I have been using NTB for well over 5 years now. I am very pleased with any and all work they've done.They always find a way to work me into their busy schedule, they explain-- while showing on my vehicle what needs replaced, and they are reasonably priced.One of my favorite things is their attitude. I am always greeted promptly and with a smile. I've never had a bad experience here!Spotlight: Will, who you'll usually see at the front, is loads of fun and always ready to help. He will even sing you a song if you are in dire need of good entertainment. Their new service manager, Tim, is great so far! Very kind.They have a great team.

Stopped by without an appointment to have my battery re-secured. At a previous appointment, a different employee had said it wouldn t take long and would be an easy fix for a quick drop in. James took a look at my car and was able to explain why it came loose to begin with. Not only did he fix the issue, he went further to solve a separate, unique problem with a creative solution. I expected to be charged for a labor or service fee even though everything took less than 20 minutes, but James sent me on my way free of charge. Super friendly, super helpful, and I ve never been disappointed with the service at this location.

Came here without an appointment to have 4 new tires installed and an alignment done, Tim got me in and out in no time. He was so helpful and went above and beyond! Super easy process and great customer service! I will Definitely be a returning customer! Big shout out to NTB & Tim! Thank you guys!

Last Sunday ,I had a to tow my vehicle in because of a nail in my tire & couldn't get a lug nut off. Jerry was very thorough in explaining what the process would look like regarding getting the lug nut off & possibly patching the tire. James the service tech was able to show & explain the besides the nail the tire had a blow out of the sidewall. Jerry was very helpful in trying to see if there were a matching tire . To get me on my way but there were none available. I was trying to get back to Columbia before too late.I appreciate the great customer service that James & Jerry provided. Keep up the good work.

I woke up with a nail in my tire today and went to NTB as they have taken great care of my car in the past!l and all of my issues. I was in an out within an hour and James took the time to show me some other potential issues with my tire and presented solutions. He s professional and personable and does a great job!

This is my go to spot to get oil changes and any work done on my car because they re quick and welcoming. They re always easygoing. Lyle was very helpful when I came in. He answered questions and helped update my information so it s easier for me next time I come in

Today I had a great experience at NTB in Rock Hill. I want to say thank you to Tim(serbice manager) for exceptional customer service and making sure I left with everything I needed for my car. Had a tire with a slow leak and brought it in. They located a small screw in tire. The technicians were nice and helpful and repaired it in about 10 minutes. Quick and easy visit. Thanks!!

I had the greatest experience at NTB on Heckle! Lyle helped me this rainy morning on my way to work. I had a tire slowly leaking, no appointment, and he put air in it so I could get to work! I returned this afternoon expecting to have to buy a new tire, but he assured me that there's still plenty of tread on my tires. So, instead of charging me for an unnecessary replacement, they were able to fix my existing tire.Thank you, Lyle and NTB! I appreciate your fairness and concern. You guys are the best!Ellen L.

Contacted NTB to purchase a car battery and they had it in stock. Lyle told me to come in and they would install it for me. When I arrived, he remembered me. I was told it would take an hour to install but it was completed within 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back.

I had a screw in my tire and Will immediately went to my vehicle to assess what needed to be done. The screw only ended up being in the tire tread and had not punctured the wall of the tire. Will was incredibly helpful and happy to help. I would recommend this place for any tire needs!

I had an awesome experience at this location and really appreciate the help. Justin and James are great employees that showed me a high level of customer service. Even though I was from out of state and using a road hazard claim, they were diligent to get us up and running to help get us back on the road!

Dropped car off for slow leak in rear tire. The staff fixed the issue and were very courteous and professional. I use them for all my tire needs and will continue to do so. Thanks NTB for another 5 star experience.

I was promptly greeted and an appt made to get my tire fixed. Everyone made sure I was taken care of and they got my car in, fixed, and back to me in a timely manner so I could get right back to work. They kept me posted and were all very friendly! I would definitely go back.

Had an emergency as it was a Sunday and there was a screw in my tire.They were able to show me my low tread, replace all 4 tires and give me an alignment for a fair price within an hour.

I i m totally impressed with the service at this particular NTB. Since the moment I walked through the door, I felt at home. I didn t feel as if oh no here comes another client. Now I have to do more paperwork. I was welcomed, and there was conversation and such a warm feeling, I did not feel like a burden.Even when there was a couple of things, I didn t know about that needed to be fixed, everything was explained to me in detail, and shown so I could understand. The customer service here is beyond Anything I expected when I came to have an oil change.

Review update 2/25/24:I had to take my car today for an emergency tire repair. They got me in quickly, diagnosed and fixed the problem at an affordable price, and did not try to upsell me on unneeded parts and services. I want to give credit to the current staff for their excellent service.Old Review:They can't honor appointments. I set up an appointment the day before and they call me an hour and a half before to cancel. Said his techs called out sick. If you knew early morning, why call so late?

We have been going here for almost 20 years for routine services and tires without incident. Unfortunately after the last three services we will no longer be returning. At one service they rotated my tires and sheared off a lug nut; never mentioning it to us, they just left it in my center console for me to find after the fact. The next time we asked that they fix it and they said there was no one there that could do it and then didn t top off my washer fluid. We decided to give them one last chance to make it right. I booked an appointment a week in advance and dropped off my vehicle for another oil change and to replace the lug nut. They kept my vehicle for three days, apparently because they didn t have the oil filter in stock, even though I made an appointment in advance. The day after we picked it up my tire pressure light went off and again my washer fluid was completely empty. When we checked the tire pressure it was 10 lbs light on all four tires. Needless to say attention to detail is no longer a priority at this location, timeliness of service is obsolete and with the recent over looked items I no longer trust anything is being properly done to maintain service integrity.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and found out my transmission fluid was leaking. I noticed something in my driveway but I thought I needed an oil change. The advise John was very helpful and my car was ready in no time at all. Thank you John.

This is the best shop I have been to! It was already a stressful day and then my tire pressure warning went off - yay. I brought my car here and they were able to patch the tire up in no time. The service was incredible, everyone is so nice and helpful. 12/10 definitely recommend this place
