I don t live in Rock Hill so when our emissions system light came on our car, we had to call around to several places to find someone who was willing to help. From the initial phone call to coming by the shop, they were very helpful and honest. They looked at our car and recommended we wait on doing anything. They didn t charge us anything to look at the car. I called one of the local Meineke shops and they wouldn t even give us a quote without charging us. I highly recommend the Service center. Thank you Derrick for your time!

Outstanding service! Fixed all I needed quickly and affordably: brakes, oil change, 100K checkup, etc. Saved me from paying for a new set of brakes, which we didn t need. So glad to have found David Keith, Christina, Kenny, and Derrick at the Service Center (Muffler Masters)!!!

Amazing experience. First time using these guys and WOW! Mike did a fantastic job installing my new exhaust on my Mustang. Truly can say I fell in love with my car again. Friendly, professional and to top it off the owner is a awesome guy. Talked shop while I waited for the work to be done. Just an all around great experience. Will definitely recommend!

Hands down the fairest and honest mechanics shop in rock hill. And they do it right the first time. I've been bring my cars to David for over 20 years. My son takes his car there also. Highly recommended.

David Daniels and his team at The Service Center are the best! My 1999 F-150 had 2 cylinders gone and needed an engine replacement. They found a remanufactured replacement in 2 days, and within a weeks time, had it replaced. The service was impeccable, with David calling me with status updates and suggesting other component replacements since the labor was already included in the engine replacement. Their price was at least $1,500 less than another shop in the Columbia area (where I live) with a better overall warranty.I know they no longer do muffler work, but they do EVERYTHING else with a smile and a heart for caring for you as a life customer instead of a transaction. If David can't do it at his shop, he has the contacts to get you in capable hands that care like he does.Thank you The Service Center for all you have done for my and my family for the last 10 years. Was an awesome experience. The owner and mechanics helped be tremendously in our youth groups need. Our van went down with an alternator and we had to be in Cincinnati that night. They took me in and helped us and didn't rob us to do it and got us on the road. I recommend this shop to anyone who needs car repairs. They will take care of you as they did us. On my way home to Virginia my van decided it needed spark plugs, NOW, and when I called other shops in the area they didn t even give me the time of day. I called David very near closing, and he told me to bring it in so he could help me figure something out. I had to stay the night, but come morning he took care of me and my 4 kids. They got my van in first thing in the morning, went above and beyond, and got me out of there for a great price. I wish they were in my little town in Virginia because it is rare to find such an honest, hard working, and high quality shop.

My husband and I drove to Rock Hill from Pittsburgh two weeks ago for his job. When we got here we noticed the car was making a horrible noise from the rear. We don t know anyone in the area so I googled local mechanics and read the reviews and I chose this garage based on the reviews I had read. I m so glad that s what I did because not only did Junior and his dad find the issue with the car but they didn t even charge for their services!!! These guys are super nice! This is a family business and it shows. I felt like they truly cared about my situation. I will definitely be back to have my oil changed before I head back to the north. Everyone here was so informative and very helpful! They did a great job and were quick. No salesmen here, just give what you need. Good price for a muffler install $235 for everything. Very pleased! Funny, friendly, and knowledgeable staff.

I went in the shop looking for a quote to replace a catalytic converter that the dealer had said needed to be replaced. The dealer quoted me over $1,200 to replace the catalytic converter. I looked at other options and the Center was the second place I visited. Brian and David both greeted me and I explained to them that the dealer had said that the Catalytic Converter needed to be replaced. When Brian asked if my check engine light was on and I said no, Brian asked Mike to look at the issue himself. Mike did so and he quickly determined that the issue was a corroded gasket and a quick fix/welding would do the work. Mike did the job very quick and the car didn't rattle anymore!I am so glad I decided to come by the shop and asked. David Sr. and Brian were so nice and chatted with me while I waited to be serviced. Mike was so awesome at explaining what parts he worked with and even let me see the part he replaced. Mike also showed me a diagram of how the exhaustion system works (per my curiosity!). I will come to this shop whenever I have an issue and will also start doing my oil changes. Thanks David Sr. , Brian and Mike!

David has worked on my cars for over 30 years. I think he is the best. I have trusted him with my life as a state trooper working on all my patrol cars as well as my personal cars. My parents use him, my kids use him, I refer my friends to him as well.

