We've been to Blackwells for tint in the past for all our vehicles with no issues. We just purchased a brand new vehicle ( which had to be picked up out of state as there was none available locally) and decided to take it to get tinted. From past experiences we thought it would be fine but clearly not. Not sure if it's new staff or just laziness but the job was so careless. The rubber trim is all cut and chopped at, the tint isn't cleanly done, there was glue, smudges, and dirt all over the exterior and interior of my NEW vehicle. They left a razor blade in my back seat (thankfully it was closed as my child sat on it). They tethered my 3rd row seat belt to the headrest of my 2nd row and locked it where I had to go to chevy to get it fixed.One thing after another, I did send my husband back and he was told that "it happens, that's normal". I will NOT recommend Blackwells anymore to any one after this last experience. Now I need to pay even more out of pocket to get the situation rectified by a REPUTABLE company. BE WARNED

First time customer. They came highly recommended and I know one of the employees. The tint looks amazing. Very professional and had my car in and out in a few hours. Great job all!!

Costed me $240 For my 1994 Chevy extended cab Truck with the Sliding back glass To Get tinted, Dropped it off Came back 3 Hours Later to See My Speakers Throwed Everywhere, Amp Wires Pulled out (Which Blew my Amp When I turned the Radio on because I didn't see it in time) Windows Was Left With Nasty Smudges EVERYWHERE, They Told me They Couldnt Wipe it Off or clean it for 3 Days. But if my Truck was In Nicer condition they would have NEVER Left it so Nasty on the Inside. Then They told me their was some Spots that was hard to tint which is understandable I guess, Told me to come back in 2 Days and they would Touch it up with a Tint marker, So 2 And a half days later I came back to get all the spots they missed touched up with Their tint Marker. Got Their and got told my Tint was Still "Too Wet" In 90 Weather. So Whatever, Came back in two more Days again And Got Told They Were too "Busy" To take 5 Minutes " If That" To Touch up Maybe 6 Spots they Clearly Missed. Okay Whatever Came Back Today (July 19 2023) And Got told the Guy that Does It is on (Lunch Break) That it would Be 1 Hour and a Half to come back again in that time frame ( I Clearly Seen The Guy In the Shop Working and Not on Lunch Break But whatever. Get their ONCE AGAIN 2 Hours later and Get Told ( He Said your Gonna have to drop It off for a Couple of hours for us to do it. He's really Busy Right now) At this point I Asked The boy To ask Him If ( I MYSELF COULD JUST DO IT MYSELF ) He said "No It's a Type of paint" I'm Busy Rightnow And Can't get to it. (Their were only TWO CARS IN THE BAY AT THE TIME With 3 People Sitting Around. So At this Point I'm P*SSED Off. They Will NEVER Get My Business Again Or Any Of My Friends and Family's Business again ( Which has been Going their For Literally YEARS AND YEARS. Overall Love the Woman That Helped me and The Kid That Talked to me Today, But The Guy That Said He'd (Touch it up with a Tint marker) Needs To Go. Poor Attitude. Disrespectful and Not willing to Help a customer for 5 Minutes of his time When I've Been Their 4 Differn't Times and Nothing Done.

This place always provides excellent quality of craftsmanship and incomparable customer service. I will always send my family and friends here for their tinting needs.They have always been trustworthy and honest people from my experience with them.They did the front windshield and side windows on my ram 2500 and I don't think I could possibly be any happier with how it came out!Service: Window tinting

Have had my last 3 cars tinted here. Always superb quality and care. The tint on my 4Runner is 8+ years old and has never faded/purpled. Will always get my vehicles tinted at Blackwells.

They charged me $200 to detail the inside of my Santa Fe and I dont think they even tried it was a joke. I ended up finishing it myself with upholstery cleaner from dollar general. I reached out to them on their FB and they wont respond.

Fresh window tint on my Truck. Great Job!!!They've done just about all of my vehicles and my wife's we've owned for over 10 + years. Always done a good job. Even when something messed up (is bound to happen who doesn't roll down or start to roll down a freshly tinted window), their fault or mine nonetheless, it was quickly made right. Most of the time they've always corrected the fault and never even hinted at me paying for anything. I appreciate the good work.

Had my husband's chevy silverado done a few weeks ago for $300. We followed all the aftercare instructions and within 2-3 days bubbles were noticeable. I called and they were nice about returning to fix it but didn't fix it and a girl acted as if she couldn't see any visible bubbles. Many friends recommend them by word of mouth from work done years ago. Disappointed

I drove to Seneca from Greenville to get my window tinted. This was a referral from my brother-in-law and I was not disappointed. Cameron (I hope I spelled your name correct), the young lady who assisted me and did my tinting was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. (Not to mention, she helped me with some questions I had on a car title transfer). They stand by their work and I am so pleased. I will be bringing my car back for detailing soon. Thanks!

