My wife s car was hit by a woman running a red light. When Cartee Towing arrived. They came over and asked her how she was doing. They told us where the car would be towed. They asked if we had any questions and gave us a card. They were very nice and polite. We felt very fortunate to have them as our tow company.

When the choice is mine to make, I will always call Cartee Towing. The Cartees have done my towing now for over 35 years. I have always been serviced promptly with the utmost respect. They truly care about you as well as your vehicle. Great jobs folks!

My truck has a few issues and I needed it towed to a mechanic. I called Cartee Inc Towing and in less than an hour one of their trucks pulled up. I was greeted with a friendly smile and a polite greeting. They are definitely my go to towing service. And I highly recommend them to anyone needing a tow. You can trust them . That means a lot to me.

I sunk a 26' U-haul Truck up to the frame when it plunged into a abandoned septic tank at 5:00pm on a Saturday.Randy came from Cartee Towing. He was a courteous skilled professional.He had the truck out in a short period of time. No damages! no gameplaying!I felt the 1 hour charge was a great deal!Thank You Cartee Towing!

Called yesterday July 9, 2023. Cartee refused to come out. Called a second time still refusing to send someone. I have lived in Seneca most of my life always using them. I even bought a motorcycle from Bobby . Never use them again.

This amazing gentlemen came in a split second to help my infant and I who were locked out of our car. I didn t have the money to pay and someone helped me, found this amazing local business, and payed for me and he was more than happy to help. I was in a wreck and Cartee's are the ones that towed my car. They were very nice and went above and beyond opening the trunk to get my stuff out of it. Would recommend very highly.

I hit something that destroyed both left tires on my car. Found a local company that promised to be there within 5 minutes. I waited 3 hours and called them many times (straight to voice mail). Then I called Cartee. They showed up as promised (about 25 minutes) It was late at night and no tire sale/repair shops were open so they towed my car home for me. Service was prompt, courteous and professional. You can't get better than that.Service: Car towing

I can not express my thanks enough to this great business! They were super fast, professional and two of the nicest guys ever. Let me just say this tow company is a blessing. Austin was friendly and knowledgeable. Being new to the area and unaccompanied while here, to have car issues is unnerving at the least. When Austin showed up, his demeanor and professionalism immediately made me feel safe. From the extremely nice lady who answered the phone to being dropped at my final destination, Cartee was the right call.

First time we used this tow service and these guys were great! Very prompt, courteous, professional, and experienced. Had us out of a pickle in 15 minutes(stuck in yard due to rain). They were mindful of taking care of our vehicle too, as if it was their own. I would highly recommend and will use again in the future.

Today our car stirring wheel mess up and the cops call Cartee to tow us home. Cartee came and was very nice and polite and took our car home for us we were about 2 miles from home. They were fair in their price to being us home. Thank you for you help.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Have had my car towed before. Not every place can tow an import without damaging it. But these guys treat your car like their own. I highly recommend if your car sits extremely low to the ground. And they have reasonable prices.

Cartee towing has been in business for a long time. We have done business with them over the years. They have always been very nice and helpful. They are honest and try to help you all they can. Will use their service again in the future.

They did a great job towing my wife's wrecked vehicle. The staff was not very friendly, but could have been having a bad day. The location can be a bit challenging to get in and out of as tight as the road is and wrecking equipment blocking the road.

Cheaper than anyone around here. Very quick service. They also work with Vickery's shop so I didn't have to follow them for the tow. Paid $75 to go from walhalla to seneca.

You can not beat the Cartee Family. Arrived when they said in the rain. Driver was super friendly, professional and just all around good guy. The truck was a brand new roll-back. Beauty. I got a tow from Walhalla to Seneca. I have used other local services, and will return my business to Cartee from here out.

Rescued me quickly when I was stranded. Towed my car to their lot & kept overnight until mechanic shop open following morning. Very efficient & courteous.

To say Cartee Towing is great just doesn't say enough. This group of people have always gone above and beyond with everything they do. They are always a call away 24 hrs a day and are fast and friendly. Getting a car or truck towed isn't something that anyone enjoys but they make it painless and take care of you as if you were family. They are my first pick EVERY TIME I need a tow. Just ask around and they will become your first pick as well.

The driver was very rude to me . Made me feel that I wasn't as important as his next call. And that I was causing him problems because I asked for my vehicle to be towed home. And then dumped my vehicle in the middle of my driveway . So I now have to drive in the grass to get in my yard.
