I went here for the knowledge they d have that is greater than mine. I needed 1 radio harness repaired before installing a head unit and back up camera.When I picked up my car, I was told We got your head unit and back up camera installed. Not sure why your back speakers don t work .(It was 5 minutes before closing so I m guessing it was put together in a rush and they didn t want to stay and trouble shoot?)After the install, steering wheel functions for radio no longer work nor do the factory aux or usb locations. (The head unit they installed has all these functions as did the factory head unit). My car has factory Bose sub built in which no longer works and my rear speakers no longer work. The back up camera also points toward the air and not the ground so I believe it s installed upside down.So next week, I now have to take my car to yet another installer after paying cruisin sounds half a week of my wages for 2.5 hours of their wages and only half of my stereo works.They did a clean install so if buying items they sell in house, use them. If having issues or custom work, go somewhere else before you double pay like I m going to have to do now.

When Mariah Carey started sounding like dial-up Internet instead of a dog whistle, I knew it was time to have my front speakers replaced. Drew & the guys at Cruisin' Sounds took the wheel (literally) and had me in brand-new shape in no time. Trust them with anything from a couple front speakers to a new sound system altogether (I've had that done in the past there with another vehicle of mine). They're reputable, highly-skilled, professional, friendly & honest. It doesn't get better than that.

Only wanted help with a simple harness bypass he said he didn't like to tamper with people's cars??? But a hardware addition would be a solution?? Is that not tampering with the layout? Guess I find somewhere else to buy from, just because I didn't want something doesn't mean I wasn't planning on buying something else, was I judged by my appearance??? Maybe you can't always judge a book by its cover, he just lost a big sale. Found what I was told didn't exist at crutchfield I even had a very accurate harness diagam emailed to me by the online competition. This place might be great for people who want to pay for a install but not for the DIY person (I have installed quite a few exotic systems In The past) I dropped a star after Finding Crutchfield much more helpful and knowagable without the vehicle being there.

I ve had CS install numerous systems in my cars and trucks for 20 years and have always been extremely happy with dealing with Tim. I just had a Kenwood system installed in my 2007 Lexus ES350 and I m so impressed with how it turned out. David installed a bracket and stereo that looks factory built. These guys are great to work with and perform outstanding work. I would have never realized what I really wanted until Tim explained my options and I m so glad he did. I will always compare my price options but I can tell you now that Cruisin sounds will always perform my work. Thank you for a great new system that I think is top notch!!!

These guys are awesome. I had a sub installed in my truck and a complete stereo system in my jeep they did a real clean professional job. They got a lot of inventory to so it makes thing Easier

I dropped my truck off at 1 and it was done by three thirty. The salesman was very accommodating and helpful. The technician put in a touchscreen Bluetooth radio perfectly. Everything works as it should.

Love this shop! I have been a customer for over 20 years and have always received quality service from these guys. Most recently I replaced my car stereo and had additional speakers installed along with a backup camera mounted on my van. Excellent work!

Save your money and go to Best Buy for a stereo installation, thought I would shop local but got a far inferior product. There s a reason all sales are final. Wasted my money.

I had a Boss Apple CarPlay unit installed in my 2011 BMW. Tim was extremely helpful and warned me that BMW s were complicated cars and that the install may require some extra time and parts once they opened it up and started. I dropped my car off at 8:45 am and had it back by 5pm. I couldn t be happier with the install. It fit seamlessly in the dash and the sound and interface is incredible. I highly recommend Cruisin Sound. They are pros. They know their stuff.

Today was at least my third time in the shop. The previous two times, I only needed wires and small stuff. But Tim was always helpful.I'm typically an online shopper. But, with everything going on in the world today, I want to start patronizing local businesses more and I needed a new stereo setup for one of my Jeeps.So, I decided to go back and see Tim at Cruisin' Sounds. He helped me pick out the right system for me and gave me a great price. He even made himself available to me after the purchase to help me trouble shoot my self-install.Very happy with the products, pricing, and service. I'll definitely be back. Cruising and sound of Seneca South Carolina. What Walmart did not have could not get. I went into cruising and sound expecting to have to wait on my order to be ordered. But to my surprise they had my item in store. Now that's what you call good business. Thanks again cruising and sound of Seneca South Carolina very friendly people very good items. The air was very cool it made you feel right at home

I had Cruisin Sounds replace the 6 garbage stock speakers in my '22 Challenger with Rockford Fosgates speakers and amp. After the install, it sounded significantly better, but was missing something. I returned a few weeks later and had them install a Kenwood 12" subwoofer and another Rockford amp and now it sounds amazing! Tim was very knowledgeable and was able to make great recommendations based on my budget.David did an excellent job with the install. I had a previous install from a big box store in my last car and it was bad. Wires were exposed, panels were loose, and the amp tuning was terrible. The install from Cruisin Sounds is very professional and looks and sounds exactly how it should. Hopefully next year I can upgrade the head unit and will definitely be back!

Here you will meet friendly, informative, salespeople in a store that excels in selection, service, and pricing. I visited Cruisin' Sounds less than a week before Christmas to acquire information about upgrading car audio systems (about which I knew little), and on a lark that I might actually find something to purchase as a gift. Normally I research this kind of expense to death, but Tim's clear and thorough overview of the product landscape put me at ease. After introducing me to the variety of equipment options--from receivers/screens and external amplifiers to speakers and sub-woofers--he advised me on which directions I might take given my near-term and long-term goals (and budget). Not only did the store have in stock everything that I needed (or might possibly want) at competitive prices, they found a way squeeze the car into their busy installation schedule so that the surprise gift was unveiled Christmas morning. Needless to say, I won't hesitate to return for future purchases/upgrades.

Tim is incredible...he and David did a great job. I had them install a new touch screen and all my speakers and an amp/subwoofer. Everything works great and has for a long time.

Tim installed an awesome marine radio w/ bluetooth etc and 4 speakers on our pontoon. It sounds great and he did it while boat was on Hartwell !!! I highly recommend .

Had my mustang gt done here, did a pioneer 7800 Bluetooth model with 7" touchscreen DVD and backup camera, along with 4 Alpine type R'S 6x8's, with a Rockford fosgate punch amp, and the system is so loud, clean,crisp with outstanding bass. I shopped around, But Tim is a class act, and his technician has been there for 27 years!!!! Not like the 18 year old kid who will be doing it at best buy.... If you are serious about sound or care about your vehicle bring it to these guys, there was no evidence other than the system, that they were even in my car...no fingerprints,wire ends from stripping, nothing.. unbelievable... Pay for the best and get the best with no regrets...
