Matthew Hayner was the best salesman. He helped us buy our 2024 Mustang in November. He was so kind and has reached out since then with other questions. Jennifer Roberts is also great and has worked with us on getting the parts we ordered and setting everything up for us and it looks so good!

Spoke with Xavier who was GREAT to deal with and answered any questions I had about the car and pretty much met every request I asked for! It was the smoothest buying experience I have had and I am hard to deal with admittedly. I drove over 3 hours to buy the car, so the fact that Xavier and the rest of Rock Hill Ford went above in beyond made my purchase that much easier. I highly recommend dealing with them and will personally look at them first when I purchase another car in the future!

The staff at Rock Hill Ford were very accommodating and made sure I got into the vehicle that fit my needs. My sales associate, Xavier, did a great job of helping me through this process and the sales manager, James, was there to answer any questions I had, even after I purchased the vehicle. Great experience here!

If I could give this dealership 10 stars I absolutely would with no hesitation! Me and my girlfriend traded in a 2014 Cadillac ATS that had several problems and high mileage. We were looking for a newer vehicle Cadillac Escalade. We worked with Kyle and he was absolutely terrific! He listened to our concerns, answered our questions very thoroughly, and did his job professionally and quickly! We had a credit score around 550 and no money down. The used car manager Hunter worked with me, Kyle, and Orion (finance officer) to try and get us into the Escalade they had on the lot. I do not know what Hunter did but he did us a huge solid and got us into the Escalade at a very reasonable price. Orion the finance manager was extremely friendly and helped us with our concerns and questions. The whole car buying process was very simple, quick, and easy. Me and my girlfriend plan to trade in our other car later this year once we get our credit at a better place and plan to work with them again. Kudos to Kyle, Hunter, and Orion for working so hard to get us in our dream car! I absolutely recommend trading and buying from them! EXCELLENT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! We will be a repeat customer for a very long time!

I purchased a 2023 F150 Tremor the end of June 23. Initially during the purchase, I had to make multiple trips to the dealership to, due to a lapse in their process, which was inconvenient and wasted my time. Next, it took them over a month to pay off my old truck which was also an F150 financed through ford. I called multiple time only to be met with endless excuses then ultimately, I was told that someone overlooked filing the correct paperwork to pay off my vehicle. Lastly today 2/23/2024. I scheduled my vehicle for service via the website only to learn that this was for an oil change only. This does not specify this when making the appointment. I wanted to bring my vehicle in due to a horrible sound it emits through my radio, along with my phone not full connecting to the audio system. The infotainment center freezes as well. I was told, yet again. I would have to come back. I have owned an f150 for the last 20 years. I will have to think hard before ever buying another Ford. The service the experience as well as the quality has significantly decreased over the years.

Just had a bed cover installed on my truck I purchased. Extremely happy with the finished result. Huge thanks to Jennifer Robert's for setting everything up for me and communicating with me from beginning and end and making it easy to do business with them with picking up my truck and bringing it back . I just purchased a very low mileage and super CLEAR 2021 Mustang GT. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had at a dealership. My sales person, Aletha Clinton, was awesome!!! They had the car cleaned and ready for me to test drive when I got there and did not hassle me while I reviewed and was making my decision on the purchase. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful including Kevin, the finance person that helped wrap up the deal at the end and I have to thank James, the Sales Manager for all his help and information before I traveled 2.5 hours. I hate to leave bad reviews, but I had the worst experience with Rock Hill Ford. I had a great car buying experience with Fort Mill Ford back in 2017 so I thought it will be the same with Rock Hill Ford. The salesman showed me the Ford Mustang with power seats. I liked all the options on this car except the blacked out wheel covers so they located me the Ford Mustang without the blacked out wheels. The salesman texted me pictures of the car and assured me that this Ford Mustang have all options like the one he showed me but without the blacked out wheel covers. On the day of the purchase, I did not get to check out the car before signing the contract because they were cleaning it. After I signed the contract and got in the car to go home and OMG no power seats!!! I told the salesman right away that I'm not happy with the manual seats. My husband also called within an hour when I got home and spoke to the salesman about the manual seats.Within the next 2 weeks we called several times expressing the concerns about my car purchase with managers at Rock Hill Ford. Each time they said they will work on my concerns and ensure someone will give me a call back with negotiate options and it never happens. I also noticed that they charged me the full price for the car that had 500 miles. They told us that they couldn t find a car locally with the options I wanted. My husband found 3 in a 50 mile radius and spoke to the sales manager about them. Not only that but it was an eco boost premium with everything I wanted and it was alot cheaper than what I purchased the car for. I will never buy from Rock Hill Ford again and I will make sure no one else that I know does either. Absolutely the worst experience ever and lies all the way up to the general manager.

