable. He gave all options and the cost of each.He worked hard but was still very personable! Only place ill ever return to for any future needs!
