I went to thier tire shop to get a used tire. They advertise 35$ used tires. They charged me an extra 10$ per tire to mount and balance them. Well they didn't balance them and just left the old weights on it. So I said something about it and told home he had to balance them. He tried to charge me an additional 20$ to balance them. Bad business. Will never use them again

I purchased a vehicle through auction years ago that was a great car until I was involved in a hit and run which totaled the car. This was my first time going to an auction and learning the process from a open to public standpoint and I had a decent car to drive super cheap. I always recommend them and I am happy they finally updated their website

Just bought a car here and I am extremely happy. Got a 2010 Nissan Altima for 2500. Great buy. Runs great. Drove home to Winnsboro and traffic was stopped on the freeway. No issues. The process was easy, he asked what I wanted to spend and he showed me what he had for that. Test drove it and paid. All took less than an hour. Will definitely be back!

Good place to by decent car for good and reasonable prices, I bought pickup truck for 3000$ I fix some small things myself but I like it, so far so good.

If I could give a negative zero would be great.Beware if owner he tells lies and sells cars he knows have major problems. My son purchased car and never even drove it off the lot.They said the were getting new tires and took engine out.A night mare don't do it go somewhere else to buy a car.

DONT BUY HERE! If I could leave - stars I would. Paid $6000 for a truck and didnt even make it 2 lights away before it started over heating. Now they refuse a refund and are refusing to work with us. Offered to trade it for another truck and then sold it. So now we have no truck and no money. WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!

Buyers beware!! Please please please don't purchase a vehicle from this lot!! They will sale you anything and will advertise the vehicle saying it run great. They are not honest and I hope every bit of Karma come back on them!! The car we purchased didn't even make it 10 miles down the highway and that's after we got a oil change before hitting the road home. We had to get it towed to a mechanic. The engine and radiator has to be replaced!!

After I buy two tires and pay I ask where do u need me to pull for yall to put the tire on....lol this Indian man u can tell he's a snake but he said no return no guarantee and we don't the stuff to do it Def will not be back there I've always heard bad things about that place I mean look at how packed it was before and now hardly anything

Any sensible person would understand that this auction is not for finding good, quality used vehicles. All of the vehicles on the lot have major issues and were considered untouchable by other dealerships. Don t go here to buy a decent car, because it s like looking for water in a desert. It s just not there.

I wish I could give zero stars!!! My son decided to go here and bought a car that we thought was a good deal. He pulled out of the lot and the car broke down. The guy gave him a choice to either get his money back or fix the car. He gave him the night to think about it and he decided he wanted his money back. When we arrive the guy refused to do a refund and claimed he never offered to give him a refund. So with no other option because all the other cars in my son's price range were junk my son says fix it. It broke down 2 more times before he could get it home. Here we are 3 months later and the car is a planter in my back yard and my son's hard earned money gone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Haven't been here in 4 years, the quality of use vehicle's & customer service wasn't nothing like it was on my last visit 4 years ago, I was very disappointed, each vehicle I test drove had serious issues with them, & the salesman tried his best to talk me into buying each vehicle, like they were not leaking oil, transmission fluid, smoke coming from underneath the head gasket, wheel bearings screaming, & tire rod ends shaking & rattling. Please check your ride very carefully before you give them any of your money, you just might get stuck with a real lemon, that's all they were selling today, no lie

We bought a 2012 Honda Accord during 2020.It is now 2023, the car is running beautifully.I couldn't have found a car at tgat price with that motor.

We bought a Pacifica touring about 3 months ago and a nightmare from the start!! I was only 2 miles from the place and all the dash lights started lighting up and car overheats. Now me and my elderly mother in law are stranded on the highway..My husband comes and we get it running. It's now 6p so they have gone home. Call next day he said bring it back he will fix it. 2 wks later we pick it up. Temp tag now ready for expiration soon. They give me a tag from them and a paper labeled from DMV as registration. Fast forward to end of this tag umm they still have no title!! Wtw. They give me another temp and paperwork for another 45 days.. leave lot get pulled over after mechanic said put it in back window not where tag goes .. wtwNow a wk later.. pulled over AGAIN in Chester told plate and paperwork is fictitious!!! So done my adviceRUNNNNN!!!

This was our second time buying a car from here. We recently (Feb 2018)bought a 2003 c240 at an excellent price & low miles. We also bought a c220 6 yrs ago from same location and both cars were in good running condition when purchased. They are very patient so u can take your time looking around on the lot. Make sure you really look the cars over and do not rush. If a car has a running issue, they will tell you. That's 1 thing I did notice. They are not trying to take your money. I know a lot about cars so I know what to look at & what not to waste my time with. Make sure you do your research on the car while you're there(reliability/common issues/etc) as your the buyer and it is up to you to pick a quality vehicle. Don't just buy anything. Some car makes have well know issues so do your homework. But this is an excellent place to buy a nice used car at a very good price. I'll be back there in a few weeks to look for a car for our son. Most CL deals are fake or to expensive so Rock Hill Auto Auction has just about every car brand you can think of. Very good place.

