I called Jessica Owens on the recommendation of a friend. She immediately went to work on my behalf searching for the best coverage and rates. She got back to me very quickly, and was upfront and honest about each company's quote. Jessica ended up finding me better coverage at much cheaper rates than I was currently paying! I can't stress enough just how quickly and professionally she jumped right in and handled this process for me! I highly recommend this agency, and Jessica. I could not have asked for better treatment or results.

I recently bought a new car and wanted to switch insurance groups. I knew Jessica had recently became an insurance agent, so I really wanted to give her a try! She shopped around to give me and my family the best bang for my buck, with all the bells and whistles to make sure we're taken care of! She and David always gives promt and professional advice! Love the customer service this business provides. Any questions or concerns I've had always get taken care of in a timely manner.. I never have to stay on anybody to get something done when I do have a matter that needs attention.It's great to work with people who do their job so I don't have to do mine & theirs. I've never had a rude or unprofessional encounter with the agents.I do call a few times a year to see if any better rates are available, or if rewriting my policy would save money. I do my part and they are quick to do theirs.

Once again David provided an excellent experience when I was looking for a retirement plan for my business. He offered first rate advice, was patient with my questions, and helped me to choose a terrific option for my employees. I had a wonderful experience in the beginning, however I called in November to cancel my account which I had paid in full for and had several months left to go. It s April and I recieved a renewal which means that whomever I spoke with in November failed to cancel my account. I paid for insurance for all those months for absolutely nothing. I call and a different female answered the phone, it was not a good customer service experience whatsoever. No apology, not even a nice greeting for being a customer here at one point. Do not recommend. Sorry guys, you need to improve customer service.

i was in search of a new agency and saw the previous reviews and figured id give them a try..... i can tell the past reviewers where 100 percent accurate with the 5 star approval. my experience has been wonderful with everyone from this office very kind and friendly staff and works very hard to make sure that i have the best coverage for the price. i love and trust this team . thank you for your services

Actually it's was handled on phone with a gentlemen name Justin and he's been great. Think he's from Ohio but I'm still working with him but great service and how I've been treated.
