The owner or the gentleman who fixes the vehicles.. extremely racist, I was side swiped going down the free way in a hit and run a hole was left on the rear of my tail light and side ,My insurance did not cover it. I came in looking to see if I could only get an estimate on how much it would be. The man simply did not care as I explained, he did not care at all what so ever then once I told him I would basically have to pay out of pocket because of my insurance and the hit and run. This man just laughed told me to wait in the side room, 15 minutes later he came back with a bill of $5.000 and handed to me with the most discriminatory grin on his face. As I read the form Half of the things he listed on that paper I didn t even need in fact the fix is simple. He knew he was in the wrong because I came back in to talk to him about half of the things I saw that he just randomly put in just to be funny because he knew my insurance didn t cover it. Mind you I don t won t them to fix it I just wanted an estimate of the cost to fix it not a side joke that only he think is funny. The front desk lady also didn t know anything about the situation but she clearly could see how red he was in nerves because the facts were clear she just defended him by pretending to know what she was talking about insuring they ll do it the right way that s why it s so much . i listened to her explain the nonsense because she sounded ignorant.. I politely left and I m making the modifications on my vehicle that I own. I just wanted an estimate and got foolishness instead I wouldn t even won t this company to even touch my vehicle, My breaks might stop working or something. Good luck

Excellent service from start to finish! I had an unfortunate break when a basketball goal fell onto my car, breaking my windshield, denting the frame around the windshield and giving a very unwanted red/orange racing stripe down my hood. Piedmont Collision helped me get scheduled with my insurance estimator and started work on my vehicle within days. They provided a timeline, updated me on the status throughout the process and returned my vehicle a day ahead of schedule. All of that and a bouquet of flowers! A damaged vehicle is a stressful situation. The professionals at Piedmont Collision were so helpful and courteous during the process, I felt I was completely cared for and had a burden lifted and supported by a professional team. I came here after my vehicle was damaged in a collision. I was super impressed with the professionalism and quality of work they did on the vehicle. Workers are friendly and responsive, and I would certainly recommend this shop to others! I m including a before and after photo.PS: Thanks for the flowers! Just picked my car from PCC today. I think it looked better than I ve ever seen it. Not only did they make the repair, they fully detailed my car!They have been super professional from day one. I highly recommend them.

Best place to repair your car HANDS DOWN! My car has never looked better. Looked like a brand new car when I got it back. Friendly staff. The BEST at what they do. My experience couldn t have been better.

Recently, I had a State Farm claim repaired here. I worked with Chandler throughout the entire process, and he was very intentional about keeping me informed. Everyone was very knowledgeable, professional, and so so kind! My car turned out wonderful and I wouldn't think twice about recommending them to family and friends!

It is a rubbish place, I do not recommend it, my car only had a damaged fender and not very serious parts, it took several weeks, they painted the dirty fender, you can see the garbage inside the clear, the fender is not completely taken, it only has the screws that can be seen with the naked eye later vii that my car has a piece of other brands which do not match seriously the work obtained a cost of around 1,000 I gave him his time so that he could obtain good results but the truth is that not even obtaining a guarantee do I take my car again apart from the fact that they stayed With the insurance of removing the nuts from the rims, it is pure rubbish. I will leave a pal of photos that will speak for themselves.

Piedmont absolutely crushed it for us! Returned our vehicle to us after repairs looking better than when we bought it. Kept us up to date on progress and communicated clearly and effectively.10/10 will use again in the future if needed. Thanks guys!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My truck got rear ended on my driver side, bent tailgate, busted light, busted bumper, etc. Took it here, and it looked better after I got it back from Piedmont than when I had bought it in the first place. Fair pricing, and most importantly, was done when they said it would be done. Would recommend to anyone!

I have an older car so I was surprised that it was done so quickly. An uninsured driver had hit my car and everything shifted. I was concerned that I would not be able to check my oil until after repairs. They were nice enough to check that before I had made an appointment.I received my car back after 8 days, cleaned and they even had polished my old hazed headlights, and gave me a gift too.Wonderful people, wonderful job done!!

Piedmont Collision Center has repaired 3 different vehicles of mind. They were very helpful and professional. All vehicles were completely in a timely matter and the repairs were awesome. My daughter was in a wreck, so we had the car carried to piedmont collision. They were very courteous, we had the car back in no time. 1 part took a lil bit getting in but that was out of their control. They called and gave me an update. Did a great job repairing my car! James and the staff are very courteous and helpful. My car went in on Monday and was finished by Friday. They thoroughly clean your car and the bouquet of flowers is a very nice and thoughtful touch! I highly recommend Piedmont Collision Center!

This place has fixed my car twice, Once in 2015 and this month. I had a finder binder and now my car is looking like new. Very professional and friendly!! They do a fantastic job!! I would highly recommend!!Thanks again Piedmont Collision :)

Picked Piedmont Collision based on the Google reviews and am so glad I did. They we're professional, courteous, did excellent work, and done in a timely fashion. I had said no need to clean my truck and they got it done anyways. Sweet! And as if that wasn't enough, a beautiful bouquet of flowers. 5 star customer service! They have our business for life.

My fianc� had his car dropped off here for some work after a minor accident. It took them forever to fix something that was extremely simple. Not only did it take too long but they also did not stay in contact with us. When we went to pick up the car his key fob lock button was busted and not functioning. We were never notified that this had happened and they tried to say it came in that way when it did not. I would not recommend this business to someone looking for repair work done. They are unprofessional and rude.
