Staff was friendly, Food was good. The Poboy and cheeseburger was great, Fried mushrooms and jalape�o poppers were good, the cod bites nor good. Really fun place nice views

I bought a Xpress H20 Bay boat from Clemson Marina and we are very happy with the service. I paid down on to the boat in December 2021. Eric, the salesman gave me a time line when the boat would be delivered, and the boat was on time. We had a couple of small issues when the boat was delivered and I thought I would be on my own getting it all worked out, thinking that most people wouldn't think it was a big deal. To my surprise Eric told me not to worry about a thing that it would all be taken care of. Eric has kept his word and made sure my kids and I only have to worry about catching fish in the high school fishing tournaments.

We had awesome full-day trip with a brand-new boat. We were 10guys and paid for boat and gas round about 395$. It s a good deal, because the lake is huge and you have a lot of opportunities to spend your time on the water. Few miles away you can find some lonely beaches. There are good places for BBQ and so on.Please note the following: Download JControl in your App-Store, because you can use it to listen your own music on the boat. It s not possible to charge your battery of your phone just with an USB cable. You need a car charger cable.

Clemson Marina is tucked away across from the Clemson football stadium, fun to boat over! Gas docks and restaurant docking available. Personally, the quality of the food does not match the high processed prices. I enjoy the view and company more than the food.

If your boat/etc is out if commission. I recommend Clemson Marina boat rental.. I would like to thank GM David and his staff for making us feel like family. David meet me at my truck with instructions to get out trip started and he said, "you all enjoy yourself and act like you are at home". We cruised the lake, fished and grilled.

Always great food and view of water to the east. Can see the stadium grandstands. Can easily dock boat. Favorite place every year for my family.

Excellent service. Was out on the water and started experiencing motor problems. Pulled in to Clemson marina and they were kind, helpful and customer service oriented. They ended up doing the diagnostic and repairs within a week. Jimmy in customer service kept me up to date on the status.

Great service and easy rental process. Supplies were brought directly to the pier and back to the car afterwards.Boat was in good shape and clean.

We had a GREAT EXPERIENCE with Eric Powers and Brandon, they were so helpful and accommodating. We showed up ready for our Xpress H17, and it was ready for us! The entire marina felt like one big family, we even stayed to eat lunch! Friendly people, great service, and easy to do business with!

Dealing with Jimmy in service was a fantastic experience. He was very efficient and got my boat in and out very quickly. The technician Rojo was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure the customer experience didn t just stop with Jimmy. I ve had bad luck in the past with the old staff but this time everything went smoothly with the new guys. Hopefully they will stay moving in the right direction because this is the best experience I ve had yet. Thanks guys!

We recently made a boat purchase with Clemson Marina on a new Veranda Tritoon. Brandon was extremely helpful in this process; it was awesome how he took so much time to answer every question we had and how he made sure this was a great experience for us. Brandon helped make sure as part of our purchase package that we also got a water ready package that included simple things like life jackets, anchor, dock lines and so much more, it was awesome how he was looking out for us like that. Brandon was very helpful all the way to the closing and then the rest of his team on delivery day continued this great experience. Harrison our delivery captain was extremely helpful. He was there to guide us through launching the boat from the trailer and then how to tie up at the dock and then some cruising around on the water. When it was time to bring the boat back in to load onto the trailer Harrison was really helpful there too, lets face it getting the boat on/off the trailer is the most challenging part of the boating experience. Clemson Marina is full service from boat sales, rentals, boat service, fuel, food and more, so far every area we have utilized proves they are the best!

Brandon was great in helping us find the boat that met our family s needs. He and the service team were awesome in working with us to repair our old boat and quickly purchase another boat just in time to enjoy the warmer weather. Our Veranda tritoon has already allowed our family to enjoy being together and thanks to Brandon, we look forward to making many more memories for years to come!

My group of 6 did a 4 hour pontoon rental today 7/31/20202 and I would absolutely recommend this place. Rob was very cool and thorough in his boating instructions as he walked the people that would be driving the boat through everything we needed to know. He answered all of our questions and upon return there were several guys down at the dock to help guide us back into the slip and make sure we didn t hit anything. They helped us load and unload all of our belongings from our car all the way into the boat even bringing a cart to and from our car so we didn t have to carry it all. The boat was also immaculate. It was a 2020 and it was clean as can be. 10/10 recommend this place!

