Great experience with Carolina Diesel, my 2006 F-250 needed injectors and they got me in within a couple days, had the parts ready to go and got me in and out within a week. Fair priced with a warranty. They went through everything while they were doing injectors for me. Overall a great experience, Highly recommend!

had my truck a little over 6 months now and still have not contacted me about getting it worked on went by there a month ago and they said I was next in line but my truck is still sitting where I dropped it

Let me tell you a little story if you guys out there just "like" your truck then take it to a mechanic they can fix it (maybe). If you love your truck like I do take it to Carolina diesel these folks are amazing they save me a ton of headache struggle fight fuss you name it. They did it right and the truck runs fantastic. Ended up having a new CP3 PUMP put in and that fixed the problem and they treated me fantastic.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Great people! I waited a month or so to write this review to see if the upgrades to my truck would still meet expectations. They have and then some! These are really good people doing high quality work. I am happy that Sam took the time to discuss all of my options and choose the best one. I highly recommend this shop and even though it is 5 hours away from me, they will be doing all of my work in the future.

Saved me from Destroying my truck!The Crew at CDP is stellar in their service! I got a notification on my truck something was seriously wrong. Realizing I was in dire need their crew agreed to hang out for a few extra minutes for me to get into the shop immediately. Quick diagnostic and I got the hard truth. This wouldn't be a cheap or quick fix.In 4 days this crew worked tirelessly to get my truck fixed because of my time constraints. First, I am not a local. While traveling from South Florida with my GMC Diesel 2500HD, I noticed a fuel leak in my 62-gal aftermarket fuel tank from S&B Fuel Tanks. This tank was originally installed 11 months ago (South Florida) and is fantastic. The leak was discovered on a Friday afternoon. I called S&B while at a Loves Truck stop and was handed off to tech support. Long story short, S&B wanted to know my final destination, Seneca SC, and they'll get back with me. S&B found one of their dealers, Carolina Diesel Performance, shipped the tank via overnight shipping to the Carolina Diesel, received a call from the dealer that the tank was at their shop and to bring the truck in. Had no problem waiting a couple days knowing that they were busy. Carolina Diesel called me the next day, truck was done. My experience with this company was GREAT ! Very professional and pleasant.

Very professional and nice people to work with. However, very busy (which speaks well for their business) but it took 3 days to run diagnostics.PS. I did take the truck back and let them fix it, and was very happy with the result. Pricing was reasonable. Service was excellent.

I don t recommend Carolina Diesel Performance. I had them replace my stand pipes and dummy plugs to solve a hot start issue in my F350. In the process of changing them they cracked two of my new injectors and told me I didn t have an oil leak because it was tested. After being stranded for two when I picked the truck up their solution was to replace my HPOP. If you own a Ford I d recommend finding a new shop.

Dropped off running truck let it sit all week when they were supposed to fix it the next day mostly tuner adjustment and fuel filter but any one can do the fuel filter never had a problem with the batteries cause there less than a year old they let it sit all week with the tuner on and tell me the batteries are not chargeable and I need hood shocks are there not working on it I said let me guess that s about $1000 dollars before they even look at the tuner you probably better off watching a you tube video and doing it your self by the way I m sure they have a review company that will be taking this post down

The only reason why I left one stars because it wouldn't let me leave a half a star.This is by far the biggest rip-off's, talk to their customer like they're a child and like I was inconveniencing them with my questions,, unprofessional mechanics.I'll never use this company ever for the rest of my life. Sam and his guys really understand all the performance and technical aspects of my diesel. I came in with a truck that was about dead,and left 3hours later with almost a new truck! They diagnosed on the spot and was extremely helpful,while giving me a great price. Very professional.

If you own a ford I definitely wouldn t recommend them they told me my truck needed a lot of work and wasn t worth fixing last i checked i don t pay you for your opinions i pay you to fix the things i brought it in for I m aware that it needs alot of work it s called a work in progress and it has sentimental value BUT ANYWAY i called to make an appointment to get my oil cooler replaced, check the wiring harness and to check my charging cable that goes to my alternator they said it would be two weeks before they could get it in and scheduled it to be brought in on a Tuesday I dropped it off two days before my appt and it still took them two weeks to get my truck in and get the oil cooler on (a 3 hour job) not to mention I ordered and paid for the part before I even dropped it off all while I m having to pay for a rental car and you have to call 12 times before they pickup the phone but in my case ever since I picked my truck up they won t answer my calls so if you re reading this CDP you didn t put the cap for my hood stack back in my truck and I need it.

Carolina Diesel has worked on my powerstroke and my cummins since 2010. They are super people and are very helpful. If you have a simple question, they will talk you through it; if you need a full rebuild, they will fix you up. They do great work and I highly recommend them for any of your diesel needs.

I won't let anyone else but Carolina Diesel Performance touch my Cummins ! CDP hands down the best shop in the Southeast! Special thank you and shout out to lady Manon, you are so helpful, and so knowledgeable, so easy to work with. Hi Sam, may the Almighty continue bless you, Manon, the shop, and the diesel pro's who work for you. If your shop was five hours away, I too would make the trip without even thinking twice about it. Just dropped in to see if a truck on the lot was for sale,,, they don't sell trucks, just build them,,, but they were super friendly and answered a couple of my 7.3 questions I had,,, and referred me to a place down the road that might rebuild some kubota motors for me,,, thanks guys,,,