I (young female) went in to see what was wrong with my car, it kept overheating on me. They let me watch and explained to me what they were doing. No extra fees. Great people. I didnt have to just drop off my car. Did my oil change as well. Helped me make a game plan for taking care of my car overheating and didnt start at the worst case scenario. Best experience ive had at a car shop. Highly recommend this service center!!Service: Oil change

They worked me in quickly when I needed an exhaust repair on my Ram. Their customer service and prices are outstanding! I ve waited longer for an oil change at places than I did there for an exhaust repair, without an appointment. I can t say enough good things about this business! Had to take my sons car in a few days ago. The team called me with a list of repairs allowing us to pick what was necessary and what we could afford. My son was quoted over $500 at another shop and I thought that was high. We brought it here and was quoted over $100 less, plus they looked over the whole car and found several other issues that would have left him stranded. I am very knowledgeable about cars and they showed me each of the issues to validate. We are so thankful to the team we were able to get him back on the road and best of all safely!

Visited with just reading the reviews. I liked that the owner took the time to respond to each customer satisfaction or complaint. They hooked my muffler up awesome job..the whole crew is all business and very professional. Definitely gained a customer.

I have found my mechanics right here. I absolutely love these people. Today was my first day ever stepping foot in this place or ever thinking about going to this place. Someone told me about it and I decide to try it out and that's the best decision I made. I want to Thank them for being such great people and affordable.

Junior helped me out when my battery died. He came and got me started and we headed to the shop. Everyone in the shop was real friendly. Junior checked my battery to make sure it was completely dead before having me buy a new one. Thankfully the battery wasn t dead. I m coming back here as soon as my battery dies completely or if I have any other troubles with my car. Good customer service goes a long way in my book.

When the light "Service Needed" turned on, everything was still going well. I went home and checked everything. As all was okay, it had to be one of the sensors I took the car to the Toyota dealership where they confirmed that one of the catalytic inverters (I have 3) was bad, one questionable and one okay. A bit more than $1,000 for a ten years old vehicle.I thought I would give Muffler Masters a shot and stopped by there.The diagnostic was confirmed (no charge) but the gentleman asked me if the engine was losing power. it wasn't. He recommended trying a fuel additive and switching to "real", ethanol free gasoline. I did and about 200 miles later on, the light disappeared. Yeah !!!There are a few good people left on earth and it is our duty to support them. Next time I need service, Muffler Masters in Rock Hill will be my first stop.Thanks a bunch.

There are Corporate Companies and Family Companies. The Service Center is Family and they take care of you like Family. I had become so disgusted being played and scammed by Burns Automotive, stranded and unable to go anywhere with a bad alternater, Mr. David stepped up and made an otherwise horrible two days with cars an amazing recovery.Shakespeare once said the only good attorney is an attorney at the bottom of a mote. I feel the same way about mechanics. They are all con and scam artists, until I met Mr. David and his Family Center at The Service Center - thank you for being True and there for me when there was no other.Appreciate your help beyond words. Muffler Masters hands down is the best place to take your vehicle. I have been going to David and the crew for over 6+ years they are honest and reliable. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I dropped by on my lunch break in the summer of 2017, seeking an estimate to swap out ONLY the exhaust tips on my '14 Mustang GT. The previous owner had replaced the mufflers and tips with something that sounded great but looked terrible.I waited in the shop/cashier/garage bay area for the 'muffler expert' to take a look at it. I was under the assumption that since this was a muffler shop that there would be a wide selection of chrome tips to choose from, but I was never shown anything, despite asking twice.After about 10 minutes, the guy finally came out, and didn't even look under the car. He told me that they do not do that sort of work, and they "only install kits". I've never heard of a muffler shop that turns away customers that want basic cut/weld exhaust work done that should be considered kid stuff for a muffler shop.It's the equivalent of McDonald's telling you that you can't just buy a drink, you HAVE to buy a whole meal.After wasting half an hour at this location, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth for the customer service here. I wanted a simple modification, maybe an hour of work. Since it was not a bolt-on kit (something that I would do myself), Muffler Masters wanted nothing to do with it.I took my car to a local welder in Waxhaw instead, and gave him $50 to do it. That's $50 that Muffler Masters could have taken in...

I had a bad cell in my battery. I pulled up and David immediately came out, hooked up a diagnostic tool had had the problem located instantly. New battery installed and out the door. Service was the best!!! He even informed me that the almost brand new truck I bought had actually been in an accident before. Good to know and now I know where NOT to buy a used car.

This is hands down the most reasonable muffler shop ever. Mike Mike MIKE IS THE MAN! He looked at it the day before gave me a quick quote and the next day he fixed the flex on my girls ride and we now ride in peace. No more airplane noises. Yaaaay. Went for an oil change and tire rotation today and the service was excellent and the employees are fantastic. Don't take either one of my vehicles anywhere but here. I highly recommend these guys. And they're all very knowledgeable.. Thanks guys!!
