Yesterday I had an oil change done by my mechanic. After I picked it up it made a strange noise in the back end so I took it back. It did sound like the muffler to me and did to my mechanic as well so he referred me to The muffler Shop. Upon arrival I was directed to the owner, a young man, very kind and polite. He was able to listen and look under the vehicle and then informed me that it was simply my heat shield had partially broken off and was sitting on top of my muffler. He then said, "I can fix that in a couple minutes." He made room in the bay and took me right in. He fixed the issue. When I asked him how much I owed him he said "NOTHING". It took probably 10 -15 of his time and yet he charged me nothing. BUT here is the thing. He could have sold me a whole new exhaust system and I would have believed him cause my mechanic thought it was the muffler too but not only was this young man kind in helping me, he was HONEST. These are the types of businesses we need to support. I can't remember his name but again I want to say THANK YOU and God bless you and your business for your kindness towards me.

My truck was making a strange noise that I could not determine where it was coming from. I stopped in the Muffler Shop of Rock Hill. There were two men working there who were very friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to work my truck in that day, repaired the problem, charged me a very reasonable fee and sent me on my way. I will use them again and highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Devin did an amazing job installing the Flow Master 70 muffler with dual exhaust and chrome tips. I decided to take my truck to his business, given the positive reviews and great pictures. I wanted to use a local small business to cater to my specific needs. Glad I did because my truck looks AWESOME now!!! I got to say I am VERY PLEASED!!! If I had another truck, I'd have taken it to him too! Great Job. You exceeded my expectations! You now have a new repeat customer!!! You Rock!! P.S. those are rubber snakes in the pics... Keeps birds from playing in my carport..LOL

I had an awesome experience here, and the utmost respect to the gentleman that took care of us. On a surprise trip to do a job interview at my now current employer, our factory exhaust rusted off roughly 600 miles into our 1100 mile trip on a Thursday . We limped it the rest of the way because I didn t want to miss the interview. Once we arrived in South Carolina my wife and I decided that we wouldn t be able to drive it back home another 1100 miles the way it was.Thankfully, my friend told me about this shop. We called them Thursday late afternoon, and he was able to squeeze me in on Friday morning. He had our car back to us before noon on Friday. (He did the entire cat back in that time frame, bent it with no guide, welded it, and hung it. Keep in mind all of the factory exhaust pieces were gone when it broke off).I just finally moved down here to S.C. and I will be bringing my Explorer to him to get it fixed as I need the flex pipe cut and replaced and the rear mufflers deleted.I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone, very friendly, and all around a great shop and people. Very happy with the work.Thank you guys!

Came in from out of town with muffler issues. Devon was amazing and looked over our truck right away. He took care of us right away and at a great price. We are so grateful we found him. Don t go anywhere else!!! This is the place you need to go to! Trustworthy, fair and great work. True family style business. The hangar for the tailpipe on my truck was hanging. They took me in right away and welded the rod, which has broken. Super-fast and professional work. Highly recommended. I will use their services again.

Devin did a great job on my custom exhaust that was straight pipe on my Kia Stinger. I get so many compliments from people about it. So if you any work done on your exhaust I definitely recommend The Muffler Shop.

Absolutely a better experience than I could have hoped for. I checked this place out a year ago and was hesitant. I checked out the reviews last week and the ratings were awesome. So I decided to give him my business. I m so glad I did. Dropped off my truck at 7:45am and picked it up at 12pm. You can t beat that. He also dropped his price a little bit. Can t beat the price. I feel safe and taken care of. He didn t make fun of me for wanting new exhaust on my V6 truck. But we did joke about it.The sound is great and I m very happy I gave this man my business.

Really great experience over here. Dropped my car off with Devin one night at closing and he had the vehicle ready for me at 10am the next day. Called me before making any welds just to make sure i'd be okay with it. I've never seen an exhaust system so symmetrical before, he absolutely nailed it. Even worked with me on being able to grab mar car after they had closed. And the price was extremely reasonable.1000% will get work done here in the future. Cannot recommend enough!Service: Exhaust

I took my 55 Chevy to have a new exhaust put on it. Devin was professional and assisted me with accomplishing my goal of a larger exhaust system (Duals) in a tight area. He was very responsive to my questions and gave great advice reference the exhaust detail. The car was trailered to his business and he actually assisted me with loading it back up for the trip home. That is definitely going above and beyond if you ask me. The exhaust system turned out beautiful and at a great price point. I highly recommend having these guys perform any and all exhaust replacements or mods to a vehicle. The true test to see if a small business is worth returning to, is how they treat people. Not just customers but people. Today I visited The Muffler Shop of Rock Hill, after speaking with Devin on the phone a couple times, trying to narrow down what I wanted to do to my 2016 Ram 1500. Devin worked with me, gave me some suggestions, but more importantly told me to do my research and find what sounded good to me. I drilled it down to a Flowmaster Outlaw. Well as we know sometimes packages don t show up on time, so when I got there this morning, unfortunately the Outlaw had not arrived, but Devin was quick with a solution, being an expert in his craft, Devin knew that I could get the same quality sound I was looking for by taking a different approach. So I trusted his judgement and man was he right. I am so happy with the work and quality of what I received. I will be going back for what ever he can do when it comes to my family s vehicles. Again, it s how you treat people! I would recommend this company to anyone that asks!Service: Exhaust

Searched a best muffler shop in Rock Hill and came across this shop. Inquired and after fews days, I went to his shop and he did a very detailed, awesome, and excellent job deleting my resonator and replacing it with a straight pipe.Now my Dodge Durango sounds meaner and I am very satisfied with the work. And take note, the price he charge to me is very fair and didn't expect he will charge me that cheap.I will definitely come back here for other exhaust jobs and business.Highly recommended!Service: Exhaust

Fairly busy place when I went there. They could use some more help. They were kind enough to tell me to come back later and they would fit me in but I found a different place that was able to help me out.Update... I got a new car with a different exhaust problem. Devin was kind enough to get me in first thing in the morning and took care of my problem in 30 minutes flat. He also fixed some other leaks in my exhaust that he found that I was unaware of.Thank you again and I will definitely be bringing my hellcat back to you when I want it louder!

Was referred to this company because of my muffler. I must say I will be returning for anything my car needs. Very professional and fast service. I dropped my car and and it was done within the hour. This place has the best prices and the best customer service. I brought my 2013 GMC Terrain into the shop after having a repair done somewhere else and they were able to fix the changes that the previous shop messed up. They charged me a very good price and was even willing to speak with the previous shop to get that repair refunded due to it being done improperly.Service: Exhaust
