Honest Auto Pros: Had Air Conditioning issues with my low mileage 2114 Altima. Brock's guys found a loose connection at the compressor for under a hundred $. Nissan dealer had charged $1,400 3 years ago for a new compressor. Nice to find someone you can trust.

A friend recommended Brock's to me. I have never been disappointed. Work is solid and fairly priced. I don't feel pressure to buy services I don't need, and I don't have to drive an hour to get to the dealership. I have an older Toyota. Best part is Tracy is kind even when I've messed up appointments.

Just came into town with a vehicle issue. I was recommended to Brock s automotive and won t take my vehicle anywhere else as long as I m in the area. Very good people honest and on time. I have all my business.

The guys at Brock's are professional and polite. I especially like that Tracy checks with me a few days after the service to make sure I'm satisfied. He also texts every so often to see if I have any service needs.

Due to your absolute honesty, you now have A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! Took my car in about two weeks ago because of an oil leak. I was told I was going to need the CV joint replaced and was provided a ball park price for the repair. When the car was ready for pick up I was told the CV joint was not broken but had slipped. There was no need for a new one! This is a true honest business owner and everyone should support this small business!!!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY

Recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed. Takes a bit to get in but that is the case all over. Courteous and knowledgeable and my issues were fixed. And they pointed out a couple of things to keep an eye on.

Tracy gave me appt when I needed it. Completed the work in 30 mins and wheel thumping was fixed. Always get good work at Brocks, been coming here for about 10 years.

Service was good and everyone was polite . The issue that I have is that I spent over $1000.00 for tires and related work and they didn't bother washing the soap residue off the side walls. Looks horrible.

Brock s is the only place I ll take my car. They are honest, do what they say they re going to do when they say they will, and charge a reasonable price for the work. They don t try to sell you things you don t need, but they will tell you about things you may have missed and offer to fix it. Good folks and professional.

We are new to the Seneca area. Brock s car repair was recommended to us by our son and daughter-in-law. We needed front end work on our 2005 Envoy. The schedule was full, Tracy had us drop the Envoy off so he could diagnose our problem and be sure he had the necessary parts when he could schedule the service. The needed repairs were more extensive than we anticipated. Tracy s quote for the job, although expensive, were very reasonable. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and have made a big difference in how our Envoy drives and handles. Brock s Car Repair is highly recommended.

Great repair shop. People are super nice and good prices. I use them for all my and my families vehicles and recommend them to others. Was recommended to them by a friend and there was a Bible open on the counter in the shop. That was enough for me.

Great experience. Tracy was honest with me about exactly what I needed to have done. I was able to buy my own parts and have them do the labor which saved me a lot of money. Honda quoted me almost $5k and I ended up paying $1,500 to Brock's and about $300 in parts. Highly recommend.

I dropped my car off at 7:30AM - as they opened, I spoke with Tracy-and asked that they mount 4 new tires purchased via Tire Rack. I had cleaned my wheels (except for 1) and had cleaned my wheel hubs/rotors and wheel bolts for easy removal. The tires seem well balanced- I hope they run true and smooth at high speeds!No problems with the installation- I picked the car up around 3:30 -4:00. Tracy had worked me in between other appointments. He had initially mentioned a three week waiting list.

Took my car to Brock's after Hyundai dealer said it needed $1,600 of maintenance. Tracy inspected everything and found it didn't need all that work. He did the needed work for less than $500! I will be back for any future car needs!

Have been going to Brock's car repair for years. They are very professional and give you the price up front. They found a nail in my tire that I never knew I had. Tracy is an honest person who really takes care of his customers. It's hard today to find an honest car mechanic.

I called in the morning, they gave me appointment for the same date. They had the open spot for my car when got there and started working immediately. I needed a plug on my tire that was loosing pressure, only $10 and even started the calibration in my car settings for me. They have a waiting room with coffee and water. My issue was solved fast, honestly and affordably, highly recommend!
