MyBF stopped in at sound on wheels to look rims and tires for a 18 wrangler he is working on for a customer of his own. The staff was knowledgeable, easy going and great to work with. He was able to find exactly what he needed in no time. We recommend a Sound on wheels and we will be repeat customers

Great group of guys! They did my truck and my vette. Excellent service!!! Had an issue with the vette that was not their fault and they fixed it the same day! You can t get better service and they know what they are doing.

Had sub, amp, and rca adapter installed they did it very professionally, and in a timely manner. Would recommend little on the pricey side, but did a very good job.

I took my 2004 Honda Accord to them Knowing that I need a Radio but they insist They check make sure noit was the radio. Lord behold it's the Radio. I told them that period. I had to pay them $125+ KOTax $138 I paid them for nothing for them to tell me what I already knew and told them when I came in. ,Than they told me to install a radio will be about estimated $250 for labor plus Radio cost of $119. Cheapest they had putting me to kick out over $500 for a car radio. It's not right how they done got me out of 125+ tax for no reason just to tell me what I told them already I no I needed a Radio. Was Now Angry just need tell people to be from with these companies try get quick money out of you no what you need don't let them tell you what they think ythey need to check. Count your Days Cause God don't like ugly and I praying on this one I might not no it but karma No Blessing Sounds on Wheels cheat the people that don't matter think you gone live good pray you loose more than I paid you for nothing

These guys were very accommodating and knowledge when it came to mounting my wheels and tires for my 2010 FJ Cruiser. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a sound system or Wheels fitted for their vehicle.

Have nothing but great things to say and would recommend this place to anyone. Rick provided 5 star customer service and made my experience ordering & installing new wheels, tires, and a lift kit easy as I can possibly imagine. The products came in fast and the day to install went perfectly. They have a nice private waiting room that was comfortable to work in while I waited so I didn t have to Uber anywhere. However the best part by far is the kind, genuine customer service.

This company is truly crooked got a lift on my truck and had problems out of it for a year first time they used my old struts like I wouldn't notice and then I've been having problems with the lights they installed don't go to them for nothing and they won't stand by there contract that they have so if you want your car or truck riding good don't go to sound on wheels. But we'll have our day in court I will keep ya'll informed

Awesome they have put tint on two of our cars . Our Charger 6 years ago and it still looks awesome even to this day. We get looks all the time when we drive by people on the road. Today they did our Durango it looks great. Love this place the people are super nice

They fixed my radio!!! My factory radio on my 2011 CR-V mysteriously quit! I was told by the two garages I know well to come to Sound on Wheels! They fixed it in 45 minutes (with appointment) and charged only the diagnostic fee! Very pleased with their service.

Only had windows tinted by sounds. Great service, and very happy with their products. Got an appointment friday to have a system upgrade. Looking forward to it!

I have dealt with them for many years on all of my vehicles from truck to my Corvette. Every time it has been a pleasure. Their small staff means individualized service that proves in trend to be a quality work. Highly recommend.

I had a leveling kit installed over the summer. We had a small hiccup along the way, but they stand behind their work to make sure things are right with great customer service. That is something that is difficult to find now days.

Horrible customer service!!! Did I say HORRIBLE!!!!??? The man up front needs a serious lesson in how to treat a customer. My daughter made a mistake and got a DUI. Part of her "paying for it" is to have an interlock device installed. She has to report every month to have it "reset". These people down there treat her like trash because they are the only ones in town that do this kind of "service" and they know they can get away with it!!! I own a small business in town and if i treated my customers the way these people do.....I would have been out of business a LONG time ago!!! Save your money and your time(because they are always SLAMMED according to the guy that is up front) and find a decent service that actually cares about you and your time!!!!

It is very obvious that for you haul dealership the man that owns the place I'm assuming large heavy set guy as I am also heavy set. I had Uhaul reservation for 12 o'clock I got here at 1:30 and he literally rented it out right before me. This very poor business, I think the black eye to Uhaul. Very mad about this, destroying my plans, going to cost me more money and time which is the main issue. Why would you take reservations And not honor them or even make a phone call to the customer to see if they're coming or not they asked 10000 questions for a reservation your phone number is one of them

4 months later and when a friend asks me a question about my dashcam all I think of is the horrible experience at this place. Wish I never stepped foot in the place. Average at best job on tint, and tried to charge me $350 more than quote. Tried to forget but still regret.

