Great selection of car wash and detailing products. They were very helpful and patient as we arrived just before closing. I will definitely be back. Also I didn t know previously but the have a tool loaner program and will run diagnostics on your car. If the check engine light is on.

Thanks Tim! My experience was awesome. Tim went above and beyond helping me out with my problem with my turn signal lights. I highly recommend Advanced Auto Parts in Seneca across from Food Lion & Lowes.

Bought my car parts and batteries here for at least 20 years. Motorcycle parts and batteries Lawn mower Truck boat, you name it. I've bought all kind of speciality tools for changing cv joints and splitter bars for ball joints, clamps for brake pads changing brakes about everything you name it to fixing cars I've bought it at this store.

Good when you need a part quick but just can't compete with Amazon! Part I needed was 50.00 cheaper on Amazon but wound up having to pay 65.00 for it because I needed it then. Will be buying the rest on amazon!

I didn't get the gentleman's name who helped me which is unfortunate because he was just that very helpful! He checked my battery, cleaned it of corrosion, and sons new done jumper cables all the whole answering all my questions. He has dark curly/wavy hair and I'm pretty sure was wearing glasses. Anyway, great asset to the store! Would recommend!

Got her to pick up a part 5 minuites till 8(closing time), knocked and tried to call but doors were already locked. Extremely dissipointed and upset. Go somewhere else that actually follows their posted hours!tried to wait for an employee to come to the front but it seemed they were hiding in the back. Extremely unprofessional.

Lost parts from online order after receiving an email that my order was ready to pick up. Never answer the phone when trying to call. People inside don't seem to know what they are doing or to even care about doing their job

I went into the store in Seneca, SC., 3 different associates looked at me and not one asked if I needed assistance. The younger cashier guy walked away as I approached the register. I moved to the next desk with a person working., he walked to the back. He came out when over to the register to ring a customer. Still no assistance. The younger guy came from the back look at me keep walking. This was all within 10mins. Is it a problem for females or black females at this store.

The Best auto parts store in Seneca. Tim and his crew are by far the most knowledgeable team that I have seen in a lifetime. They are there to help you in anyway they can, and if not they tell you straight up. Then will still help you find what ever you need.

The service was a little slow however person that helped me was great. I thought my battery was dying he cleaned it off for me and told me it was good to go. I would definitely pick this place over any other auto place.

Always get good service at this store. Had to switch out a head light bulb and Donnie made the process easy and smooth and got me on my way with the correct one.

I'm glad they had the part I needed, however staff was not helpful and they have a window sign saying they offer a free tool lending service, but they didn't have any available at all, I had to spend over $50 just on tools for one job! Auto Zone is very helpful with lending tools, and mechanical knowledge, and they've even opened packages to help with what I needed.I would advise anyone without a box full of specialty tools, and needing some help to absolutely avoid Advanced Auto, save your cash and time, go to Auto Zone!!

Can't speak for ALL of the Advance Auto Parts store's....but in Seneca, we've got a good oneMake sure to ask for Bruce. He's always got a lot of useful information about whatever your doing to your car or truck. And he's very friendly too!

I went in to get the codes on my car checked because the check engine light had come on. This is a free service they supposedly offer. There was no one in the store and two people at the counter. They just blew me off because they obviously did not want to do it. Even though I usually buy my car batteries, etc. there, I won't be going back to Advance Seneca.

Good place to shop for odds and ends auto parts. Staff is friendly and helpful. Can't say that Advance in general always has the best quality of parts, but this store is always helpful in getting you the replacements you need.

People are rude. Had an order to be delivered at 10. Went to pick it up and they told me it would be after 3 showed my receipt where it said at 10 was told that wasn't there problem. Want ever go back

Every time I go to this location I want to go back less I went out to get a Pitman arm puller and Harbor freight was out of stock so I went here because the website said it was in stock! But This Advance Auto was out of stock also!! So I saw a Tie Rod puller but didn't know if it would fit? The kid at the counter was helpful at first he opened it and let me go out and see if it would work to pull my Idler arm! (The same tool is used for both Pitman and Idler arms!) But it didn't fit and would need to be ground down to fit! He then took it out to try himself and didn't know a idler arm or Pittman arm from a ball joint!! He started getting pushy about my buying it or driving all over to look for one!!! I don't have time to go to Anderson and Easley to hunt for this tool!!! He kept saying you can grind it down but it will void the warranty! I don't want to void the warranty if I buy a lifetime tool, people are so wasteful today ! Burning gas and destroying lifetime warrantys money doesn't grow on trees!!!

Great guys there . I'd drive the hour to go get my parts there everytime much better than the. One we have in brevard . I actually work on cars for a living and can actually say these guys know there stuff !

Staff was helpful in solving a problem. Had to return a part that was the wrong one. It was hassle free. Thats why I go there.

This store had the parts we needed to clean out the leftovers of a squirrel picnic in the air filter of the car.The filter, sea-foam, & aurduct cleaner were all available.
