Went in for a quick lane for a 2023 F250 oil change. He said it won t be quick but we can get it done, it will be 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. I m sure this is what Ford had in mind with coming up with the quick lane. Even the young Valvoline oil changers can do it in 30-45 mins tops. I ll just head there instead. Change the name to not quick lane so future customers don t get the wrong impression like I did.

Great service. The parts department was wonderful. Really helpful in finding me the correct site to order my map upgrade.

Can not trust them or their posted hours. We had an emergency tire replacement arrived at 4 when they "close" at 5. Two employees were walking out and refused to help us.

They seem to do what they say they are going to do. I had an issue with a speaker installed wrong and they resolved it.
