They were very rude and tried to bully me and especially my mom when we got there. I told them I would pay for the towing fee but since I didn t want the car anymore (totaled) I was not going to pay the 300$ for the 6 days it had sat there. I also told them they could acquire the title for themselves, which I didn t have, but they would have to pay for it. The owners son got in my face with his fits balled up like he was going to fight me. I was obviously angry and cussing but it was returned. This all could ve been avoided had they not made such a huge deal over losing money for it sitting on their property for 6 days. I made them pay for the title 60$ which they agreed to at the very end when I told them paying for the lot fee wasn t an option after an hour of arguing and bullying.

We specifically asked to have my car towed to my house, which he said they could not do it was illegal. We were a quarter of a mile from my driveway. I later learned that legally they are supposed to tow it where I ask as long as I pay upfront. They just wanted a 200 dollar tow bill for 4 miles. Absolute crooks. I spoke after the fact to several tow professionals that said they would have charged 40 dollars if that. Worst experience ever with a business. I felt robbed and I wish I had took legal actions.

This place is a joke I don't know why any law enforcement would use them to tow vehicles my car was impounded 4 miles from ther shop they charged me 242 dollars than tore my car all to pieces when I arrived my exhaust had been ripped loose the passenger side of car was dented badly and my key broke off in the ignition they played stupid or course