We drove over 2 hours last night to look at and potentially buy a Jeep Wrangler that Rock Hill Ford had on their lot. Matthew is our sales person and was awesome with us. The entire staff that we came into contact with; Matthew, Jesus, and James were great.The Jeep was in great condition and was exactly what was advertised. Of course we bought it.Matthew even called this morning to make sure we made it home safely and if everything went well with the drive!I was asked by a coworker if I would drive that far to do business again and yes, I most definitely would.

I hate to leave bad reviews, but my experience here was so incredibly terrible and has continued to be a nightmare. I purchased a car (~$60k) from them from across the country and was very happy with my vehicle, however, it took them over a month to ship it and they had elected to use a shipping company that had terrible reviews and spoke zero english so they were unable to provide updates. They had even "lost my car" at one point. After finally getting my car and driving it for a few months I had yet to receive any registration paperwork or plates. They had told me a long story of their title application and registration getting denied in my state and having to submit multiple times. Here I am 6 months later, ready to trade this car in for my new cybertruck, and the car is still not titled or registered properly and they are ignoring my calls and emails... I really do not know what to do other than leave this review and contact legal guidance. They continue to dodge my calls and ensure someone will give me a call back and it never happens. Please do the right thing Rock Hill Ford....

Really frustrated and unhappy with my experience dealing with Rock Hill Ford. On 1/12/24 I reached out to them about a Dark Horse Mustang they had on their lot that I wanted to purchase and have shipped to me. After some back and forth we agreed on a price. On 1/30/24 we agreed on a price and I sent pictures of my ID and insurance card. I was then informed by them on 1/31/24 that there was a lot of interest in the car and I needed to put a down payment with a credit card to hold the vehicle. I said no problem and gave them my credit card information. I told them I was waiting for funds to transfer to complete the purchase. Kevin Tibbetts just called me today, 2/2/24 and told me his manager sold the car to somebody else who just walked into the dealership.I gave Rock Hill Ford my ID, insurance information, a credit card for a down payment, and told them I was working on getting the funds transferred. They STILL sold the car out from under me to someone else.I would be careful doing business with a shady dealership like this.

I just purchased a 2021 GT500 from Rock Hill Ford, and the experience was great! I worked with Cory Howard in sales and James Salm in the business office, and they were very professional from start to finish. They were never pushy in any way, and made the deal very easy; especially considering I was driving 4 hours to pick the car up. The car was in perfect condition when I arrived, and they got me in and out quickly, as they knew I was working on a tight schedule. I highly recommend them both and the dealership in general!

I just picked up my 2023 ford maverick xlt hybrid from Rock Hill Ford last night. Great vehicle, very happy with the purchase. Victoria, the sales rep I worked with, made it a really smooth process with my Honda Civic trade in and the paperwork for the new vehicle. She also took the time to help me get set up on the ford mobile app and answered all my questions. Kevin from financing was also very helpful and efficient. Great experience all around.. thank you!

Cory in sales and everyone else here was fantastic. This was the easiest and best car buying experience! They explained everything, worked with our budget, and didn't try to over sell us on anything. He did his job profesionally and I would like to give him a 5/5 rating based on our experience. Rated 4.5/5 due to some services issues but I can say they are doing their best to get everything fixed.

Drove 2 hours to test drive a truck with intent to purchase. Had my own financing lined up and cash down. Salesperson did not include my down payment on the bill of sale that went to my bank which required a complete re-do of the paperwork, which cost a lot of time and effort. Also was promised a second key to be made and as of today (30+ days after the sale) I'm still trying to get this taken care of. I even have a local dealership trying to assist and they are not getting any response from Rock Hill either. I guess now that they have my money they don't care about fulfilling their end of the deal, which is very frustrating.

This my second time here within 6 years. It was Clinton ford but now it s Rock Hill Ford. Came in with some terrible Car issues and they made a way to help me and it was a good decision. Looking for a car is very difficult and it can be stressful but thanks to Jennifer R. She help me from the beginning to the end, she even took the time to care personally about my decision and my personal life. She was very understanding, we laughed, we cried and by the end of the sale i was very satisfied. We need more people like Jennifer R.
