The manger had the worst attitude, not a position she should be in. The actual window person was confused and seemed afraid of manager. Couldn't get my question answered about the pricing we were being charged. We seemed to frustrated the manager for asking a question. We don't earn $12/hour++, we live on a limited budget. When they registered the team price it saved $5, we were being over charged until we asked why. The fish sandwiches were sloppy falling apart mess. List these customers for good. The owner needs to impact some control of employee hiring before they loose business all together.

Drive through.....I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and fun the young girl in the window was. Turned my sour mood right around. Thats rare!! In a drive through!I'll go back just for that. Btw, I haven't been 5o Arby's in 12 yrs.....truth ;-)

I rarely eat at fast food restaurants, but I like Arby's tea. I'm writing this review because this place is running like the employees care.The dining area is clean. Employees are speaking kindly to each other and customers.The gentleman at the counter is greeting what appears to be regulars by name.Fantastic experience. And the tea is still great.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a meal that came out to about $14 (No big deal) my issue is the lady who took my order took my card over to the register by the drive-thru window and was there for a few minutes (longer than normal to slide a card) and then while eating, I get a notification that a $5 Google card was purchased, so I went and asked the lady who took the order and she denied it but she's the only one who had my card. I recommend keeping the employees in your sight at all times!!!! I'm definitely calling corporate because this is absurd!

I have given this place 2 times to get things rightThey pulled me for chicken tenders, which is fine fresh but no forgot I was out there. The second time, I pulled again. Ask the lady at window please don't forget me this time, and they didn't bring out drinks had to drive thur to get them doors where lockedNo more for me

Arby's saved our hungry souls from the rain. Tried it the first time. Tried the crispy chicken sandwich, which is so far the best one. Beats McD, Wendys and even Chick Fil A. The attendant Ms. Sabrina was very helpful and co-operative. She guided me through the happy hours and due to which I bought Ultimate Chocolate Snackshake for $1. It was too good and filling. Loved the service and food.

Because I didn't not see any other options, I asked if all chicken offerings were fried and was told yes, all options are fried. Had I seen or been informed of the roasted chicken entree salad, this probably would have been a five star review as that is exactly what I was looking for. The only reason that I even ordered the classic chicken wrap was the fact that I'd been three other places. One not yet open, one who won't take a lunch order until 10:30 and one who was out of what I wanted. I had run out of time as I had a10:30 Doctors appointment. Your customer service should give complete information.

The Sosby family are great crew members there so service is great, the food is great as well. Seems Arby's has changed the curly fries so they don't have the same spiciness they once had, they need to change them back.

I just left Arbys and I ve just got a question. Since when did it start being ok for your employees to vape while fixing the customers food? I watched a guy blowing the smoke in the air at the station that they put the food together and then laid it down on the counter all while wearing gloves, and then he leans down and makes eye contact me, so he knew he was caught, bc he slid the vape off the table and turned around and tried to hide from me. I don t think I ll be eating here again and I ll tell everyone I know as well. Who ever the manager is needs to either be fired or something and the employee who was vaping while around the food needs to be fired as well.

Kind staff and very quick. Unfortunately quick must be matched with complete. Condiments and freshness matter. Overall i would give them another chance. Every worker was extremely polite not just to us but all of their customers. You can tell they love their work..just needs to be fine tuned a bit.

I hate writing bad reviews but it was definitely not one of my best experiences. The restroom was out of soap. All the employees were cleaning which is a good thing but as I walked up to the counter none of them acknowledged me and there was no one else in the place. The manager had to get up from her lunch to help me. To top it all off my food was cold and the fry's seemed as if they were made 2 hours ago .

I ordered the 2 for six 2 of those. A total of 4 items. We ordered at 4:14 pm and waited almost 20 minutes for ice cold food. No apology for the lack of quality of speed or service they were making everyone pull up and cars behind the people that had been waiting forever were getting their food first. They need to address the drive thru issues. Horrible service.

Ordered the Turkey & Swiss sandwich with curly fries. Waited longer than usual, but not a big deal. Disappointed that fries were cold and chewy. Still, good meal for fast food drive thru.
