This is by far the worst "repair shop" I've been to. They rip you and/or insurance copy off to another level. The picture attached is of a "new OEM part". They will walk all over you any chance they can. And will lie straight to your face in a heartbeat. Never will I go back to this place. This is the back story in a nut shell:Upon drop off, we informed them that there was fluid leaking from our car where our car was damaged, and asked them to make sure they checked it out. Two days (on Christmas Day, in fact) after pick up while driving to family for Christmas , my car started smoking. We pulled over to look at it to find NO coolant in my car at all! They failed to look at what we asked them to, and actually I'm fact, they had to have even made the leak worse. They melted together a small bracket that holds my bumper/headlight instead of replacing it. This is causing my bumper to not align correctly and also buldge out. Looks very noticeable and pretty bad. Not the kind of work I expected. Honestly, I wouldn't be quite as made about the bumper thing if there werent all kind of issues after pick up. They also DRAINED my battery. We have a car with two batteries. When I dropped off the vehicle, our second battery was disconnected by us - it doesn't work properly and just pulls power from our main battery, killing the main battery in the process. Christmas Day we went to leave , and our car would not start. They had reconnected the two batteries and could not even be bothered to inform me that they did so! I get it if they had to, but they should have told me instead of me unexpectedly walking out to a dead car on Christmas. Thankfully, it was jumpable. Usually it is not jumpable when it's connected and we have to get an entire new battery. I called to try and get this resolved before leaving any kind of review or even contacting my insurance, and the man could really care less. He said we can drop it off and they can look at it next week, but it would be a while before it is fixed because of the "process". It should have been fixed correctly the FIRST time! We have three small children. I've already had to reschedule our THANKSGIVING/Christmas with extended family in another state because of not having my vehicle, and now because they didn't fix it the FIRST time, we are looking at not being able to go see family again because we can't drive a car that won't hold coolant four states away. Waiting weeks to get it fixed is unacceptable - it should have been fixed the FRIST time! We are supposed to leave Friday to visit family, and it clearly won't be ready by Friday. I'm not sure I even trust going back and getting this re-fixed with them. I am reaching out to my insurance, and I am hoping that we can take my vehicle someplace else.

Staff was friendly and profesional when I brought my car in. When the car was ready all looked well and they sent s survey link which I completed as satisfactory. A couple of days after I picked it up I noticed a gap on one joint of the bumper they had fixed. I came in and they ordered a part and fixed it but it took about a month since bringing it in. Then took the car to wash and one of the back bumper sensors came lose and the rear brake system camera was not working properly. In I go again and they said they would order the bracket that holds the sensors in place. Never heard back for close to a month until I noticed some fish eye flaws on the repaired bumper and went back in for this. I mentioned the sensor bracket and this time they ordered them. Went back to the shop again to have this repaired. I pointed out some crease-like marks on the paint and I was told that I must have been hit and it caused the paint to crease. I mentioned that it must have happened when they left the gap on the bumper and I had to constantly push it back into place but they said they would not cover it under insurance and that they would write me an estimate for the repair. It s been over two weeks and I m still waiting to hear from them. Needless to say it s been s frustrating experience with this shop and I would not recommend it.

Our insurance company referred us to this location to have repairs done to our vehicle. They replaced the hood and bumper and painted our vehicle. It has now been 7 months and the paint is starting to chip. We took the vehicle to the shop to have them look at it and the service lady there was rude and unprofessional. She didn t even look throughly at the vehicle before she stated that it was rock chips and not their work. She then proceeded to tell me that it was due to living on a dirt road with rocks which I don t live on a dirt road and then told me it was due to driving on the interstate as well. I told her the vehicle barely gets driven due to my husband having a work vehicle. Obviously the 100% lifetime warranty/guarantee is only good when they want it to be and they definitely do not put the customer first. They will give you every reason under the sun to make it not their fault.

Online scheduled me for repair today. The shop actually can't do anything until the 29th. Won't be back. Get your system together.

Not bad. Everything looks great and works well...my only complaint is that my hood doesn't close like it used to before the accident there is a gap about an inch on the left side of the hood that used to also not be there. They said it was previous damage from a previous accident but the car had never been in another accident before. We also had to personally change a couple of clips because they used the wrong ones and the door made a clicking noise and the plastic protector when you open the hood was not fasted down. I don't have to get a new car which I'm thankful for overall I'm happy just wish they were more detailed .

