Brian and his team did an awesome job with a full suspension kit with coil over shocks on my 1970 Grand Prix. The also upgraded my front disc brakes and needed to replace the exhaust to fit the rear coil over shock. Excellent communications and fantastic work! This is a new plug wires and my gas gauge that no longer works. Tip of the iceberg. I didn't need plug wires because I just put new plug wires on a couple months ago. None of the problems that it was in the shop for were fixed and was charged for problems I didn't have. I'm without a vehicle and they only offered a refund, as of now. That don't fix what they broke or get me back going. A month of my truck sitting and I keep paying insurance. They shouldn't mess the Finch name up in my opinion. If they make it right I will add that. They have had plenty of time now. (Not at the shop for a full month but not far from it) Truck shut off twice before I could get it home. Was a bad connection. That's what it was to be fixed. Just a ground wire that I didn't have time for. The neutral position sensor needed replaced and they said that they don't mess with the ignition. It's on the transmission. Then I was told it needed a rear main seal. They replaced a valve cover that I had to fine and pull. It seems to be leaking. They never said one word about the valve cover until they couldn't find one. They had put the cracked one back on and and was gonna change me for that and for putting the one I found on. That wasn't on the scope of work to be done and I took one off and replaced it with my old one in 30 and it was raining out. I then ask if they are sure it needs a rear main seal? My thoughts where the oil had ran back and my assumption happened to be right. So it didn't need the rear main seal like I was told and the whole reason that they kept it so long. My rear right tire was locking up and they said I needed new brakes. They charged for a brake adjustment and now my emergency brake no longer works. So when they gave me an estimate for over $1,000 I think they thought I would just pay for the diagnosis but no I wanted the problem fixed. The diagnosis was way off and my vehicle is worse off. Will add more pictures after the rain let's up.

I recommend friends and family to use this shop all the time! They do great service and their pricing is good as well! I've purchased new tires, balancing, alignments and even had a leveling kit and a tune installed on my truck here. I was happy with each service i purchased here. Brian and Amanda DO NOT DISAPPOINT!

I made an appt for an alignment, dropped my vehicle off at scheduled time and received a phone call when it was done as I was told I would....alignment fixed my issue I was having and vehicle drives great again!!!

They have done alot to my car for a fair price. Ive bothered them about my ac and they have worked on it and worked on it. I got a great set of pretty tires for a damn good price, got my car looking good and running good would highly recommend! Plus owners are really awesome!

I was visiting the area on vacation and had a wheel bearing go out on my boat trailer. These folks saved the day and fixed my trailer and got us back in the lake and saved our vacation. The owner is an awesome fella who really looked out for us. Great family ran business, his son even gave my son one of his toy cars to play with while we waited for them to finish fixing the trailer. 100% recommend these folks!

I took my 2000 Chevy Silverado 4x4 (a lot of rust) to Finch's. I needed a deferential main seal, seals and bearings on both sides. At one point I thought there may have been an issue, but they were honest and up front about it and thank GOD it worked out for the best! Definitely recommend and will be back.

They were recommend to me by a co-worker who raved about how fast and good they were. Went to them with a heating issue. They allegedly fixed the problem on my car. Yet it hasn't worked at all since the temperature dropped. Also, it was required for me to put down a deposit before they did any work.Edit: I am sure they fixed what they assumed was wrong. The company I'm taking it to now say it is something else. Not the part they replaced. Due to that i added a star. They were also very fast with getting me in and out. Probably one of the faster places around. (I've only been to one other place) Due to that I added a thrid star. If possible to give half stars I would.Having to a do a deposit was weird and made me uncomfortable. According to the reply it was a special order. Unsure of what is special about a Ford. Granted it's an older car so maybe age?To say a fake review stop being defensive. Also it was 2022.Update: Took my car to another shop to address issue. I was told the exact same thing Finch told me was wrong. The shop took out the part and said it was old and broken and from what he could see that is not a 2 year old part more than likely the original part. So Finch knew whay was wrong, I was called and told my car was ready to be picked up, but the job was completed.In reply to Finch:Yes, I drove around without heat for 2 years because my child had a brain tumor so the medical needs to precedent over anything else I was concerned about. And when all the medical things were taken care of, i was then able to turn my attention back to the heat and my car not working. I am fully aware a low review can impact your business and I am giving my perspective.

We had a worng part and was not aware of it until we came in for a wheel alignment. They quickly got the part in for us in a matter of a hour and helped us replace it. These guys are the best! I couldn t figure out what the noise was in my daughter s car. They checked it out and let me know. They couldn t fix it-it was the transmission- and they did not charge me for checking it out. Such honest people! I ll definitely be using them for all my cars! Thanks, guys!