We have vacationed at Lake Hartwell this Summer and last, and we rented a ski boat for a day each year from Clemson Marina. The boat was nice and ran well. The folks at the marina were also very nice and helpful. They inflated our tube for us, and they had carts to carry our things from the car to the boat and back to the car at the end of the day. They have many pontoon boats for rent, but only a few ski boats. Overall, we have been very pleased with their boat rental service.

Taken these boats out many many times and I always have a blast. Service at Clemson Marina is always top of the line. Can t recommend this place enough!P.S.Tip the dock hands, they work hard to make your experience great

I ve had a warranty issue stemming right at three years. Granted part of that was through Covid so didn t make too much of a stink about it. I have to keep calling as the follow up is not there concerning my warranty issues. I ve called two or three times leaving voice messages after speaking to an individual and cannot get a phone call back. I have tried to get my boat serviced that I bought from them but cannot get a callback so now I cannot use my boat. I left another voicemail after speaking with the receptionist and hopefully the general manager will call me back. Boat purchasing experience was great but once they Got my money it has been terrible

Friendly and upbeat... Both the staff and the atmosphere. Great place for a beverage or full meal... Wide selection on both of those menus. Always available boat parking, right across from Clemson's stadium, & well worth the short trip up the Seneca branch of Hartwell. A regular go-to when we're out on the lake!

Service department is fantastic at the Marina, they have been nothing but helpful with my boat issues. I have received top notch customer service since the boat has been in the shop. The techs are very knowledgeable on boats and take pride in their work. Having the shop on the water was a huge help when it came to the diagnostic process because I could show them my issue. You can even drive your boat up to their on the water service dock and they will check your boat in there!

Great place to keep your boat. Staff is very friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. Food at the grill is really good and a great way to cap off a day on the lake. Dry dock storage is fantastic. Just call ahead and they put your boat in the water for you and take it out when you are done.

Today was family's first time at lake Hartwell, it was such a great experience! The crew helped us load and unload everything. The boats were new and very clean. The staff was beyond great! On our way back to the marina we ran out of gas a few miles short of the docks (our own fault). And they brought us some gas! I couldn't be more pleased with our experience! 5 stars! Keep up the good work guys, it shows!

I give the restaurant 4 stars as it's very clean and the staff is very friendly but the quality of food as to the pricing of their food isn't so great. I'd say 3 stars on quality and pricing. It's basically high dollar fast food!!!!! If you are in the lake however, and come by boat, you don't have very many options out there so it's ideal. Not sure I'm going to return, but it was definitely well worth trying.

Awesome buying experience! We were new boat buyers with no experience but tons of questions. Casey was patient, knowledgeable and incredibly thorough in helping us. Test rides to illustrate different options. New and used inventory to select from. No pressure. Great prompt communication. Even does their own instructional videos. Kevin delivered the boat and diligently made sure we understood workings and maint. No regrets!

At the rentals, The staff is friendly and courteous. They come to your vehicle to help load your boat. The boats are in great condition. The best deal is Mon eve to Thursday morning for little more one day rental.

I can't say enough good things about Clemson Marina. Great service! Fast friendly staff! Great equipment! They treat you right! If you need to rent a boat this is the place to do it! Thanks guys for a great Father's Day outing! We will definitely do it again!

Took 40 minutes to get the first food. Took another 20 minutes to get the rest of our order. The burgers were burnt, the fries were cold. 1/3 of the orders were not prepared correctly. The atmosphere is great, people are friendly, but the food and kitchen were terrible!

We had a very lovely experience with Clemson Marina. The rental was ready when we got there and they sent an employee with a wagon to help transport and load our things from our car to the boat - he was very friendly. There was a little misunderstanding toward the end, but they did their best to make it right and it all worked out. We d go back for sure!

I've been bringing my boat in for maintenance, detailing and winterization every Fall for the last 5 years and the service department does a great job! They've gone out of their way to work with my out of town schedule and to take care of any unforeseen issues. I highly recommend them for all your boat maintenance needs.
