My truck's alternator died this morning at 10am, dropped it off with Bountyland and had it back running by 4pm. The owner and tech were very easy to deal with, the price was great, and most importantly I'm back on the road the same day.Services: Electrical repair, Auto battery replacementServices: Electrical repair, Auto battery replacement

Over priced, rude, works slow and is sitting around most of the time over charging for labor. Super rude if u don t let him do all the work he wants he won t do anything at all and will be really rude if he can t rip you off for as much as he wants never go here

Truly a busy auto shop, so at times you may have to wait a little longer. But Terry is very help full as well as his team. They have worked on my Mercedes GL450. What I love about him he will tell you how it is with your car and let you when they can t do the work. That means a lot to me, but I can stress it enough be patient with the call back or the day that they will have your car done.

They didn't fix what was messed up on my car and charged $312. two days later my water pump went out so not a very happy camper I would not recommend to anybody. I blame them for damaging my water pump

My husband and I ad an alternator go out on a Friday evening and at 4:30 Friday evening they fixed our truck. We were two hours from the house. And did an excellent job. We hope someday to return the favor. Thank you so much Bountyland.

Have taken my wife's BMW there on several occasions (again tonight after work actually!) and he always takes care of it. He goes above and beyond...In fact when I was in a head-on collision down the street from his shop he called me to check on me! He will always get my business! This is the worst place to ever do service. I just experienced the worst customer seevice from BOUNTYLAND AUTOMOTIVE!They "repaired" a car which required them to replace both of the axles on the car and "fix" the air conditioning system. Paid $1,000 to later be back 1 1/2 month later after my car suddenly stopping in the middle of the road.. we towed the car back to them that same day.. we didn't hear from them for a whole week. I called and was told the axle was the problem. He said they replaced it and wouldn't be charging me labor just the part. I was paying $100 more for this axle than last time when it was their fault, but hey i need the car so i went today to pick it up knowing I'd have to pay $350 more. Respectfully i told him i would pay for the repairs but that was unsatisfied with the job. He started yelling at me telling me not to pay and that i wasn't going to take the car with me. That he was gonna take me to court and keep the car. I clearly stated again that payment wasn't the problem. He snapped his fingers at me and told me to leave. Its the most unpleasant experience i have ever had. He was so rude and disrespectful.

Please dont use Bountyland Automotive!VERY disrespectful and manipulative.He may be honest on occasion when it works for him - if you're smart by asking questions or honest and give people the benefit of doubt, this guy will likely lie to you or rip you off.Please don't make the mistake.The owner still owes me money for parts and labor and towing because I would not take my vehicle back to him after it was wrong first time and i was stranded 3 hours from home with the same problem 2 days after his repair!To add insult to injury he cussed me out and called me a liar. The only way I'll recoup will be court.Please dont use Bountyland Automotive!

The best mechanics/technicians in the state. Will return and have referred many to Terry and the crew. Got my 4wd running like a top after "other tech" screwed the pooch. They can do it all. Want a Vette motor transplanted or simple tune. Call Terry

I just called them, at closing time on a Saturday, and this gentleman offered to for me to bring my vehicle in early tomorrow morning (Sunday). And he was very polite. How many other mechanics would do that?

Took ny car in thurday said the cv axle amd tire rods was bad gave me a price of 738 go in the next morning with added stuff on my bill without communicating said it wasn't ready needed a wheel speed senor said it was gonna be ready by 830 this morning. Here i am calling and calling and he not answer. I will never take my car up there again. Keep pushing my car off

The owner swindled not only me, but my mother. Lied about what was wrong with the vehicle then charged double to not even fix it. Also, he came to my house to call me a thief, pulled a knife and tried to gouged my eye out when confronted about it, then bragged about how he "kicked my butt" to his cop buddies, which helpped him out of charges. See, this business is his bread and butter. If he does you dirty, his friends will help him out of any legal situation. He's a crook and my advice? Dont even go near this business. But dont take my word for it. The only good reviews on here was made by his friends. Lol

These guys are nice and up front through the whole process. I like it that way don't pull my chain. They are hands down the best for imports.