If I could have given these guys 100 stars I would have! If you need anything that they specialize in done to your car, you ll never be disappointed if you let Blackwell s do it. I could tell when I walked in that they re like a big family. They take pride in everything they do and work together to assure quality service. I am a return customer from about a year and a half ago. I was hoping to leave a positive review following the work they did on my Wrangler (which was mediocre at best, you get what you pay for) and then on my new car that I wanted to get tinted, but unfortunately that isn t the case. I scheduled an appointment over the phone on Thursday and was told to bring it in the following Monday. I brought it in that Monday and was told the appointment was actually the next Monday. Brought it in the next Monday, and I was told that they would have to keep the car all day. I was not told this over the phone at any point nor when I walked in before. What is the point of an appointment if you have to leave something all day? Furthermore, why would you not at the very least share that with the customer? If I would have known, I would have made arrangements for alternate transportation with my other car. I ve used Blackwell s and Solar Shield in the past. If you want quality, honesty, or even the most basic level of service, go to Solar Shield. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! I have been doing business with Blackwell s for many many years. They are always friendly and do an excellent job! I have had all of my vehicles tinted and cleaned by them! I have never been disappointed. They always go above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of every customer! I have to brag on this place for a minute! I called in about getting one of my window tints redone because my dog decided to scratch it up. They put me on the schedule for a Saturday. The Friday before, they called me asking if they could get me in that day instead of the next day due to cancellations. I agreed and they offered to come pick up my car from my office and bring it back once it was completed. They brought it back less than an hour later, matched pretty well with the rest of the windows, and didn't even charge me for it! Shannon is a great guy and I am so pleased with my experience. Dad sent me here after having a Tacoma tinted a while ago.. I ve been to these guys twice since and they have absolutely excelled my expectations each time. First time I brought my Corolla in, was done in 45 mins and the tint was absolutely perfect. Went back today with my Camry, nothing less of exceptional. I felt like a kid in a candy shop after seeing how good it looked. Straight professionals and I will definitely take anything I need tinted to them. No one better than Blackwells. I needed a piece of glass to replace an exterior window panel in my house. They had it ready within an hour so we would have the window repaired promptly. Very pleased with the service and price. Definitely recommend this business.

They do some quality and professional tint. Mine did get a big air bubble in the back window but they fixed it the next day, I was very careful about letting it dry and not opening the doors, etc. They did my tail lights as well, and powder coated my grill for me, all at a good price. They offer a 3 year warranty on tint, BUT you have to have your physical receipt! A lady came in needing a tint repair, and she didn't have her receipt, they said they could not help her, I did feel bad, they should upgrade the system to keep better track of customers. I would go there again, they do tell you to keep your receipts for repair.

I am very pleased with the detailing on my daughter's car. I was embarrassed to take it anywhere to be cleaned because of how awful it was, due to her German Sheppard shedding all over every nook and cranny of the vehicle. They did a wonderful job with the interior and exterior. In addition, they were able to restore the original (09') headlight to almost perfectly match the other headlight, which was a new/replacement. The guy who actually did the detailing was nice enough to let me use some rubber mats he had, so he could hold onto my mats for them to dry thoroughly, in the shop, over the weekend. I also received a message from Shannon this morning, making sure that I was satisfied with the car. I've never had a vehicle detailed professionally until now, but in the future, I will definitely be a return customer, at Blackwell's.

This shop does amazing work. They have done my last three cars and just this morning did another for me. The work is always top notch! I've sent several people here to get their cars tinted and they as always did an incredible job!

Blackwell s has tinted several of my boyfriend s trucks and the work was so outstanding that I drove in from out of state to have them tint the windows on my car. Shannon always ensures perfect work... guaranteed! My car looks amazing! I couldn t be happier and would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this place for tint and details. The guys there are awesome and fast and friendly service.... OK I'm back again I love the first tint job so much I took my truck in and got it done. You need to stop by and talk to them about the cermic difference I did it on both vehicles and I love it...Ok I went back again with the 4 vehicle now. They did an amazing job as always. A great bunch of people there fast and very friendly. Oh and she loved it.

These are my GO-TO GUYS !!I've several apartments, and over the last 20+ years this shop has always done great work and at competitive prices. I've had them replace windows in sliding glass doors, windows and even mirrored sliding closet doors...They did great when I needed a house call to replace some fogged windows. But I also learned from them how to pull the glass from the windows so I could avoid the cost of a house call and save some money. Great guys.

Great friendly service at a reasonable price. They cut a large 1/4 mirror to fit a custom frame. Once cut, Glass & Mirror techs installed the mirror using quality hardware. This large mirror and installation costed less than much smaller mirrors ordered on line.We will definitely use them again.

This is our 4th vehicle we've had tinted with Blackwell's, always happy with their service and the pricing is very reasonable. The new ceramic tint they have works so well at keeping out the heat from the sun and protects the interior. Highly recommend!
