It is a very nice good auto repair shop very friendly and very reasonable prices and excellent work. I had my starter go out of my 2006 chevy trailblazer and took them the new starter and they put it on the next day. I was so happy to have my car back. I am also going to let them do a tune up with my spark plugs and wires in June already got that set up for a appointment. I am so glad I used them to get my starter and everything fixed.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I had Jared and his team replace the timing chain on my 1999 dodge ram 1500 5.2 magnum engine. They did a great job in a timely manner and a fair price. I would highly recommend them for all your automotive work

Have been to Cater's many times. They have been terrific mechanics for my F150 and are VERY reasonably priced. Best of all, they are honest. Keep it up!

Love Cater s Automotive! I ve taken 2 cars here now and they have done an awesome job on both! They are honest, have great prices, and get the job done in a timely manner! Best mechanic around Seneca for sure!!!

We did not wind up using them because their services did not meet our needs, especially for the cost they were charging. I've heard great about them though. Just know what you need done and ask them detailed questions to make sure its all included in the quoted price. We would've been slammed with additional unexpected costs if I wouldn't have verified. The staff that answered the phones the few times I called were pretty friendly. Just know what you are needing because they seemed not aware of what entailed the service I needed.

I've been using this shop for years and have never had a bad experience. Staff and owner are always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Pricing is very reasonable and work is completed in a timely manner. They charged almost half of what every other shop in the area quoted, then went above and beyond in the service itself. They even set the clock in the car to the right time. They really helped me out and for that I am grateful.

Jared is an ASE Certified Automotive repair man. I have been using his services for several years. He is probably the most honest automotive repair person I have ever dealt with. There are times when he has actually not even charge me for a very minor repair that was potentially hundreds of dollars somewhere else.He has worked on my boat my car and my golf cart. I referred several neighbors to him and not one has had a complaint. If you're looking for an honest mechanic, this is the place.

Jared is my oldest son and has always been hands on. In his early years he was very interested in electricity and as he got older he loved the challenge of automotive work. He has worked on our cars since he was a teenager and we trust him with all of our automotive work. He has earned the ASE Master Certification. I highly recommend Cater's Automotive Repair for all of your auto mechanical needs.

Great job,they replaced my engine in my Chevy trailblazer,did it for a fair price, had it done when he said it would be done,always been treated nicely whenever I have walked in,never felt rushed, a great friendly mechanic that I would recommend if you need something repaired.ps last year he fixed my jet ski too!

This is the first shop I ve been too who was quick and professional! Very reasonable and great prices !! I have to also add they are the only ones that could fix my car . (Includes an actual dealership) . Would recommend to anyone !!

Small operation but friendly, fair service. In and out quickly. Mechanic very knowledgeable. Very tiny waiting area, suggest dropping vehicle off and picking up when done. I will continue to use them unless they give me a reason not to.

Found the staff to be very friendly and professional. Went in thinking I needed a new starter and paying a lot for parts and labor. When I brought my truck in, they did a check and found it was only bad connectors on the batteries.