Awesome customer service! Awesome work! My truck wasn't running and no one could figure it out. These guys did and not only fixed it but charged a more than fair price. 1000 less than the dealership who wouldn't see me until a month later... Finch fit me in within the week, even though they are VERY busy. I would and already have reccomend this place to anyone who wants the job done right.

I needed hard-to-find tires for my pontoon trailer and the team at Finch found the tires and did the work. I was not able to get back to the area for close to 3 months but everything was fine and they were professionals. I recently had a 50,000 mile service performed by a dealership. The dealership tried to sell me a complete brake job, all four wheels with rotor turning for the low price of about $700. I declined and had Finch check my car. I did need front pads, but the rotors were fine, total cost under $150. My thanks to Finch and their mechanics.

Brought my own brand new Moog parts with me including tie rod ends, drag link, and ball joints. Paid $300 in labor. Come to find out they never replaced the parts ..they actually took them and gave me used parts. I ve heard many stories like mine ..do not use Finch!

This is a family business and they are very kind and helpful. My girlfriend had a balancing weight come off of her tire. I called and asked if they could/would help. They said yes bring it on up. They fixed it in less than 20 minutes. And the price was very fair and reasonable. They didn t try to exploit our desperate situation with a price gouge. They fixed it for a fair price in a timely manner and were very pleasant people ..both the guys in the garage and the people in the office were pleasant and professional. Took car in to change spark plugs, still didn't fix the problem but they diagnosed it and fixed my car . Fast and reasonably priced. Will come here from now on. Thanks Finch's Auto.

Had brakes and tires replaced. Within two weeks, the brakes were grinding. Needed to return for them to fix that. Turns out they didn't tighten one of the caliper bolts. No apology whatsoever at any point of contact for that colossal mistake. Another week goes by, and one tire is losing pressure. At this point, I go to another shop to repair, and they found the valve stem was damaged. Two very common car maintenance items, and neither was done right the first time. I would not recommend.Service: Tires

I called to get a price on some tires for my jeep. This crew was amazing they had my tires shipped and installed quickly. They were polite and willing to do the job correctly. They even cleaned my new wheels prior to putting them onto my jeep. I will definitely return for future service. Thanks Brian and crew.

Very satisfied! The front end on my Ranger was in terrible shape. It needed about everything it could need (upper and lower ball joints, tie rods...ect.) and sounded like a rusty old bed spring, but they got it fixed up for me and super fast. I dropped it off in the afternoon and was able to pick it up the next day. My boss told me to go to them and I'm glad I did. Thank you!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I took a car I was looking to buy, into Finch Auto for a mechanical used car inspection. After the inspection Finch Auto told me the car appeared in very good condition. I bought the car and took it home to find that, the next morning, there was a oil leak and a fuel leak.There were NO LEAKS when I took it in for the inspection. It was obvious that the mechanical "inspection" never included a look up on a hoist. These leaks would have been noticed by any qualified mechanic and were not there before the "inspection". I left the car for the required repair (oil and gas leak) and upon picking the car up found a scratch in the side that was new. The idle on the car was also irregular. The idle was a perfect 700 rpm at idle when I bought it. Again, I left the car for an estimate. Brian, the owner, told me there was a moisture leak that was effecting the coil, and the coil needed replacement, but because I was such a nice guy, he would fix it for free. I agreed and left the car again. I requested that ALL THE USED PARTS that were replaced be kept for my inspection when I picked up the car. When I showed to pick the car up, the idle was very bad and, again, I left the car to find out that the wiring harness needed replacement. Upon my approval, Finch Auto replaced the wiring harness and when I went to pick the car up, the oil pressure gauge was not working and the engine light was on. Also, the parts that I requested returned to me, upon replacement, were now misplaced and no longer available for return and my inspection. What makes the story REAL INTERESTING is the fact that the car Finch worked on was the same year and chassis of a car that I have owned years ago (a 1995 - 129). The difference is the car Finch worked had under 60,000 miles. The same car I had many years ago had 135,000 miles on it when i sold it. I HAD NEVER REPLACED A COIL, HEAD GASKET, FUEL FILTER, FUEL PUMP, OR WIRING HARNESS for all the years that I owned it. To make this even more questionable NONE OF PARTS THAT I REQUESTED RETURNED, WERE EVER RETURNED AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS ON MY PART TO GET THEM BACK. They did do an alignment on the car that seemed proper but this place is a joke at every level. BUYER BEWARE!!!
