I loved working with this dealership! I made an appointment to see a vehicle that I found online. They had it ready for me to test drive, and then the financing and overall buying process went smoothly and quickly. In total, we were out the door within 3 hours which is great for car buying, in my opinion. Tre was an awesome salesman to work with. He wasn t pushy and listened to our wants. I will be referring family and friends when they re in the market for a new vehicle!

Good experience. Sales Consultant Fares was great. Very personable and helpful. Sales Manager Claude was open and honest about what he could do in the way of a trade and discounts. Fun and engaging. Fares worked with us in several important ways. And we found ourselves driving away in a great looking, sturdy, smooth driving Frontier.

Fast, have had my car 8 years. All oil change and tire rotation done by Rock Hill Nissan. Even sends me coupons for oil changes. Will of course buy another Nissan when time is right. Been using then since 2002. Good job guys.

I had the car for two days and my brakes were squeaky. I took it back the service manager said that s normal all cars do that and it will go away. It is so much worse now and super loud and embarrassing. The service manager did not help me and the salesman was even worse. I would not recommend buying a car from here unless you want to be LIED to! I would state their names but I am afraid they would do something, please RUN! FAST!No need sending me the fake response of :Sherry, we are sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us. It is our goal to ensure our customers are completely satisfied. My service experience was exceptional primarily due to the detail attentiveness of my service Rep., Merna. She keeps me informed every step of the way, listens to my concerns, and follows through on assuring everything is handled and info relayed to the technicians.

Took way too long to check and change a battery. Two hours is unacceptable. Not to mention we reported the battery as the issue several times before and was told it was good and was told it was another part which was several hundred dollars. So we needlessly spent money.

My Maxima was not advertised in truth. Mileage was not what the internet said it was and the car had dings on both sides when I got there (after traveling 8 hours to get to the dealership)Management fixed the dings while we were there. Finance guy is not friendly and he smelled really bad. He was clearly not happy with his job there.

Very disappointed with my recent service visit. I came in for a 15,000 mile maintenance check, specifically asked for a cabin filter change and Rock Hill performed other services not requested. When I discussed it with the service manager he said my money would be refunded for the service which I did not request.I did receive a check for the extra work I was billed for after 2 weeks and a second visit to the dealer reminding them that I had not received the check yet. I m thankful they kept their word.

Had to get a diagnostic test to confirm transmission is bad (2014 versa). quoted 159$ on phone. The 169$@ check out- then final price 191$? Nope, not cool. They fellow then said since I was quoted 159$ , he would charge me 169$. Waste of time. I bought the car new in 2014- got totally burned and paid sooooooo much. Come to find out the Versa is the worst car nissan has ever made. Several recalls and class action lawsuits.

needed oil change,not super fast,but ok. got fuel injector changed. Haven't noticed a big improvement,but I know this needs to be done.I alway do the recommended and keep my paper work for trade ins.merna is great and so are the others.Changed my own air filter and cabim filter( both simple fixes)

They are trying to figure out the problem and it is taking a while, but Andres put me in an awesome rental. He is the best. Very nice and professional. You can tell a hard worker. They're all nice and attentive there. So glad I bought the extended warranty now. Hopefully they will figure the issue, but if not, I have a new car to use.

I have purchased two cars from this dealership, one new Maxima and last week a preowned Pathfinder after a small hiccup with the alternator on the preowned car. The service and sales department stepped up and fixed it without any questions asked in an extremely expedited manner. I have nothing but good things to say about these folks.

Always have a great service experience with them on my 2019 Rouge Sport. I went in to verify a recall and was told yes mine is a part of the recall and they will order the part. Scheduled it for the following week and the morning of the appointment I was on my way to the dealership and they called to say oh sorry the part didn't come in.... So they wait until the day of to decide to call and waste my time. This is unprofessional and terrible customer service.

Took my car in for a diagnostic, they told me my transmission need to be replaced it and Merna Shihadeh was great.
