Absolutely top notch experience. My Subaru had fender damage from someone hitting it while parked. Was minor body damage to the fender, which was perfect for one-stop quick fix fender replacement at Service King. The team here is experienced, professional, friendly, and passionate about what they do. Super easy to work with and the work done was great and done as quickly as possible, just a few days after parts arrived. Was fun to talk cars but that was just a perk on top of how friendly and professional they are. Alex does an amazing job keeping up with everything and keeping customers informed. Thank you!

They had my car for almost two weeks without informing me that they didn't have staff to work on my vehicle. Which cost me over $400 extra in car rental fees. They didn't communicate at all with me concerning my vehicle. I had to keep calling them to find out the status of my vehicle. The GM Bernie would not call me back. I had to go to the Collison Center in order to talk to him. He stated that they could compensate me for my loss even though they cause it. When I picked up my car, he showed me he didn't have staff working. I felt that this should have been communicated to me at the beginning. This is definitely poor customer service.

Very unimpressed communication was great in the beginning but with having issues with repairing mismatch paint side fender still shows wreak I ve decided not to continue to do business with them took to long to repair and the resonance we received from the owner was unacceptable Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Upon drop off, we informed them that there was fluid leaking from our car where our car was damaged, and asked them to make sure they checked it out. Two days (on Christmas Day, in fact) after pick up while driving to family for Christmas , my car started smoking. We pulled over to look at it to find NO coolant in my car at all! They failed to look at what we asked them to, and actually I'm fact, they had to have even made the leak worse. They melted together a small bracket that holds my bumper/headlight instead of replacing it. This is causing my bumper to not align correctly and also buldge out. Looks very noticeable and pretty bad. Not the kind of work I expected. Honestly, I wouldn't be quite as made about the bumper thing if there werent all kind of issues after pick up. They also DRAINED my battery. We have a car with two batteries. When I dropped off the vehicle, our second battery was disconnected by us - it doesn't work properly and just pulls power from our main battery, killing the main battery in the process. Christmas Day we went to leave , and our car would not start. They had reconnected the two batteries and could not even be bothered to inform me that they did so! I get it if they had to, but they should have told me instead of me unexpectedly walking out to a dead car on Christmas. Thankfully, it was jumpable. Usually it is not jumpable when it's connected and we have to get an entire new battery. I called to try and get this resolved before leaving any kind of review or even contacting my insurance, and the man could really care less. He said we can drop it off and they can look at it next week, but it would be a while before it is fixed because of the "process". It should have been fixed correctly the FIRST time! We have three small children. I've already had to reschedule our THANKSGIVING/Christmas with extended family in another state because of not having my vehicle, and now because they didn't fix it the FIRST time, we are looking at not being able to go see family again because we can't drive a car that won't hold coolant four states away. Waiting weeks to get it fixed is unacceptable - it should have been fixed the FRIST time! We are supposed to leave Friday to visit family, and it clearly won't be ready by Friday. I'm not sure I even trust going back and getting this re-fixed with them. I am reaching out to my insurance, and I am hoping that we can take my vehicle someplace else.

They are the real deal, when I got my vehicle back it was as if there was no accident at all. The people here are very friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of repairs.

Had my car serviced for a deer incident in April. Took over a month for it to be finished, however the work done was amazing and they even detailed the interior for me. Worth the wait with fanatic friendly people!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & TrimServices: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I was in a small fender bender, but my vehicle was not drivable. I was traveling from GA to MD. I was able to get my vehicle to Service King and Hunter really helped me out. He pulled the car in the garage, pried-out the damage enough so my car was drivable so I could make it home. This saved me possibly weeks if I'd had to get the repair in SC (repair is going on its 2nd week in the shop). I was able to resume my trip as scheduled without delay. Awesome service and repair results.. Brandie, Mike and the entire team are on their game and handled the whole repair perfectly. Communications were thorough and Brandie kept me up to date on the whole process. My Volvo came back like brand new and detailed on top of that. Now if my only Insurance Company could have followed their example, the whole incident would have been less of headache..If you have a need for any type of collision or paint work and are in the Rock Hill area feel comfortable leaving it to Service King.

The shop has decent body people that do good work! Managerwho has zero mechanical knowledge and can be a smug, arrogant, and down right ignorant! Although the shop does good work, management ruins the customer service! My wife suffers from complex PTSD after being assaulted by a axe wielding drug addict. She doesn't comprehend conversations very well due to the PTSD, and was verbally assaulted by the manager!

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME job on my car and my husband's car. I would recommend them to anyone. My car looked brand new and it was even vacuumed and cleaned. I will not hesitate to go back to them, if needed. (I do hope I don't need them again)

My wife's car got hit on the Expressway the insurance company was called and we were put on to service King. Service king showed their professionalism from the minute I got on the phone and continued it up until now I was very happy that they got the job right the first time. they are terrible. it took them almost 4 weeks to fix a fender bender. rather then examining the car and ordering the parts and then bringing in the car they held it for over 3 weeks. Today they said it was ready and someone driving on the way back to the building screwed something up with the tire. don t come here ever

They have literally had my car for goin on 4 weeks I know since I have a newer model car I was going to have a wait on my parts but now they have had my parts for over a week and I still don t have my car fixed when I call them they say one more week but never a definite answer on when my car will be done I m still waitingService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I'm not even kidding people, do not go to rock hill collision center. Find somewhere else to fix your car please.It took so long time to fix my car. And the worst part was they 'lie' all the time...I hated it.

Not again. After a not at fault accident I took my car here to have a bumper repaired. It took 9 days and looks terrible. If I was paying for this I would have lost it!

NEVER EVER GO TO THE ONE OF HWY 72, HORRIBLE SERVICE. Took them 3 times to get it 95% right...oh and 45 days of my inconvenience
