Very impressed overall. Prices are lower then expected, great selection of vehicles & extended warranties available. Staff is super friendly & educated. Drew is an awesome guy who will definitely help as much as he can to get you a newer vehicle. Atmosphere is so cool! Love it! You need to give them an opportunity. If they don t have what you are looking for, I m sure they can find it.

My husband and I had a great experience here, they were laid back and super friendly! Bobby went above and beyond to help us get our Audi. They have a great selection of cars for reasonable prices. Well, I ll start by saying that Guaranteed Motors came through for us big time. My husband and I don t have the best credit and we had very low expectations for our situation. Two days later, Guaranteed Motors has us in a SUV. When nobody else wanted to touch our situation or help, Guaranteed Motors was the one who said yes! They went above and beyond for us and our situation. I would give them 10 stars if possible. Thanks to Drew, Bobby and Catherine for being patient with us and for helping us. We truly appreciate it!

I bought a Yukon here last Friday. Staff was great during the buying process. Financing was super simple with a local credit union. I realized I didn t receive a receipt for my down payment when I received my bill of sale. I called Saturday morning and asked for a copy to be emailed/texted to me. They said they would send it and I have yet to receive it. I was talking to my brother today about the car and he said it looks like a good car is the undercarriage good and clean? I said I m not really sure I didn t look under it. As you can see by the pics I looked under it and seen this. I m so disappointed!!!!! I should ve looked under it before it bought it but I didn t so that s my fault. But you would think the dealership would ve cleaned this up some and applied a rust paint. Or at the very least told me about it. Again I m so disappointed. This car was $13,990 and definitely not worth that with this on the underside of it. At this point I m really concerned at what rust damage the frame may have and if this is even safe to my kids in. I read the reviews before going here and they seemed to have some nice cars but now I m really regretting it and should ve just went somewhere else.

I was referred to Guaranteed Motors came down and got approved in 5 mins. Other car lots took 2hrs to 5 days to tell me no. Go see Catherine and Bobby . Even got in my dream car!!!

People are nice, bought a Durango drove perfect on test drive, next day when we went to pick it up. It had been moved and was running. We leave and went 3 miles before it lost compression. They said they'll have it looked at. Next day tell me it's trash. Come get your money back. They give me a check for 9k ( I gave them cash) and I have to go to their bank and pay to have it cashed. Also didn't even offer me the $60 I put in it 2 miles before it blew.

I purchased a Honda Accord and I love it! We pick car up from the dealership on took it on a road trip to the mountains in NC and it ran great. They gave us an excellent price on it and I was surprised they could get me financed because my credit isn't that good. I will buy from this dealer my next car.