If i could give them 0 stars i would give it to them 10x. They have had my vehicle since mar 3 and was suppose to be completed by April 29th. They have given me a different completion date every week since 4/29. I took my vehicle in for accident repair to the suspension. My vehicle is still there at the moment. They just started fixing my suspension issue 5/23. They fixed all other thing that had nothing to do with my accident then on 5/23 realize what the issue was for us bringing the car in to get repaired. It wouldn t be so bad if they would have just been honest on the completion date instead of us expecting to get our car every week and then that date come and it s now a new date. We will never use this company again.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Overall experience has been very good. I've only used Service King for repairs through my insurance company, USAA. The work and customer service has been splendid. However, my last claim resulted in three trips to Service King. The first for "the initial work and repair". The second for "my bumper is not flushed to the car and it's missing a fastener". The third for "bumper still not flushed and the replaced fastener is still there". On the third time, they didn't communicate with me a plan on how to flush the bumper but instead took my car to the back. A few moments later they drive my car back around. I pull on the bumper and it's still not flush, but this time I see they put glue on the bumper and pushed it back in. At this point, I explained that Google tells me that using glue is the cheap and easy way for "regular" folk like me to use. So why are they using glue and not the brackets and fasteners correctly... Long story cut short. I had to call USAA for my insurance company to act as my middle man about the quality of work on my car. I went through my insurance company to get Service King to honor their 100% body and paint warranty. Without going through an insurance company, I feel I would have been forced to accept what Service King considers their best by putting glue on a bumper. Needless to say this has ruin my many years relationship with Service King.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They are a great place for autobody work. My experience was very positive, with a BIG shout out to BAILEY at customer service. I would definitely put them at the TOP of my list of autobidy shops to consider in this area.

Had some work done on my car. Was a minor fender-bender. Other shops in town we're booked out for weeks. Service King said they could get me in right away plus they have an Enterprise rental place in the same building so it was convenient. They completed the repairs in a reasonable amount of time and the car looked great.I noticed that my fog lights were no longer working, yet they had worked before taking it in for repairs. I looked under the hood and both of the wiring harnesses that connect to the lights were disconnected. I plugged them back in and the lights came on no problem. They've been working fine ever since. I know that mistakes happen and maybe they just overlooked it. But it definitely begs the question: if they forgot to reconnect those wires, what else did they forget?

Had my car worked on after a lady drove in to mine. The insurance company directed me to Service King in nearby Rock Hill, at the Rawlinson Rd location. M. Adams was my rep there and was very helpful and made the process quick and painless. He was very friendly and courteous. My only suggestion would be for the Rentals that were there, they were very limited (as in two) at the time I was needing a rental. Was a pleasant experience overall. I forgot to do the original survey they requested via email, so I wanted to leave a review in lieu of the missed survey. A+

Well...I am not easily impressed...a bit of a perfectionist for sure. I was blown away by their customer service. Scott was the epitome of what service is all about. I received daily updates via email and was absolutely thrilled with the results of the repair. My Chevy Silverado has never looked better...even better than factory!-- kudos to all their hard work...the body shop, paint, assembly: all impecable!--- oh and the young lady in the front gets a bravo zulu for her customer service as well. And I don't want to leave the Enterprise folks out either. Start to finish: grade A...thank you.

They did good work. I requested ORIGINAL parts and it was not honored, no one called to notify me aftermarket and junk yard parts were used after I clearly numerous times to use OEM parts. Very disappointing... none of that was communicated until after my car was fixed.

Was referred here by my insurance company, when I didn t agree to have them pull apart my car and leave it there for weeks when it was fully drivable I was met with horrible attitudes. The man who did my visual claim didn t even explain to me what any of it meant just handed it to me rudely. Many other things were written down to be fixed that weren t even broken. I got another visual estimate at another repair shop and was quoted for 3,000 as opposed to their 5,400. When I called to make my appointment the woman I spoke to on the phone couldn t explain to me what was going to be done when I was there. When I arrived I was asked to sign a paper to let them repair my car even though I was under the impression I was having just an estimate. Overall there is a lack of communication from the staff and bad attitudes.

The first time around I had a terrible experience. The new management has taken care of a warranty issue that had previously been fixed. Was in and out in 7 business days. It was a great experience, and they went above the scope of service and painted an extra piece for free. Amazing service now.

I m hoping that I won t have to see these folks anymore, but if I should, I can t think of a better location to have your car serviced. These folks are true professionals. They communicate very well, and my car looks spectacular! Mike & Alex, you serve your team well.

