Great and speedy service, and best believe they won t disappoint! I ve bought numerous tires and services from Mr. Baxley s team of all shapes and sizes! I m really picky on who services my Audi or Infiniti g35 so I bring them here!

Pick up a nail along the way and needed a quick repair to hit the road again..call to Baxley he said be there at 1... got there and they was behind had 6 in front of me, and the truck/trailer guy wasn't there today..So David awesome guy was pull off his job to come and get me squared away..Been a lot of places for tire repair and hands down these guys value there customer..And whenever I have anything else even with my personal vehicles these guys got my business...please go check them out..10 stars...A+++++

I came in for new tires and an alignment, and everything went great. They were able to get me on the same day that I called. The staff was very friendly and professional. The lobby was clean and had seating available. The price was affordable.

It's sad that someone has to lie to u about what's wrong with your vehicle just to get extra money.he told me my truck needed some bolts but I took it to blacks tire and found out the bolts were there after all so T.J. was going to charge my husband and I for something we didn't even need.theres no telling how many people he has done this to and will continue to do this to.thank u blacks tire for being honest with us and not over charging us for something we already had! I would advise a second opinion if you decide to use baxleys.

My car is my baby, so I asked around who was the best. Baxley was recommended by a transmission shop close to my business. Took my Audi S6 in for vibrations and noise that I initially thought could be a bad carrier bearing after I had already replaced struts, control arms, and bearings. Wound up being the tires due to bad struts and shocks that were replaced a month ago. Guess the struts and shocks did some damage to the tires. They diagnosed my issue yesterday, ordered the tires for me, and replaced them today. Car drives like new. Nice guys and good prices. Thanks!

Had to get a tire real quick, called, and in 3 hours they had my tire, which is a 275-16-65 which is rare, but they got it for me, and at a great price. Will have them order me a complete set soon. Will only get them at Baxley. Great business. A+ in my book.

This place is great. They are very efficient (get you in & out quickly), they're friendly and knowledgeable & the prices are more than fair. I live in the Upstate, but my Mama goes here & I do too when I'm in the area.

LISTEN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NEVER AN ISSUE HERE! Always and I mean always gets me right! An awesome and trusted Family owned business that has never failed us. It s clean too! Friendly updates and before they fix something on your vehicle they let YOU know first and get your ok whether you want it fix or not. Hands down this place is my first choice.

What a disappointment. During our vacation travel we had a tire break a radial belt causing severe shaking above 30 mph. While searching for a tire shop open on Labor Day, we drove by Baxley Tire. All the bay doors were open, cars in the lot, and people moving around. We thought we'd found our help.I went in, greeted the friendly dog, and said I needed two new rear tires. The guy behind the counter asked what size? I said I didn't know right off the top of my head, but it was a 2015 Fiat 500L. He looked and me and sarcastically said "You don't know what size tire you need?".... Slightly miffed since I knew he could look it up, I went out to get the tire size.While kneeling down to get the size, my wife comes out and tells me that the guy said they are closed, but would stay open if we wanted to pay cash. Really??? If your are closed, shut the bay doors and lock the office door, otherwise people think you are open. And just tell me as soon as I come in your are closed. Why send me to get the size if you're not even open?Never been treated like this by a store. This is the exact opposite of how I was treated at Discount Tire in Atlanta travelling over a holiday. They pulled a nail from the tire and patched it for free even though they were officially closed for the day. Can't really recommend Baxley based on their poor service. Never got to the point of pricing, but if he's only willing to sell if I pay cash I suspect I was going to be gouged.

If I could give a zero star I would. Had an emergency tire situation. Pulled in because the lights were on, bays open. We were told they were closed, but maybe they'd stay open if we had enough cash. Wow. Yes, I realize it is a holiday, but emergencies happen. Was told their credit card machine was "closed for the day". Wasn't looking for anything for free, just wanted to be safe driving.

This is the best place to take your vehicle to get fixed. The staff is friendly Mandy, Chris, Andrew are knowledgeable, patient and always there to help. If there's anything I need this will be the first place I call. Thanks Baxley Tire Service
