I called in about looking into and estimate and whoever the lady was, was incredibly rude and sounded like she hated her job. I didn't get to ask any questions and just said I don't care if you have a code, if you this or that. Completely turned me off of the idea of trusting this shop. Completely unprofessional

Absolutely amazing experience. Their estimate was $1000 lower than what insurance was willing to pay. Job done $5 under estimated price. Such kind and genuine folks! Will def go back if needed and will certainly refer others. My car looks amazing and was done in said amount of time. Couldn't ask for a better shop!! Heads up they stay booked, so u will need to book in advance!! :)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

He is the BEST. My husband had water pooling in his door and it was rusting from inside. Not an easy fix, but Todd did a fantastic job!! He also repaired the bumper. Can not say enough about him!!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

They fixed a problem on the left rear of my Sienna Van. The work was completed in a very timely manner and the best part was it looked great. Susan is very friendly and when the work was done she brought my vehicle to me. I couldn't ask for better service. This is the third time we've had body work done on our vehicles. I am EXTREMELY pleased with the service I received from Todd s. He and his mom, Susan, make the experience of having your car in the shop so much less stressful. They are so friendly and welcoming and you re sure you re being taken care of. I was blown away when I saw my car! The repaired part, my whole front-end, looked like a brand new car!! They even washed & vacuumed it!!! Shop small and local and let s support our small family businesses! Todd s is very fair and they will definitely take care of you!! -Julie Bibb

Excellent customer service!! Hands down excellent communication, almost to the point of over-communication but not quite lol. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is because when I got my truck back one of my tail lights was not reconnected. Also there is a place that is between the bed and the cab of the truck that is only covered with primer and another that is bare metal. So far I am completely satisfied with my decision to use Todd s and will definitely use them again. We are all human and no one is perfect, the repair they were able to pull off with the quality of results they had, is in no way a small feat and for them to miss something as small as this, that is hidden between the cab and bed, is completely forgivable.They were very quick to volunteer to repair the tail light, but I decided to repair it myself since it was literally a 2 minute fix, that would have cost more in my time to return to them, than doing the work myself.As of my time of writing this review, I have not informed them of the issue with the missing paint and I plan to do so ASAP, and will update this review as soon as I have completed the process of getting it resolved. I have complete confidence that it will be resolved with a great attitude, and apologies for the oversight.

Todd's Paint and Body is one of the best body shops I have dealt with. They are very personable. Stand by their work and do (an awesome) job the right the first time. I highly recommend this shop. They are also State Farms Service Select businesses. Fair and reasonable prices and never price gouge.

Amazing work, great price. Made my 2019 Ram look like new again, repaired not replaced major dent in passenger side front fender that creased two body lines. Cannot see any sign of damage or repair

Just picked up our car from Todd's paint and body shop i would highly recommend if you need body work done you should take it to him. I was very happy and satisfied with his work and how they helped with the whole ordeal with dealing with other peoples insurance.

I enjoyed working with this shop and it staff. I had a very small job and they went out of their way to make sure it was done right. The price was very fair and turn around time was better than expected.