Picked up my vehicle today and it looks branch new I have to say I have 3 issues but I am confident that will not be a problem to resolve. Scott handled my vehicle and kept me informed of the process.

Do not come here. Allstate told me they were one of their preferred repair shops. The reason being they will do subpar work the cheapest way possible to help the insurance company. When I had anaccident out of town allstate never sent out and insurance adjuster and just listed it as a front end collision. The actual damage included number/grille and rim damage from a curb. Service king told me since the claim was only written up as front end collision they would have to put in a supplemental form for the rim damage only after I agreed to let them start repairs. Allstate denied the supplemental rim damage saying it was previous damage so no rim repairs were made. When I picked up my 2014 ford explorer after repairs my AC was blowing hot. I took it back to find out they had "forgotten" to recharge the AC after disconnecting it to repair some radiator mounts. Driving it home a second time I noticed a significant difference in AC performance. When stoped at red lights or accelerating after slowing down the AC would start blowing warm until cruising speed was reached and when I turned the car off there was an audible gurgling coming from the AC vents for the first week. The second week the passenger vents started blowing hot air. When I took it back to service king they told me the AC was charged and a different mechanic would have to look at it and allstate would get involved and pay me back IF the damage was caused by the accident. Even though it functioned fine for over 6 montgs after the accident before I could schedule the repair to coincide with my vacation time. Needless to say service king did/would not fix the problem denying it had anything to to with the repair work they performed. I opted NOT to have them take it to an ACTUAL mechanic as I know Allstate would have again given me the shaft. But I will remind you that Service King does offer a lifetime warranty on their repair work, except if they break something while doing the work and deny it was anything they did to it. In the meantime I am supposed to believe that it is a coincidence that my AC stopped working on a 3 year old vehicle after they tampered with it.

The paint repair was excellent, but they stripped one of the adjustment screws on a head light on the 2014 mustang they repaired and sent it out that way. When we saw the lights shining on the road 4 feet in front of the car instead of where they belong we figured out something was wrong. NOTE headlight was on side of car that went off road into the grass shoulder when front passenger tire blew up upon hitting huge pothole after hurricane Florance. When we took it back they tried to pass it off on a prior accident of which there had been no issues with the lamp it had been replaced a year before and had been working fine prior to the accident that brought it into Service King. Not COOL! They need to make this write and replace the headlight assembly. It's an $800 part they want me to be reasonable for. I don't think so.

My experience has not been a pleasant one. I was a victim of the severe hail storm in Rock hill. My insurance company had me go to this center for the adjuster to look at my car. This collision center looks beautiful on the inside and very clean. However, they scheduled my car only to push it back two weeks because they did not want me to have to wait for my car to completed. They then proceeded to keep my car for three weeks. Part of this was because the insurance angency went low on the esitmate hoping I would take the money and run. When I got my car back it had what is called orange peel on the back quarter panels, which is a waviness in the paint). Scratches where there were not scratches before. It looks like people did the work with metal buttons and zippers exposed on their clothing. The interior head liner was filthy. The molding was in with a huge gap. There was pink paint on the driver's side where they mark the areas they have to fix.The other thing that happened is this was supposed to be paintless dent repair, after leaving my car out in 90 degree weather all day they decided to try and pop out the dents and the paint came off in every spot they had to fix and there were a lot of dents. So I take my car back to them on July 24th and did not get it back until August 5th. I am afraid I lost my cool with these people. They did buff out some of the hood and the passenger side door and the trunk where they employees created scratches. When I got there they had not cleaned the head liner. The orange peel was still there and never touched. The pink paint was gone but they did not buff out the door for the scratches they put on the car and then there was a new scrape on the hood of the car that was not there before. The did not hesitate to let me know I was not a priority and they had a lot of cars to fix. This is after the insurance agency paid them over $6,000.00.Now their answer is for me to wait four weeks and they will try to fix the orange peel.I am so done with these people I can not even talk to them right now. My husband is handling it now and he has reached his limit as well.I suggest you look over your car in the light of the garage instead of bright sunlight because that is where you will find if they fixed your car or did not.

Took a car in for a dent repair after the shop I used to patronize (Smith's) blew my appointment off. They took me in quickly, and finished the work early, leaving the car as if the dent had never been there.I docked a star, however, because they broke a $10 door handle. That was forgivable considering the convoluted way it's attached to the car, but trying to hide it (silicone glue) wasn't. Still, I doubt any other shop would have handled it differently, so I wasn't that upset. And frankly, I didn't give them a chance to answer for the handle, so....
