Went in looking for some help with my Warn winch and basically they told me what I was telling them was wrong and didn t even offer to help me in any way. Once I figured out what was wrong with my winch it was exactly what I was trying to tell them was wrong that they said wasn t possible. Not very friendly or helpful at all.

I had them install a trailer hitch for my Jeep Renegade and they did an outstanding job... very reasonable price too ... soo if you need something added to your 4X4 come see these folks ... you won't be disappointed.

Don't buy a Bestop it's not worth the $, I should of bought a cheap one, sooooo disappointed!!! But didn't buy it from this place, they are awesome people!!!

Don't stand behind there work! Put locking hubs on my truck and obviously broke 6 out of the 10 small bolts holding them on, probably from using an impact on such small bolts! Owner said he wouldn't fix it because it was 2 years before I noticed it, due to the fact that the truck never goes off road and I never us them. He said "you probably banged it up on some rocks". Well I've spent thousands of dollars with them on lift kits wenches on multiple vehicles but never again. You may think there great. And they'll treat you great,until they get your money then there done with you!

Coming to Clemson 4 wheel center for my installs was the BIGGEST MISTAKE!!!! would rate 0/5 stars, but I can'tI went a few months ago to have rock lights and ring lights installed on my jeep Wrangler and it cost me over $1000. I understand the price for all of the parts they had to take off, but what makes me upset with the job is the way they installed the wires to everything. I have wires that are split now because of how awkward the wires are ran. So now I have to buy another set of lights and take my jeep somewhere else to fix Clemson 4 wheel centers mistakes.

Needed wheel spacers for my 2019 Tacoma and spoke with Aaron and he came up with just what I needed, super nice guy and seemed very knowledgeable about everything suspension related

Just called a few minutes ago to inquire whether they did work on Jeeps. I explained that it was bogging down when it got up to temp. I said that I had been replacing parts all summer and was looking for a good Jeep shop. The guy said they didn t do that kind of work. I asked if he could recommend a local Jeep mechanic and he said that he wasn t from around here. Did not seem interested at all. I ll find a shop that actually wants some business.Your employee said nothing about you being busy and that you couldn t take on new business. That s was NEVER said at all. I explained the work I was asking about. Your employee said that you do not do engine work. I asked if he could recommend anybody and he said no that he was new to the area. I m not gonna argue with you but what your employee is telling you is not how the call went.

Heard plenty of good reviews and decided to call about an ls swap in to a Jeep some young fellow obviously had know idea of what he was doing quoted a price of 10 grand . Now I m supplying the motor and kit to do this I just needed them to do labor there are many places in sc who do this swap in a week for 3 grand so do your research that s for certain

Great place to take your 4x4 to. They got my Fj cruiser fixed up back to its former self. I had clunking noise coming from the front end and they tracked it down and fixed the issue. Its been a couple of months now and is still riding really good so they have my business in the future. Thank Clemson 4x4 center.

Great customer service with friendly, helpful employees. C4WC not only will provide excellent support for any Jeep need you have, they also support the local communities and for almost 50 years, have been a landmark in the Upstate of SC.

Service was done well and very quickly. They did however have a missed opportunity to earn a lot more of my money. I was planning on stocking up with assessories to finish my project while waiting, but prices on items were not clearly marked and Younger counter staff must have had an off day as they were difficult to get pricing questions on showroom floor answered betweeen YouTube sessions and playing with their rifles. ( but again who can resist a good shotgun discusssion) As a first time customer felt like I was being seen more as a nusance than a new family member. Would I used them again? , absolutely! best 4x4 shop in the south, just slightly disappointed in customer engagement . Think it had to be an off day. Again met expectations but have room to exceed them in the future. Still worth the drive and bypassing my local shop near Greenville who are absoulutly clueless and passionless about 4x4 s.Solid customer service and recommendations by phone prior to appointment (professional and sound advice, kudos) and the job was absolutely the right upgrade needed to gain performance out of the JK . Based on the phone consultation and professionalism may have given me higher expectations as well, whoever booked my appointment has the right formula for getting the customer comfortable and feel good about doing business.

Cindy and I love our 2014 JKU Rubicon. We have driven it over 130,000 miles. Over the years Clemson 4Wheel Center has helped out when I wanted to enhance my stock equipment with rugged after market components so when I needed new front and rear drive shafts I went to them. Rodger, Cole, and Jordan helped me get the correct replacements ordered and then Stew did a great job installing it. No more clanking or vibrations when driving with the new shafts. Thanks everyone!

Very friendly but limited in knowledge they do a lot of bolt on kits you can do at home nothing really creative everything's very application specific they don't really have that part you need

Bought our ARB bumper, warn winch, and many other Jeep related parts from the guys at Clemson 4 Wheel . They have a Great team in the shop and very knowledgeable sales staff to help you get what you need.

Alright my name is Josh D. and I meant to post this review a few months ago and am just now getting around to it. I feel like my interaction with Clemson 4wheel was worth a review. First off the guys are great and know their stuff when it comes to off-roading and rigs. So I had a friend refer me to C4W in August 2017 for a 6 inch lift on my 2007 Toyota Tundra. I wasn t sure on which brand lift I wanted so I decided to call and ended up talking to Joe. He walked me thru the process and we discussed prices. It was actually cheaper for me to buy the rough country lift from them than to buy it from rough country myself. So here s where my problem happened; there was a miss communication between C4W and myself when it came to ordering the lift and having it lined up on the day we had planned originally. I called and talked to joe about the problem and told him I had actually taken a day off work to get the lift put on. Joe talked to Roger (if I remember correctly) and they were able to overnight the lift and still get me worked in to the original appointment we had set up! After they installed my lift I was supposed to come back after 500 miles and have them do a bolt check to insure the lift was snug after the initial install. I actually had to reschedule with them 3 different times due to my own schedule getting in the way. They completely understood (even thou it messed up their scheduling each time) and worked with me til I was able to make the drive and perform the final check. I ve called to price check wheels and tires twice with joe since then and he s been helpful every time. I ll be ordering my wheels and tires from them in the coming months. One of the most experienced pro Jeep shops in the South East. The Owner (Fred) has a national reputation for building great custom rock crawlers. They can get you anything you need for Jeepin!

Probably the best place in upstate to get your 4x4 worked on. All the things that they have done to my Jeep turned out great from the first time. My go to place to get an advice on what is wrong with my Jeep.

The site was a little bit hard to navigate but I really enjoyed the experience and products that they have in stock and believe me that other stores hardly ever have their items in stock! CLEMSON HAS QUALITY STOCK!!

Been doing business with these folks for years! My dad did business with them when i was a kid...the only place to go for your 4 wheel drive needs, and they treat you like family!
