My daughter had her car towed to Speedee Christmas Eve after a breakdown, they were getting ready to close but allowed her to leave car and would inspect first thing Tuesday after Christmas. We received a call before 9am with devastating news that the previous shop had botched her oil change and blew her motor. The manager Ian was kind enough to take photos and document so that we could call the previous shop. If we didn't have those photos and documentation she would have been out of luck. Needless to say her car is being repaired at no cost to her. Thank you Ian for the attention to detail and gracious service.2ndly they did my oil change and discovered I had a leak. At first look Ian thought I had major damage and before doing anything he gave me all my options instead of doing needless work. We went with the option of a deeper look where he discovered the issue was not as bad as we thought. He was thorough and even took the time to show and explain to me what was going on and what needed to be done. I'm sure it took his time away from others but he took care of fixing my oil leak, tuneup, and even going the extra step placing a dye in to make sure there were no other leaks. This was a great experience and I would recommend them anytime! Thanks to all the staff as well

Ian Ian Ian!!!! He was able to help identify the problem of my car, although it could not be fixed there (different reasons). Ian could see my oil filter had been loose. Thank you so much! Without your quick thinking and expertise, I would not have a car. You and your employees will have our business for years to come.

I came in there for a break job and oil change. I had a coupon that they wouldn t honor. The mechanic, Lane, said it was already applied to the invoice but it wasn t. He just lied straight out. I just got the coupon in the mail. I wouldn t trust this place at all and will never go back. It s no where at all on my invoice. Don t trust these people.

We had a wonderful experience! Ian Rouse & his co-worker were very attentive, courteous and respectful. They were thorough in checking everything, including the tires & wipers. They were knowledgeable about the vehicle and very informative. The pricing was as impressive as the service. We are more than satisfied & highly recommend their services.

If I could give this place a 10 I would. Ian Rouse was amazing. He had exceptional customer service skills. He was nice, friendly, highly informative and he just all around makes the place, if you ask me. So he definitely deserves a raise because these days its hard to find great customer service. Every one in there was friendly and it was a very satisfying experience. I went to get an oil change and the guy working on my car got it done in less than 10 mins. He noticed additional issue with my brake fluid and got that fixed up for me as well. They did an amazing job and I will definitely be going back.Services: Brakes, Oil change

They sent me a discount coupon in the mail for an oil change so I decided to check them out. This place is a hidden gem on Cherry rd in Rock Hill,SC. The customer service is absolutely GREAT! From the time I drove up to the time I left, the guys working there were fantastic! Cooper, Ian, and Ryan really took care of me. Gave me some recommendations, but didn t pressure me to do them. And they also gave me some really good advice and pointers. I will definitely be back there soon. Please go by SpeeDee oil change on Cherry Rd and look for Ian, Cooper, or Ryan. PLEASE READ AND BEWARE!!!!Had to get new brakes and rotors last Sept 5th, paid almost 600 dollars which i thought was absurd, and exactly 1 yr and 5 days later brakes are squealing. Called and spoke to the manager Ian and was told ..sorry. you're warranty expired 5 days ago. I was floored. I asked him how they were already gone and was told the old managers, who by the way had all fired according to Ian, ordered the wrong pads. I then proceeded to ask how this was my fault? He simply said sorry , there's nothing I can do! When asked how he couldn't back up a product from his company when it was definitely not my fault, again, sorry, nothing I can do. Asked to speak to his manager who is the franchise owner, and was then told sorry, he's on vacation until next week. Called speedy corporate, was told it was actually Midas I would have to call. But the lady said, yea we get a lot of complaints from this store but unfortunately we are not affiliated with themThen Called Midas corporate, spoke to Rose and told her the complaint, who then gave me direct corporate number. Now I called corporate direct and after explaining again for the 3rd time was told it would be up to 72 hours for someone to call me back. To say I am angry beyond words. So my husband can't work all week because he has no brakes and we have to wait 3 days just for a call back??? Sorry, we will take it elsewhere and lesson learned...pls do not do business with this company, you will surely pay for it over and over and them some.....shame on you guys....UPDATE....took the truck to another shop...900 dollars later, found out they never put new rotors on. Original rotors were still on there...will be reporting to the BBB...

My car started making an awful noise & spun out twice in one month. I came for an oil change and alignment but was shown that my vehicle was about to fall apart right under my nose. They walked me around the perimeter of my car to show me exactly what was wrong instead of overwhelming me with information & pressuring me into unnecessary repairs like most shops would. When I told them the budget I was working with, they bent over backwards to work with me & gave me amazing options to make sure I could continue driving safely. I can t rave enough about this business or it s employees, especially Ian and Cooper! They re all knowledgeable, kind, & want to help. They re good at explaining what s wrong with your vehicle in a way that s easy to digest, especially if you don t know much about cars. They don t hound you to upsell, they just recommend what will keep you safe on the road & get you where you need to go in one piece!