I brought a car back in January and I love it. Everything i had a problem with they fixed it and put me in a loaner car until it was fixed. when i got my car back it has been running perfect. they were supportive and gave me exactly what i needed for my budget. No matter what the problem has been from insurance to registering my car they have helped me through it all I'm pleased.

Bought a car from here a couple years back for 5000 and before I even pulled in the driveway of my home the transmissuing went out. I called them and luckily got my money back but at first they wanted me to get another car but I was like hell no. Bad thing about it is the business next door told me I better go cash my check quick cause they might block it or not have the money in the bank. It's bad when even your neighbors know your scamming people. I would agree with the rest of the bad reviews. Do not buy a car from here unless you want to have troubles sooner than later.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP OR PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM ROCK HiLL AUCTION! The owner Saied is a complete scam artist and he charged my account without my permission after I told him I did not want to purchase the vehicle, because the car had major issues that he tried to cover up by turning the engine light off which he admitted to. He sales complete junk Vehicles that he knows have issues and will lie and tell you that it s nothing wrong with the cars and do whatever to try to deceive people. He also uses his assistant Sandra tucker to lie and deceive people as well. Don t walk run away from this place because he doesn t care about taking your hard earned money.

Worst customer service in this area. Glad after reading reviews we kept looking elsewhere. Old fella working there refused to show us ANY cars even after we gave him 2 of interest- we wanted to see by row and number . Told us one uses too much gas it s a dodge , and the other didn t get enough gas it don t run right in his eyes . Guy seemed intoxicated to be honest. But immediately he showed it to someone else. Makes no sense, but I m glad we steered clear. Only vehicle we were shown was a mini van we sure as heck didn t want, that was over priced and not what we wanted to pay, yet he kept pushing it relentlessly. So we cranked it up, so he d hush up over it (literally). We told him no thanks, and he looks at the other old fella when we were closing the door and he says making em try that van although they don t want it they don t want a good running SUV . Uhhhhhhhh????? Yea. Run. Run fast, I hear Banjos.....

The worst place in existence. The first red flag should have been when they SOLD the car we had secured with a deposit EIGHT hours before the deposit was up. We arrived just to be told that our car was sold. We ended up finding something else that we thought would suffice. Ended up putting $4500 in repairs, when we were assured that it ran perfectly. They're protected under the "as is" law, so there isn't much you can do, and they know it too. Legal robbery.

If only i could give 0 stars. A close friend of mine almost lost his life two days after a car he purchased from here blew up on the highway minutes after the brakes & emergency break failing. For them to say they cant do anything & no refund because you buy the car as is . Well..... what s as is if you dont tell us whats up with the car????? Someone could havw died because of how CARELESS and shady this place is. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Terrible terrible place.

I traded my car plus $1800 cash for a car. And at first the car ran fine up until a month later the transmission started slipping and the suspension went out. I was told as is so I couldn't get my money back. So I just decided to sell the car to recoup my loss but it took 4 months for me to receive they title. I was told it was in the mail and it's been delayed. But long story short when the title did come they were talking their time getting it transferred so I ended up getting the title but I already paid them to transfer for me so I just ended up losing more money. I just wished I never went there if I could give them no stars I wouldn't that's how bad there customer service is.

We bought a nice van here, for a good price, be warned though... I knew about the dealer fee of $500 per car bought. But some people were just oblivious to it. Even though there are signs everywhere that state this. So when bidding, don't forget to tack on another 5 Benjamin's per car....

Brought a 2001 Volkswagen Jetta. Was told nothing was wrong with the car, if anything was wrong within 7 days we can bring it back. Less than 7 days later the head gasket had a hole in it. called to let the owner know he told me that's our problem he sold it working perfectly.

If you purchase from an auction you should be aware that you will probably have to fix some things. It's an auction, be realistic. But I can say we purchased 3 vehicles in the past month and we only have had minimal things to take care of and none were major engine issues.

According to owner, auctioneer didn't show up today. Don't think there ever was one. 32 Volvo's turned out to be three pretty roached ones. The one that was newer had lots of interior and functional issues. Insisted he put in new clutch. Car Fax showed odometer issues. Says vehicle purchase reportedNOT ACTUAL MILEAGE TITLE ISSUED? This place is a total joke with no refunds on deposits, no warranty and a $299 title fee.

I bought one car from here as an auction car! Car came down the line and I could hear it loud and clear that it wasn t a perfect car. I paid 900 and got everything I needed to put car in my name! With 220k I knew what kind of car I was buying(05 Taurus)! It has been 3 months and I have fixed muffler($180) and replaced a tire! It s running like a champ! I also cleaned under the hood and replaced all fluids and got new tires! All of that to say for a 2005 Taurus I like my car and i show it enough love to where it doesn t break down! YOU ARE NOT BUYING A NEW CAR FROM THE FACTORY, ANY CAR FOR THESE PRICES IS GOING TO HAVE ISSUES!

I bought a Mitsubishi back in 2011 from here. It still runs today. Never had a major problem with it. I have only had to preform regular maintenance.
