I can't say enough about the great folks at Crystal Clean Storage. We store a tailgating trailer there supporting the ClemsonLIFE organization at Clemson. These folks have gone out of their way to accommodate us. They have opened early for us, stayed open very late during game weekend, and have provided a safe and very convenient space for us. I called numerous facilities regarding storage, and these folks jumped at the chance to support the Special needs community at ClemsonLIFE.

We needed to find a storage unit due to our daughter decided to go study abroad last minute for her spring term. This family run, father Danny and son Lane team were amazing to work with and put our stress at ease. The Crystal Clean Storage are probably some of the best you ll ever deal with bar none!! We went to them to rent a 5 x 5. And the unit that we were supposed to rent the people before us had not cleared out of yet. They gave us a bigger unit for the same price and asked us if they minded when our 5x5 opened if they could moved our stuff gently ,as they put it, into the other storage unit. We live in Illinois and my daughter was going to Spain and not going to be back @ Clemson until August so the amount of stress they relieved for was astronomical. Most people would have moved it (or not even at all-& charges us for the bigger unit for 8 months) and moved on with their day. However These people not only moved our stuff gently, but took pictures before the move and after moving her items and sent them to us to make sure that everything was to our liking. This storage facility is run by people who truly care about their customers. These people are the people to go with for sure. We also paid in cash and they gave us a discount for the full rental. Great location - secure storage & great people

I was moving back to the area and needed a storage unit for my lawn and garden supplies. Searching the area and being brought through automated systems with a million and confusing questions for every storage rental company, became super confusing; however, I happen to run across Crystal Clean and felt led to give them a call and I was so glad I did! Lane, not only was kind and helpful but made the process SUPER SIMPLE! They are the cheapest, friendliest, and best in the upstate! If you are looking for an EASY solution for your storage rental needs, Crystal Clean is the perfect place for you!

We had a great experience using Crystal Clean Storage. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was available anytime. The location is convenient and everything is kept very clean and safe. The rates are extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend!

The temperature controlled storage unit was exactly what we needed, was in perfect condition and the team at Crystal Clean storage was great to work with. Lane was especially pleasant and easy to communicate with and if we ever need to utilize a storage unit again I would use Crystal Clean without a doubt!

I had such a great experience with Crystal Clean. Lane was extremely polite, accommodating and professional. He made himself available when it was convenient for me and was very reasonable with prices and thorough with explaining everything. I would highly recommend them for your storage needs.

I have rented a storage unit from Crystal Clean Storage on and off for about 5 years. Lane has always been great to work with. Last year I rented a unit to store my ski boat. I arrived late in the afternoon. Lane met me after hours, and he even helped my son and me maneuver the boat into the unit just in time to avoid a downpour.

I used Crystal Clean Storage once when I parked my goods there waiting to buy a house. It was easy and and out for the moving truck. That was indoor storage, and air conditioned. We have used them for 3+ years now... It's always clean, safe, easy to get in and out. Good outdoor building with no leak. Excellent fair rates. Best of all, Lane, the owner, provides very clear communication and texts me notifications.

I ve been renting a unit from them since 2015. The name is accurate as the place is cleaner than any other storage facility I ve visited, and Lane is easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

My family and I have used Crystal Clean Mini Storage off and on for many years. They have always been very friendly and very easy to work with. Their rent is reasonable and fair and their units are very clean. I would highly recommend them for any of your storage needs!!!

We have rented multiple storage units from Crystal Clean Mini Storage for more than 10 years. Absolutely wonderful experience. Their location is ideal, close enough to easily access everything, but not on a busy highway. Units were always clean and the proper temperature. The pricing was excellent. We never experienced any theft or safety issues. The ownership became like family, always assisting when needed. I cannot recommend them enough.

My husband and I have a storage unit here. We are from out of town so it is nice to be able to have the ease of storing our things here and have access to them when we are enjoying our home on Lake Keowee. Easy to access, always clean and friendly owners!

My husband and I use Crystal Clean Mini Storage! We love how clean the facilities are and that it is family owned. The prices are the best in the area. The owners are very nice and helpful. They are always available when we need their assistance or have any questions about our storage unit! We definitely recommend using Crystal Clean for all of your climate and non-climate storage needs.

Great experience renting from Crystal Clean. They were very helpful and very professional. I have never seen storage buildings kept as clean as they keep theirs. The location is very convenient and the facility is very safe and secure. I also rented a Budget truck from them to move my items into the storage and it was a very pleasant experience too. The owners made me feel important and took time to make sure I had all I needed. If you want a safe, clean, we'll run storage facility in the Seneca or Clemson area, this is where you need to go.

The best place to get a storage building! The prices and customer service is amazing. Even after the tornado I was worried about flood damage but to my surprise there was non what so ever! I m very pleased with the service I got from here. I give them a 10/10 and highly recommend using them for your storage needs. Most definitely coming back if I ever need another building!

The owner of this place is extremely unfriendly to the point of being hostile, and the following is exactly what happened regardless what the owner might reply in response.An acquaintance of mine was renting multiple spaces here and had items she wanted me to see. I arrived 10 minutes before she did, parked in a space, and remained in my car. I was the only car there so there was plenty of remaining parking spaces. Someone approached me and asked why I was there. I told him I was waiting for a friend who has storage there. He said if I didn t rent there I couldn t enter and that I was loitering by remaining. He told me to leave now or he d call the police. I was polite the whole time. I told him my friend rented space there and would be arriving any minute. He ordered me to leave and that I couldn't come in. I told him I found it hard to believe that he d speak to someone waiting for one of his paying customers the way he was speaking me. I was a potential customer. I might very well need to come to him for storage someday. I have rented storage space in and around Oconee County for years. He replied had no trouble finding customers and didn't need my business. I was amazed and wondered, where does this type of rude, behavior come from? When my friend showed up he gave her an extremely hard time for making arrangements to meet me there. She had rented three large spaces from him for two years, paying him thousands of dollars during that time, and she had to haggle with him for an incredible 15 minutes for him to finally agree to allow me to follow her to het storage space. I just can t be more honest and forthright in informing potential customers of this place of what kind of human runs it. People like this shouldn t be in business where they interact with other people. Bear in mind, this was at about 6:00 PM on a Tuesday.If you live long enough you run into these people, and they are a surprise because you don't expect it. You just expect people to be nice and polite, respecting you as you respect them, especially if they are in business. People like this guys are deflating and disappointing to run into. They can ruin a sunny day.He has NO EXCUSE.

If you feel like washing your car on your own then this is the place to go. Very easy access and you get lots of soap and wax for your money. Owner is very helpful in case you have a problem so wand are you waiting for?

Terrible Customer Service. Theywere nice at the beginning, and then they just became plain rude and tried to scam me out of money. I was planning on using their storage system instead of the truck rental unlike the other reviewers...but just like them, I say just avoid them and avoid a headache, whether its trucking or stoarage rental. Save your money and get good customer service elsewhere and some place that won't try to scam you.

Good luck my first two years renting in a climate controlled unit.However my third year I got a non climate controlled unit. If you get a non-climate controlled unit the units can get damp with the summer rain. Be ware anything you put in the unit on the ground will most likely get moldy. I also had some issues with spiders and cock-roaches in the non climate controlled unit. They may have been from a neighboring unit but make sure to put everything in sealed bags.I would only recreccomendmmend getting a climate controlled unit if you are renting int he summer heat.
