Been a loyal customer for 26 years to Ann McAllister office. Genea was always great to work with. I wish I could say the same for Tracy and Sharon. They are rude, and very arrogant. Wouldn't listen or even let me finish a sentence without talking over me. Had to switch to a different office who was happy to have me as a customer

Anne McAlister had always been my family's insurance provider. Anne is a very kind and easy to work with agent. She always speaks when I am in the office. I've had two major claims in 25 years, one was a large oak tree fell on my house. I had no issues whatsoever. When everything was completed, my house was fixed better than before. They also paid to have the tree removed and hauled off. I can't say enough about Anne and her team.

This office and state farm took my home owners payment. and 4 months later after a storm when i tried to make a claim, they claim to have cancelled my home owners policy due to the fact that i was under construction. Except that i've had state farm insurance for 5 years while "under construction". so now that I need to make a claim, they are returning my payment and not covering the damage to my home. DO NOT USE THIS agent or state farm.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. I had my vehicles and homeowners policy through Ann McAlister State Farm. I found out when I needed to make a claim that my policy had been cancelled. I was told I 'd have a followup phone call about a roof issue. I never received a call and Ann McAlister said her employee followed up with me about it. That was a lie. Ann McAlister was extremely rude to me and hung up on me twice. It seems she did not want to deal with it. She told me she did "not want my address on her book up business." She was always nice to me in the past. I guess because the payments were coming in. She should not be in a business that requires dealing with tough situations or unhappy clients. I have made a complaint through corporate offices . Hopefully she can use this as a learning tool. If she makes an attempt to improve this, I will update my review.

I was a customer for over 23 years and they cancelled my policy without contacting me. They claim they sent out letters but I never received any of them. They should have called or emailed but they did not do so and they refused to accept responsibility for not contacting me.DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY - they are lazy and never follow up and do not deserve your business!0 STARS!

I went to the bc I was told they where a grate place to get car insurance from well I payed $508.00 and than they cancelled my insurance the very next month I called them and they won't do anything to fix it I will never use them agone or tell any one to go there