Be careful this company buys cheap products from amazon, and tries to pass them off as quality products. I found out the hard way after my son came home from the shop with a light bar that he payed $250 + for it and when i called up there the owner never got on the phone. this is not a good way at all to run a company , I own a company that deals with the public everyday and I would never gouge my customers this way. Beware of this .

Went to this place to have a decal installed on my car. I installed the one side myself but didn t want to fuss with the other side. After waiting for his installer to check it out. The owner quoted me $129 dollars!?! I informed him that was a little more than I was expecting for installing a decal. I said are you really going to let me walk out the door ? He said absolutely! Before I heard the quote I was asking about purchasing an amp and subs as well that day. The owner was very short and not very friendly. I would avoid this place.

I cannot say enough about Rick Miller and Sound on Wheels. I would give them 10Stars if I could!!! He was able to get me in without an appointment, did an amazing upfit on my BMW X6 vehicle and was 60% off the price point of the dealership. He himself took the time to explain the issue and was able to diagnose the issue with my tires/wheels immediately. He also jumped in to work on the vehicle with his technicians. Any owner that takes such pride in his workmanship you have to applaud!! I highly recommend all my colleagues / family / friends to Sound On Wheels!!! - Dr.Ferzaan A. We go to Sound on Wheels for everything! Tires, tint, truck accessories & car audio! They are always very professional & stand by their work. So glad they are so close by & everyone is so friendly! Also, lots of cool stuff to look at while you are waiting on them to finish up with your car.

I recently got a new navigation system installed for my BMW at Sound On Wheels off of Anderson Road in Rock Hill, SC. They were extremely knowledgeable, and fast. I would defiantly recommend them to all of my friends and family! Thanks again!

The owner of this place is rude and arrogant. I have tried three times to get my truck in for a balancing and can t get in. First time he was too busy on a Saturday which is understandable. I asked if I could make an appointment next weekend and he said I couldn t and to come during the week. Went by just now (a weekday) and he said to drop it off for the day next week. Really? Every time there are no people at this shop and he is perched on his stool. Doing nothing. Complete jerk and way high quotes. GO ELSEWHERE! Not the only custom place in Rock Hill.

I went in thinking I had the right place but I wasn't sure so I asked this RUDE man if I could have a card of one of the owners because I had a private matter, (my personal business) that I needed to discuss with him/her. He said NO because I didn't give HIM the right name. My son who has dealt with Sound on Wheels as his friends has also, now have lost a lot of business because of THIS man!! I have NEVER been treated so badly by a person in a business as I encountered with him. STAY away from this company!!! I have the video if anyone is interested in seeing it. I cried the whole time.

Went in today with an X5 BMW. Asked the salesperson about the unit I was looking at on the internet. He said, Go Buy It. Very snotty. Called back and asked for the owner, Wouldn't tell me who this was so I could speak to him. I went to a place on Cherry Rd. Asked the same question. WOW, salesman explained WHY I probably didn't want that unit. Going to spend around 2 grand with them. Too bad Sound on Wheels, You Suck.

Dropped of my 2018 Mercedes to get window tint installed after having tint done to my other vehicles at other shops and Sound on Wheels knocked it out of the park! Great value, great product, awesome installation on a tricky German vehicle.

This place was absolutely no help at all...The sales rep was rude and couldn't answer any of my questions. All I wanted to know is what the best tire size to run for a 2/4 drop kit on a silverado with 20" oem gm wheels. This place will not get my business!

I made reservations for a u-haul and I had requested to pick it up at sound on wheels and at some point the u-haul people changed my pickup point way out of my way. But thanks to the people at sound on wheels they gave me a truck and sent me on my way. They saved me a lot of time.Thanks guys

Came here to buy boxes for moving. The overweight man at the counter was pretty rude and short with us the entire time. We walked in and said we had just called about the boxes and he was pretty much like Yeah, and? . He was very reluctant to help us, we felt like we were bothering him. We re looking at the different sizes folded up against the wall and prices and he says These aren t put together you know, they re folded up Um yeah buddy, we see that. He kept talking to us like we re stupid. At one point I just started laughing just because I couldn t believe this guy. We decided right then when it is time to move, we re going to rent a truck and buy more boxes from somewhere else.
