We were referred to Tim at Professional Auto after having an issue (cylinder injector fault?) with our Ford F-150. Tim was super helpful and was able to fix it within 2-3 days, despite being super busy. This shop was recommended by another mechanic because I needed cam phasers on my F-150 and he doesn't do that work. These guys are very good and priced fairly. I could tell they went out of their way to do it right. Highly recommend.

I took my truck to Tim s professional auto care . Horrible customer service to say the least. He did a good job of replacing a gas line on my truck but when it came to him giving me the bill I wasn t pleased. He charged me $175 to replace a simple line that sits right on top of the engine and only cost about 30$. I told him the price was ridiculous and he immediately cursed me out and told me I m about tired of you. You can get your raggedy ass truck and get the hell off me my property! WOW! I had never bothered him about my truck getting fixed I simply dropped it off and went to pick it up and boom full blown manic episode!!! The work was good but Tim will try to over price you if you don t seem to know about cars or pricing. This is my first ever review so I hope that says something to you guys...

Work was completed much faster than I expected and the pricing was very fair. The straight forwardness from Tim was appreciated. Definitely a place I will return to for my truck repairs.

Just dropped off my Ford Taurus to get it fixed at this shop I would of like to fix myself but since its going to be my grandmother's gift I want to let the professionals do it right and I'm sure they will... Absolutely amazing mechanic! He can diagnose a car better than anyone in Spartanburg!! The most helpful and nicest customer service I have received, also was cheaper than several others I called first.

Coming from Aruba, being on vacation and having to find someone to work on your car last minute is the worst!! Mr. Smith was recommended to me and i m glad he was. Quick service, reasonable pricing and awesome customer service. Once again, thank you mr. Smith for helping me out!!

Thankful for Mr. smith (I know what a coincidence ) who always works me into his schedule. Being a social worker makes my schedule crazy but Mr. Smith has always been accommodating and the price has always been reasonable. Mr. Smith has let me use his WiFi to work while I wait or worked with me to pick up my car after hours. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

The first garage that treated me like a customer not an open wallet. They do professional work, they are fast and didn't try to gouge me. Very hard to find this service now. Highly recommended.

Honest shop that does quality work. I always take my truck here when it needs repairs. He always takes a practical approach to repairs and never tries to up-sale me on doing something that's unnecessary.

Tim is the only guy I ll let work on my truck , not only does he do it for basically cost , but he s smart and professional , the guy won t break your bank and makes sure the job is done

Was directed here by Leonard Bishops transmission shop, I had to continuously call to see what the issue was with my car, had a gentleman even tell me to call him back because he would forget , they finish my car only to find out it needs to be sent back to Leonard bishops, then he forgets to contact Leonard bishops to pick up my car for 2 days, I ve waisted over $300 in rental fees waiting on my car to get fixed while these professionals just let my car sit on their lot, very very close to letting legal counsel handle these matters, I would have saved money just buying a used car