Great customer service and keen knowledge I highly recommend visiting this place don't go to take 25000 minutes because they do not know what they're doing this place there on the spot like Johnny LOL but for real they are great and I will be back.

The oil changes I've had in the past here were great ,but the oil change I had last month made me upset. About 4 or 5 of the workers just standing by my car all under my hood and talking to one another for a long period of time. The mileage was also written down wrong. Almost 4,000 miles less, then it actually was on the day of my service. It was by far the longest oil changed I've ever had.

Yesterday I received such great and friendly service from Freddy. Thanks to him I was able to get semi synthetic blend for the price of conventional oil. This greatly helped out with my tight budget. Freddy and his crew were nothing but honest and helpful. Will be returning to them for future maintenance. Louis the manager was great. Freddie the one who did my paper work was so attentive,informative,easy to understand and just all around great guy. The whole experience at Speedee made me feel at ease as a customer, I didn't feel pressured or taken advantage of. Give them a try for all your car needs. Went in for a high mileage oil change, got so much more!

This was my second time visiting this establishment and the service was superior both times. The first time I worked with Lewis to have my brakes checked and was told my brakes were fine but my brake fluid needed to be changed. Lewis took the time to explain the purpose of brake fluid to where I could understand. Today, was my second time at Speedee and I worked with Freddie. Freddie assisted me with a tire issue. He and the technician made a recommendation of what I needed. Freddie, went above and beyond by calling the auto parts store and having the parts delivered, which saved me time and gas from having pickup the items. The car was finished in little of no time and rides much smoother. Both Lewis and Freddie provided awesome customer service, needless to say I will be going back for all of my car care needs for both of my vehicles.Service: Tires

This is the WORST shop to go to. They are very dishonest. They will get your money to fix your car. They allow unqualified people under your hood. Give you the ok to drive your car, that they have not properly fixed. Ultimately ending in permanent damage to your vehicles. They are an unreliable shop. Find a better Christian, honest shop to take your car to I beg you all.Don t let my experience be yours.Jimmy the owner was dishonest, and only cared about slander to his shop, versus hiring reliable people and scheduling properly , so that only certified mechanics are working on your vehicle. I came in for a simple oil change for conventional oil. When I arrived they only took down my information and had me go inside, no mention of what oil I wanted or any other questions about my car. Once inside they came to me with a list of problems with my car in which I declined thier offers. once the oil change was finished I was told my total was $101 for full synthetic oil. After insisting my car only needed convention oil they attempted to convince me that I would ruin my car and void my warranty, both of which is untrue. I am young and female but not stupid. I will not be going back and I do not recommend anyone come inService: Oil change

I had a wonderful experience here today. I was in an out for my oil change in less than 20 minutes, they did not try to pressure me into unnecessary things that I did not need, their customer service was fantastic and they even gave me $10 off. I would highly recommend Ian for all your automotive needs, very honest and trustworthy for the alone he should get 10 stars for not being a ripoff , he knows his way around your engine and explains everything!!! Rock Hill and Fort Mill give him a try !!!

Very helpful workers, quick and responsive mechanics, but the main issue is pricing!" I got a quote for replacing my power steering pump at $893 dollars. But got another quote from another shop in town to replace my pump for $396 dollars" it looks like they changed me double for labor fees added on to the part. Which the part cost is only $108 dollars from a local parts store, well I would suggest going there for smaller issues other than important issues. Oil change is good..

I've come here a number of times when I needed my oil change; better prices than Take 5, and they're just as quick. A little heavy on the upsell, but I'm sure that's more corporate's fault than individuals just doing their jobs. Highly recommended if you need to get your oil changed in a pinch.

December 2022. Was recommended by a friend to go here for a quick oil change. An hour later, they Brought my air filter to me and told me I needed to replace it and my brake fluid. The air filter looked fine. I told them I only wanted my oil changed. $92 (after I complained about $110 oil change). Then 3 weeks later, the car lost power on Celenese. Towed to Precision Tune (wonderful service), they said air flow issue. Air filter put in incorrectly. hmmm... speedee oil wouldn't admit wrong, nor would they compensate my loss for repairs. I dont recommend Speedee.

Have gone to this speedee more than once and they have always been super nice and caring for your vehicle and whatever help you need, no matter if it was something very minor and they fixed it without charge or even when I did pay they always do a quick and knowledgeable job.

If I recommended this business anymore people would think they were paying me. I have NEVER been to a business that has been more accommodating, friendly and as quick as they are my headlights were out and after going to 2 stores and getting no where I knew they d help me out. Mason Robinson literally was the nicest guy. It took him 2 seconds when one place couldn t get the cap off and the other place (Pep Boys) wanted to charge me $50 AFTER I bought the lights from them! Again, I HIGHLY recommend this business and I ll keep bringing my business there as well!!Service: Body & Trim
